Driven by escalating threats and regulatory scrutiny, information security risk management (ISRM) is now a strategic imperative for organizations across the industrial spectrum. Although prior literature reviews offer valuable insights into ISRM subdomains, they remain fragmented and overly reliant on manual methods, limiting their scope and scalability. Additionally, only limited reviews have been able to comprehensively synthesize ISRM literature across its three foundational pillars: processes, governance, and strategy. Learning Koine Greek presents significant challenges due to the language’s complex morphology, including multiple verbal forms encoding tense, aspect, mood, voice, person, and number. Traditional methods relying on rote memorization often fail to support long-term retention and rapid parsing ability. This project presents a web-based parsing study tool designed to address these challenges by integrating spaced repetition algorithms, active recall, and gamification principles. Despite growing conversation around neurodiversity in the workplace, many organizations lack clear understanding and structured strategies to support neurodivergent employees. This study examines existing research on how organizations can more effectively support neurodiverse employees across the employee lifecycle. Using a qualitative literature review, this study addresses the research question by examining literature on neurodiversity within workplace contexts. This includes investigating common representations of neurodiversity and reviewing the strengths and challenges of neurodiverse individuals, including those who have autism, ADHD, and other forms of neurodivergence. This study examines the ethical and motivational drivers behind consumers' willingness to purchase refurbished motorcycle parts. In the interest of move away from more traditional text-heavy reports, this assessment was created to support a visually engaging approach to brand development. Microsoft Whiteboard facilitated the collaboration of student teams within the one board from early brainstorming to the final brand creation. Based on fictional product details given in class, student groups acted as brand management teams tasked with creating a new brand. In weekly sessions, groups progressed through specific stages of brand development, and the whole assessment was built out on Microsoft whiteboard. The labor market participation of refugee women was only 6%. The United States had the maximum employment rate for the refugee women population, which was 40%, as compared to 6% in Germany, Lebanon, and Jordan (Kabir & Klugman, 2019). Refugee women faced many challenges in labor force participation and especially in entrepreneurship. As demonstrated by Desai, Naude, and Stel (2020), refugees faced challenges like cultural integration, language barriers, level of education, and acceptance of education merits. What practitioners often diagnose as resistance, poor adoption, or weak execution may begin earlier, with an untested assumption that the organization is stable, coherent, and capable enough to absorb planned change. Economics, accounting, finance, and forensic faculty provide assistance, guidance, and analysis. Laboratories participating in Project FORESIGHT have developed standardized definitions for metrics to evaluate work processes, linking financial information to work tasks and functions. Laboratory managers can then assess resource allocations, efficiencies, and value of services—the mission of Project FORESIGHT is to measure, preserve what works, and change what does not.

Biodiversity Mutual Funds And Etfs: Characteristics, Performance, Risk, And Fees, Fei Fang, Di Luo

This paper provides an exploratory analysis of biodiversity-themed funds and offers early evidence on their characteristics, performance, risk, fees, and sustainability metrics. Using a sample of 24 open-end biodiversity funds (18 mutual funds and 6 ETFs), we find that these funds are predominantly European-domiciled equity funds, recently launched, small in size, and generally receive high sustainability ratings. However, both active and passive funds underperform their benchmarks over their short track records and charge higher fees than comparable funds, consistent with the early-stage development of this segment. Strategic alignment remains a persistent challenge in project‑driven organizations, where shifting priorities and distributed execution often create gaps between strategic intent and project‑level action. This study examined how Senior Leadership Communication Practices influence Strategy–Execution Alignment and tested whether Organizational Culture for Alignment and Change Management Readiness mediate that relationship. A quantitative, cross‑sectional survey was administered to 54 senior leaders in project‑driven environments. All constructs demonstrated strong reliability, and correlation & regression analyses confirmed significant positive relationships among leadership communication, cultural alignment, readiness, and strategic alignment. This study investigates the impact of meritocracy on equal access to the public sector, focusing on public sector employment and services. While meritocratic principles promote impartiality and fairness in administrative processes, their effectiveness in improving equal accessibility remains understudied and contested. Drawing on the literature linking meritocracy to democratic stability, we argue that strong meritocratic systems enhance equal access to the public sector regardless of social groups and gender by fostering professional stewardship in the bureaucracy and strengthening checks and balances between bureaucrats and politicians. This study presents a discounted cash flow valuation of Ethiopian Airlines Group, a state-owned enterprise in sub-Saharan Africa's largest aviation market. No published academic study has applied rigorous quantitative valuation to the airline within an emerging market framework. This research addresses that gap by constructing a multi scenario DCF model using audited financial data from FY2019/20 through FY2023/24, with projections through FY2029/30. The model incorporates a country risk premium using Damodaran's methodology and accounts for ETB/USD depreciation following Ethiopia's 2024 exchange rate liberalization. As AI has become a dominant theme in both financial markets and public discourse, understanding how investor attention affects behavior has become increasingly important. Herding behavior is measured using the Cross-Sectional Absolute Deviation (CSAD) methodology developed by Chang, Cheng, and Khorana (2000). In this case study, students apply managerial accounting concepts through a business simulation as two friends use a LEGO competition to jumpstart their business. The real-world setting and kinesthetic learning increase engagement in managerial accounting as students create a unique LEGO product, estimate revenue and costs, conduct financial analyses, and prepare a presentation to pitch their business to potential investors. The purpose of this study was to examine how specific programmatic factors influence levels of investment within mentoring relationships in a collegiate leadership mentoring program. Previous research has demonstrated the benefits of mentoring; however, much of this work has relied on self-reported data and has not directly linked program factors to clearly defined mentoring outcomes. This study addresses this gap by examining how relationship duration, meeting consistency, and training and learning predict mentoring investment using observational program data.

This research developed the Occupational Values Inventory (OVI), a 30-item measure that expands the content coverage of work values by linking into a broad range of O*NET occupational descriptors, including Work Activities and Work Contexts, along with salary data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics. The OVI assesses 11 work values—Interpersonal, Outdoor, Physical, Leadership, Salary, Prestige, Variety, Interest, Work Hours, Knowledge Utilization, and Autonomy—providing an updated and refined coverage of work values relevant to people and occupations in the modern labor market. It revealed structural vulnerabilities, especially in the global automotive industry.
