Physical activity (PA) is essential for public health, yet socioeconomic disparities persist. This study explores the impact of occupational prestige—measured by the International Standard Classification of Occupations Prestige Scale (SIOPS)—and intergenerational family capital on PA engagement among Chinese adults. Additionally, it examines whether government policy interventions can alleviate these inequalities. Method: Using data from the 2021 China General Social Survey (n = 623) and provincial statistical yearbooks, an ordered logistic regression model assessed the influence of individual and family SIOPS scores on weekly PA duration. High-fat diet (HFD) induces systemic lipid metabolism disorders and cardiac dysfunction, including arrhythmias, decreased cardiac contractility, and other pathological phenotypes. Exercise as a non-pharmacological intervention has potential protective effects against metabolic diseases, but its molecular mechanisms have not been fully elucidated. Lipin genes play a pivotal role in metabolic homeostasis by integrating lipid synthesis, catabolism, and energy-sensing signals. Current anti-doping detection methods are limited by short detection windows and high false-positive rates, largely due to the transient nature of primary metabolites. The impact of school, family, and healthy lifestyle behaviors on adolescents' quality of life (QoL) has received increasing scholarly attention. This study aims to develop an interpretable machine learning model for predicting adolescents' QoL based on three key dimensions: school, family, and health-related lifestyle factors. Random Forest, Decision Tree, Gradient Boosted Decision Tree, Ridge Regression, Support Vector Machine, Multilayer Perceptron, AdaBoost, Voting Classifier, and K-Nearest Neighbors were employed to identify the optimal predictive model for QoL outcomes. This study aims to construct a predictive model that integrates multi-omics data, including metabolomics, transcriptomics, and clinical exercise metrics, to elucidate the causal relationships between exercise load, dynamic metabolite profiles, and cardiovascular outcomes. This research addresses the existing knowledge gap in the optimization of personalized exercise prescriptions for metabolic and cardiovascular diseases. A longitudinal cohort of 500 participants underwent cardiopulmonary exercise testing (CPET) alongside blood metabolomics profiling, utilizing targeted lipid and amino acid panels at rest, at the anaerobic threshold, and at peak exercise.
