งานวิจัยนี้มุ่งเน้นไปที่การปรับปรุงความแม่นยำของการพยากรณ์เงินเฟ้อทั่วไปในประเทศไทย โดยการประเมินประสิทธิภาพของแบบจำลองการเรียนรู้เชิงลึก แบบจำลองอนุกรมเวลา และแบบจำลองแบบผสมในช่วงการพยากรณ์ล่วงหน้า 1, 3, 6 และ 12 เดือน รวมถึงมีการประเมินประสิทธิภาพของการเพิ่มตัวแปรอัตราเงินเฟ้อของประเทศคู่ค้าในแบบจำลอง โดยจะมีการวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบแบบจำลองต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ ANN, RNN, LSTM, VAR, Hybrid Model (VAR-ANN) และ BOTMM ของธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อหาแบบจำลองที่มีประสิทธิภาพในการพยากรณ์สูงที่สุด และแสดงให้เห็นถึงการเพิ่มตัวแปรอัตราเงินเฟ้อของประเทศคู่ค้าที่มีต่อความแม่นยำในการพยากรณ์ โดยผลลัพธ์แสดงให้เห็นว่าแบบจำลองแบบผสม Hybrid (VAR-ANN) มีประสิทธิภาพเหนือกว่าแบบจำลองอื่น ๆ ในทุกช่วงการพยากรณ์ล่วงหน้า ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นถึงความสามารถในการจับแนวโน้มอัตราเงินเฟ้อ นอกจากนี้ผลลัพธ์จากการเพิ่มตัวแปรอัตราเงินเฟ้อของประเทศคู่ค้าช่วยเพิ่มความแม่นยำในการพยากรณ์อย่างมาก ผลลัพธ์เหล่านี้เป็นประโยชน์สำหรับผู้กำหนดนโยบายและผู้ปฏิบัติงานที่เกี่ยวกับการพยากรณ์เงินเฟ้อ และแสดงให้เห็นถึงข้อได้เปรียบในเชิงปฏิบัติของแบบจำลองแบบผสมในการเพิ่มความแม่นยำในการพยากรณ์สำหรับตัวชี้วัดทางเศรษฐกิจของประเทศไทย

การออกแบบระบบแชทบอทร่วมกับปัญญาประดิษฐ์ช่วยวินิจฉัยการแพ้ยา, ปกรณ์ เสงี่ยมรัตน์

งานวิจัยนี้มุ่งเน้นการศึกษาและพัฒนาระบบปัญญาประดิษฐ์เพื่อช่วยวินิจฉัยอาการแพ้ยา โดยใช้ระบบแชทบอทปัญญาประดิษฐ์ที่มีการประมวลผลภาษาธรรมชาติ (NLP) และเทคนิคการจำแนกประเภทข้อมูลภาพ ในการวิจัยและพัฒนาแบบจำลองการจำแนกข้อมูลภาพเพื่อการตรวจหาอาการแพ้ยา นักพัฒนาเลือกใช้แบบจำลอง InceptionV3 และแบบจำลอง MobileNetV2 ซึ่งเป็นโครงข่ายประสาทเทียมแบบคอนโวลูชัน ผลการศึกษาชี้ให้เห็นว่าแบบจำลอง MobileNetV2 มีประสิทธิภาพดีกว่าแบบจำลอง InceptionV3 โดยมีความแม่นยำสุดท้ายที่ 99.29% อีกทั้งขนาดของแบบจำลอง MobileNetV2 มีขนาดเล็กทำให้เหมาะสำหรับการใช้งานบนสมาร์ทโฟนและยังพบว่าการจำแนกผื่นแพ้ยาสามารถทำได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และเมื่อนำแบบจำลองไปมาใช้ในแชทบอทที่พัฒนา พบว่าแบบจำลองที่มีค่า Kappa 0.76 มีความเห็นพ้องที่ดีระหว่างการทำนายและค่าจริง ส่วนการทดสอบการพัฒนาและการใช้งานของแชทบอทประสบให้ผลลัพธ์ที่เป็นบวก แชทบอทสามารถตอบสนองสถานการณ์ที่อาสาสมัครทดสอบได้ 100% และมีคะแนน System Usability Scale (SUS) ที่ยอมรับได้ที่ 70.1 ด้วยการพัฒนานี้ทำให้ผู้ป่วยที่มีอาการแพ้ยาชนิดไม่รุนแรง ไม่จำเป็นต้องเดินทางไปโรงพยาบาล ระบบแชทบอทสามารถช่วยเหลือเบื้องต้นในการวิเคราะห์อาการแพ้ยา ข้อมูลชนิดการแพ้ยา ข้อมูลบริการคลินิก และให้คำแนะนำเพื่อลดอาการไม่พึงประสงค์ ซึ่งยังช่วยลดเวลาเดินทางและค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการไปโรงพยาบาล นอกจากนี้ระบบแชทบอทที่ได้พัฒนาขึ้นมานี้ยังสามารถเป็นต้นแบบเพื่อสนับสนุนความก้าวหน้าของเทคโนโลยีการแพทย์ในอนาคตและการรองรับเข้าสู่ยุคปัญญาประดิษฐ์

งานวิจัยนี้ได้ออกแบบการวางแผนและควบคุมการเตรียมสินค้าเพื่อขายให้กับร้านแฟรนไชส์ประเภทซุ้มขายอาหารที่มีพนักงานทำงานหนึ่งคน ดำเนินงานทุกอย่างภายในร้าน มีสินค้าขายทั้งหมด 16 รายการ แบ่งออกได้เป็น 3 ประเภท คือ นึ่ง ย่างและทอด โดยจะมีเตาประเภทละ 1 เครื่อง เนื่องจากการทำงานในร้านกรณีศึกษานี้ยังไม่มีประสิทธิภาพ เกิดสินค้าปรุงสุกไม่เพียงพอและสินค้าเหลือท้ายวันทำให้เป็นมูลค่าความสูญเสีย เมื่อคิดคำนวณแล้วพบว่ามีมูลค่าความเสียหาย 31.5% เมื่อเทียบกับมูลค่ากำไร ซึ่งเป็นมูลค่าที่สูงหากปัญหานี้ไม่ได้รับการแก้ไข ปัจจุบันร้านกรณีศึกษานี้ไม่มีการบันทึกข้อมูลการขายสินค้า ไม่มีการเรียงลำดับการปรุงสุกสินค้า ผู้ปฏิบัติงานดำเนินการปรุงสุกและคาดเดาปริมาณการขายสินค้าตามประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว ผู้วิจัยจึงได้สนใจแก้ปัญหาโดยการเก็บข้อมูลและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลความต้องการสินค้าและเงื่อนไขการผลิต เพื่อออกแบบวิธีการวางแผนการเตรียมสินค้าเพื่อขายซึ่งประกอบด้วย 1) การออกแบบตารางการลำดับการผลิตสินค้าล็อตแรก และ 2) การกำหนดนโนบายในการควบคุมการเตรียมสินค้าเพื่อขาย รวมถึงออกแบบโปรแกรมการจัดการสินค้าคงคลังและการแจ้งเตือนเพื่อสั่งผลิตด้วย Microsoft Excel ผลการศึกษาพบว่าการผลิตสินค้าล็อตแรกสามารถลดเวลาลงจากเดิมได้ประมาณ 34.21% และนโยบายการการควบคุมการเตรียมสินค้าเพื่อขายสามารถลดปริมาณสินค้าเหลือและสินค้าขาดมือระหว่างวันเฉลี่ยต่อวันได้ทุกรายการซึ่งมูลค่าความเสียหายลดลงเหลือ 8.66% เมื่อเทียบกับมูลค่ากำไรซึ่งทำให้สามารถเพิ่มมูลค่ากำไรได้ 8.66 %

This dissertation focuses on the integration of machine learning and optimization. Specifically, novel machine learning-based frameworks are proposed to help solve a broad range of well-known operations research problems to reduce the solution times. The first study presents a bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory framework to learn optimal solutions to sequential decision-making problems. Computational results show that the framework significantly reduces the solution time of benchmark capacitated lot-sizing problems without much loss in feasibility and optimality. Also, models trained using shorter planning horizons can successfully predict the optimal solution of the instances with longer planning horizons. For the hardest data set, …

Networks provide a variety of critical services to society (e.g. power grid, telecommunication, water, transportation) but are prone to disruption. With this motivation, we study a sequential decision problem in which an initial network is improved over time (e.g., by adding or increasing the reliability of edges) and rewards are gained over time as a function of the network’s all-terminal reliability. The actions during each time period are limited due to availability of resources such as time, money, or labor. There are 208,009 properties in Arkansas that have more than a 26% chance of being severely affected by flooding over the next 30 years, which represents 13% of all properties in the state. Traditional and current learning curve approaches, methods, and theories were deficient when addressing complex low-rate production systems. The purpose of this research was to address this problem and develop a learning curve approach that characterizes learning in low-rate production environments such as naval ship construction.
