Women Pursuing An Agricultural Systems Technology Degree, Tanya Milam

Abstract

This phenomenological research study examined the factors influencing women to pursue an Agricultural Systems Technology (AST) degree and their self-efficacy in that field of study. Two research questions guided this study and data was analyzed from interviewing women enrolled in an Agricultural Systems Technology (AST) program at a mid-western university. The resulting four categories of Agricultural Experiences, Aptitude, Support, and Motivation were broken down into themes. The results were also applied to the theoretical framework of self-efficacy associated with career choice theories. Limitations of scope and generalizability indicate that further investigation of this topic is highly recommended.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพความเป็นจริง สภาพที่คาดหวังและความต้องการจำเป็นในการรู้เท่าทันสื่อและสารสนเทศของนักศึกษาวิชาชีพครูจากนักศึกษาวิชาชีพครู จำนวน 446 คน 2) พัฒนารูปแบบโมชันกราฟิกที่บูรณาการภาระงานแบบร่วมมือเพื่อส่งเสริมการรู้เท่าทันสื่อและสารสนเทศของนักศึกษาวิชาชีพครู โดยสัมภาษณ์ความคิดเห็นจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 5 คน 3) ศึกษาผลการใช้รูปแบบโมชันกราฟิกที่บูรณาการภาระงานแบบร่วมมือเพื่อส่งเสริมการรู้เท่าทันสื่อและสารสนเทศของนักศึกษาวิชาชีพครู จากนักศึกษาวิชาชีพครู จำนวน 58 คน 4) นำเสนอรูปแบบโมชันกราฟิกที่ บูรณาการภาระงานแบบร่วมมือเพื่อส่งเสริมการรู้เท่าทันสื่อและสารสนเทศของนักศึกษาวิชาชีพครู โดยศึกษาความคิดเห็นจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 5 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพความเป็นจริงการรู้เท่าทันสื่อและสารสนเทศของนักศึกษาวิชาชีพครู อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ฉันสืบค้นข้อมูลได้ตรงตามวัตถุประสงค์ของตนเองที่ต้องการได้ (M=3.31, SD=0.91) และสภาพที่คาดหวังอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (M=4.98, SD=0.02) ค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ฉันออกแบบและสร้างสรรค์สื่อในลักษณะต่าง ๆ เพื่อนำเสนอความรู้และความคิดเห็นของตนได้สอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ (M=5.00, SD=0.01) ผลการจัดลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นการรู้เท่าทันสื่อและสารสนเทศของนักศึกษาวิชาชีพครู ลำดับที่ 1 คือ ด้านสร้างสรรค์ (PNImodified=1.79) 2) รูปแบบโมชันกราฟิกที่บูรณาการภาระงานแบบร่วมมือ ประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบ คือ สื่อการเรียนรู้ ภาระงานแบบร่วมมือ บทบาทผู้สอนและผู้เรียน โมชันกราฟิก การวัดและประเมินโดยมีขั้นตอน 3 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นเตรียมภาระงานร่วมมือ ขั้นร่วมมือปฏิบัติภาระงาน ขั้นหลังภาระงานร่วมมือ 3) ผลการใช้รูปแบบโมชันกราฟิกที่บูรณาการภาระงานแบบร่วมมือเพื่อส่งเสริมการรู้เท่าทันสื่อและสารสนเทศของนักศึกษาวิชาชีพครู พบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยของการรู้เท่าทันสื่อและสารสนเทศของนักศึกษาวิชาชีพครูหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4) ผลการประเมินรูปแบบโมชันกราฟิกที่บูรณาการภาระงานแบบร่วมมือเพื่อส่งเสริมการรู้เท่าทันสื่อและสารสนเทศของนักศึกษาวิชาชีพครู โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ พบว่า รูปแบบฯ อยู่ในระดับดี

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตุประสงค์เพื่อ 1)ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการยอมรับนวัตกรรมเมตาเวิร์สเพื่อการศึกษาของนักศึกษาปริญญาบัณฑิต 2)เพื่อเปรียบเทียบหาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลมากที่สุดต่อการยอมรับนวัตกรรมเมตาเวิร์สเพื่อการศึกษาของนักศึกษาปริญญาบัณฑิต มีประชากรคือ นักศึกษาปริญญาบัณฑิตจากมหาวิทยาลัยในประเทศไทย และตัวอย่างในการวิจัย คือ นักศึกษาปริญญาบัณฑิตจากมหาวิทยาลัยต่าง ๆ จำนวน 950 คน ใช้เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามใช้วิธีการเก็บข้อมูลโดยจัดส่งแบบสอบถามทางไปรษณีย์และทางออนไลน์ ใช้การวิเคราะห์สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์เพื่อยืนยันองค์ประกอบด้วยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน (Confirmatory Factor Analysis) จากการวิจัยพบว่าปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลมากที่สุด คือ การรับรู้ถึงความง่ายในการใช้งาน มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์พยากรณ์ = .977 ถัดมาคือ การรับรู้ถึงประโยชน์ มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์พยากรณ์ = .956 และสุดท้ายคือ อิทธิพลทางสังคม มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์พยากรณ์ = .886 พบว่า โมเดลการวัดปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการยอมรับนวัตกรรมเมตาเวิร์สเพื่อการศึกษาของนักศึกษาปริญญาบัณฑิตที่พัฒนาขึ้นมานั้นมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยใช้การพิจารณาค่า relativec 2 = 1.327 ค่า GFI = .994 ค่า CFI = .999 ค่า NFI =.996 ค่า RMSEA = .019 ค่า RMR = .005

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยและพัฒนาโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. เพื่อประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นและองค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันของทักษะการแก้ปัญหาเชิงซับซ้อนเพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันและความต้องการจำเป็นในการเสริมสร้างทักษะการแก้ปัญหาเชิงซับซ้อนของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย 2. – 4. เพื่อพัฒนา - ทดลอง และ รับรองระบบการจดบันทึกดิจิทัลแบบมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ตามแนวคิดการเรียนรู้ส่วนบุคคลร่วมกับกระบวนการการตัดสินใจเพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะการแก้ปัญหาเชิงซับซ้อนของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย โดยงานวิจัยนี้แบ่งออกเป็น 4 ระยะ ระยะที่ 1 การประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นของทักษะการแก้ปัญหาเชิงซับซ้อนของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ นักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย จำนวน 861 คน ระยะที่ 2 การพัฒนาระบบการจดบันทึกดิจิทัลแบบมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ตามแนวคิดการเรียนรู้ส่วนบุคคลร่วมกับกระบวนการการตัดสินใจเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการแก้ปัญหาเชิงซับซ้อนของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย กลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 5 ท่าน ได้แก่ 1) กลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการสอนการแก้ปัญหา 2) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยีและสื่อสารการศึกษา ระยะที่ 3 การศึกษาผลการทดลองใช้ระบบการจดบันทึกดิจิทัลแบบมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ตามแนวคิดการเรียนรู้ส่วนบุคคลร่วมกับกระบวนการการตัดสินใจเพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะการแก้ปัญหาเชิงซับซ้อนของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในงานวิจัยคือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย จำนวน 28 คน ระยะที่ 4 การนำเสนอระบบการจดบันทึกดิจิทัลแบบมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ตามแนวคิดการเรียนรู้ส่วนบุคคลร่วมกับกระบวนการการตัดสินใจเพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะการแก้ปัญหาเชิงซับซ้อนของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย กล่มตัวอย่างเหมือนกับระยะที่ 2 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า จากการศึกษาเอกสารงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผลการวิเคราะห์ความต้องการจำเป็นและองค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันจึงได้องค์ประกอบและขั้นตอนของระบบฯ ดังนี้ องค์ประกอบที่สำคัญของทักษะการแก้ปัญหาเชิงซับซ้อนของนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ (1) ความสามารถในการประเมินความซับซ้อนของเหตุการณ์ (2) ความสามารถในการระบุปัญหา (3) ความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ความผิดปกติ (4) ความสามารถในการมองเห็นความเกี่ยวข้องเชื่อมโยงของแต่ละปัจจัยที่เป็นสาเหตุของปัญหา และ (5) ความสามารถในการสร้างสรรค์แนวทางจัดการปัจจัยที่เป็นสาเหตุของปัญหาและผลกระทบ องค์ประกอบของระบบฯ ประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ (1) ด้านเทคโนโลยีและเครื่องมือ (2) ด้านการปฏิสัมพันธ์ (3) ด้านการตัดสินใจ และ (4) ด้านการเรียนรู้ส่วนบุคคล ผลการทดลองใช้ระบบฯ พบว่า จากการเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยของทักษะการแก้ปัญหาเชิงซับซ้อนในช่วงเวลาที่แตกต่างกัน ได้แก่ ก่อนเรียน ระหว่างเรียนครั้งที่ 1 ครั้งที่ 2 และ หลังเรียน พบว่าแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ .05

This study aimed to investigate the transformation of pre-service teaching experience due to virtual or hybrid completion during the 2020–2021 school year and to identify teaching and mentoring innovations that teacher educators should continue to promote. The research involved 14 student teachers and 5 mentor teachers from the United States across elementary, secondary, and pre-K–12 programs who participated in surveys, semi-structured interviews, and focus groups. Empowered teachers believe they can improve their work conditions and positively impact student outcomes. Likewise, teachers with technology integration knowledge can effectively use technology to enhance lessons and improve student learning. This quantitative correlational study investigated teachers’ empowerment, teachers’ technology integration knowledge, and associations between empowerment and technology integration knowledge. Two hundred fourteen randomly selected high school science teachers from across the United States responded to a survey intended to measure empowerment and technology integration knowledge. There were 17 studies selected for investigation published from 2010 to 2023 that focused on game-based learning and mathematics. The global outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 has turned a new exercise Ape-like On-the-spot Super Slow Jogging that was originally taking place in the physical world into an online mode. In order to understand the characteristics, and steps and effectiveness of the Jogging, this study adopts a mixed-method methodology to analyze the effectiveness of MOOCs like course on YouTube and the two-way Line based community to assist online practice learning. The research subjects are 33 participants who completed the 100-day foundation building program within six months. The data governance framework is a critical reference for organizations to develop data governance plans, carry out data governance processes, and evaluate the effects of data governance. This study employs content analysis based on the existing literature to extract the core elements of vocational college data governance, including 17 primary indicators and 32 secondary indicators from the perspectives of process, organization, and content.
