This research aimed at identifying the degree of applying the administrative accountability for faculty members at the University of Jordan, from the students’ perspectives. The sample of the study consisted of (380) male and female students from the university of Jordan chosen by stratified random sample method. A questionnaire was used to collect data. This study aimed at identifying the degree of practicing academic freedom by the faculty members at the University of Jordan from their point of view. The descriptive survey approach was used. The aim of this study was to investigate the degree of Trainees Counselors possession, at the University of Jordan, for crises counseling skills, in addition to investigating differences in crises counseling skills, based in various variables: gender and study level. The study sample comprised of (205) students.
