ملخص

هدفت الدراسة إلى استنباط المضامين التربوية من نماذج النصوص الشرعية المتعلقة بفضل النوافل بشكل عام، ونوافل الصلوات، ونوافل الصيام، نوافل الحج والعمرة والصدقة، بعد تفسيرها وتحليلها، مع اتباع المنهج الاستقرائي والوصفي.

وخلصت إلى نتيجة مفادها: أن النوافل تكمل الفرائض وتسد النقص الذي قد يحصل فيها، فهي تربية لشخصية الفرد من جميع جوانبها- الدينية والنفسية والجسدية والاجتماعية والسلوكية-.

وأوصت المؤسسات التربوية: ببناء منهج تربوي إسلامي أصيل في المؤسسات التعليمية يراعى فيه كيفية استخراج المضامين التربوية من الآيات الكريمة والأحاديث الشريفة، والاستفادة منها، لحث الأفراد على الالتزام بشرع الله؛ لما فيها من فوائد تربوية تعود على الفرد والمجتمع.

يتناول هذا البحث دلالة الإيماء على العلية من حيث: تعريف الإيماء، و بيان موقعه من مسالك العلة، والفرق بينه وبين النص، وأنواعه.

ومن خلال هذا البحث تبين أن مناهج الأصوليين مختلفة في موقع الإيماء من مسالك العلة: فمنهم من عدّه من النص غير الصريح والظاهر، ومنهم من عدّه مسلكاً مستقلاً، وليس لهذا الاختلاف ثمرة عملية، وأن الإيماء يفترق عن النص الصريح والظاهر في الدلالة على العلية من حيث إن اللفظ فيه لا يكون موضوعاً للتعليل ولكنه يشير إلى العلة وينبه عليها، وأن للإيماء أنواعاً كثيرة يجمعها ضابط واحد وهو: كل اقتران بوصف لو لم يكن هو أو نظيره للتعليل …

هدفت هذه الدراسة الموسومة بـ"حوار مخلوقات الله في سورة النمل: دراسة تحليلية قرآنية" إلى الوقوف على أنماط الحوار القرآني المتمثلة في حوار سليمان u مع مخلوقات الله جميعها من الإنس والجن والطير. وقد حُللت هذه الحوارات، وعرضت بعض التفسيرات القرآنية المتضمنة جملة من الملامح الدلالية الواردة فيها، لاسيما التنوع الأسلوبي في مستويات الحوارات. وعرّجت الدراسة على الدروس الإنسانية المستفادة منها والتي تشير إلى أساليب الدعوة إلى الله بالعقل والحكمة والحوار.

The Sharīʿa codification, privatization and reconciliation present three reform movements to scientize Sharīʿa in the manner of liberal positivism. The scientism of Sharīʿa makes Islamic law predictable, rational and objective. Its final goal is to protect Sharīʿa from the political encroachments of the ruling elites and facilitate Sharīʿa implementation in a post-colonial era. The three reform movements are, however, incapable of harmonizing Sharīʿa with the liberal norms of a scientized law. Sharīʿa codification makes the law predictable but neglects Sharīʿa’s undemocratic methods of decision-making. The purpose of the current hermeneutic phenomenological qualitative study was to understand the phenomenon of Muslim Americans’ lived experiences of Islamophobia prior to and two years into Donald Trump’s presidential administration. 14 participants from multiple regions in the United States completed a semi-structured interview via telephone. The data analysis revealed seven major themes: 1) Muslim Americans experience different dimensions of Islamophobia, 2) Muslim Americans experience various forms of Islamophobia, 3) Variables that impact the prevalence of Islamophobia, 4) Islamophobia impacts various areas of Muslim Americans’ lives, 5) Muslim Americans may react differently to experiences of Islamophobia, 6) Islamophobia impacts the …

sprinkle: an undergraduate journal of feminist and queer studies

This photo-series & its connected narrative captures the ornate reality of identifying as a Queer Muslim of color. The photos were beautifully curated by a photographer and dear friend of mine, Khansa Noor. The images are meant to visually conceptualize how queerness can manifest outwardly in one's bodily expressions and demeanor. The guilt, shame, and relief that I described in the narrative translates intimately in my brown skin and my movements. Both pieces merge to illustrate the layers of queer Muslim survival in concealing one's queerness while simultaneously remaining unequivocally bold in queer spaces.
