Early Childhood is a foundational period in the life of every child that is very important in the growth and development of each human being. In most literature, policy documents and program interventions, Early Childhood covers the period between conceptions to eight years. It is during this period in the human life cycle that young children acquire knowledge of themselves, people around them and the environments in which they live. Early Childhood as a foundation period for future development is demanding specialized leadership training opportunities, so that those in decision making positions do not only view Early Childhood Education as …

Dimensionality Reduction: Principal Component Analysis Of Workload Of An Nba Game, Brian Audelio Serrano
Doctoral Dissertations and Projects
The worlds of sports science, data analytics, and sports performance are at a crossroads. Each field is accustomed to functioning in relative silos; however, this approach is quickly becoming outdated. Sporting organizations are adopting high-performance models that integrate all departments and their subsequent data pipelines. This has led to a wealth of information not available before to a team’s performance health staff in guiding optimal athletic performance. Within the sport of basketball, these silos can be split further into video coaching, basketball analytics, sports science, player development, and performance health. Specifically, basketball sports science can be categorized into internal and …
