This study aimed to identify the level of organizational climate in the public secondary schools in Jordan, and its relationship with some variables. A 74-item questionnaire was used to collect data. The study sample consisted of (585) male and female principals and teachers of public secondary schools in Jordan during the academic year 2015/ 2016.

Results of the study showed that the current status of the organizational climate in public secondary schools in Jordan, from the point of view of principals and teachers of these schools, was moderate; as the arithmetic average was (2.99) with a standard deviation of (1.05). …

This study aimed to investigate the level of job empowerment of public secondary female principals in Jordan and its relationship with some variables. Accordingly, the study sample consisted of (89) female principals and (261) female teachers working at public secondary schools in Jordan during the school year (2015/2016).

The results of the study showed that the current status of the job empowerment of public secondary female principals as perceived by female principals themselves and female teachers working with them was moderate. This study aimed at finding out the degree of science teachers' awareness of diagnostic evaluation, and their attitudes towards using it from their point of view. To accomplish the purpose of the study, a questionnaire of (40) items was developed and administrated on (135) science teachers. The results showed statistically significant differences at (α = 0.05) of science teachers` attitudes towards using diagnostic evaluation according to: teaching experience, specialization, while the differences were not statistically different according to gender. The study aimed at identifying the practice degree of the school adminstrators for management control and its relation to the functional performance of teachers from the perspective of managers and teachers in the governorate of Al. Batinah South in the Sultanate of Oman. The study sample consisted of (527) male and female teachers, and (69) male and female administrators.
