This study aimed at evaluate Islamic education textbooks in United Arab Emirates (UAE) in the light of UNESCO’s standards, evaluate Islamic teachers' skills in teaching Islamic education in the light of UNESCO’s standards and to explore the effect of stage on teaching Islamic education skills in the light of UNESCO’s standards. This study aimed at revealing the extent to which Islamic Education Textbooks of the first three primary grades consider the psychological foundations of the curriculum, from the point of view of their teachers in Jordan. The study sample consisted of (100) female classroom teachers in Tafila Directorae, in the second semester of the academic year 2015 / 2016. The study used the descriptive survey.
