It consisted of a preface, two chapters, and a conclusion, covering Murabaha sukuk, deferred sale sukuk, mudarabah sukuk, musharaka sukuk, ijara sukuk, and istisna sukuk. The study concluded that there are legitimate violations in the instruments of Murabaha, deferred sale, and Istisna because they are based on the forbidden sale of the sample by Sharia. In the summer of 2020, the Charleston-based Islamic Association of West Virginia published a four-part video series entitled “Understanding Christianity” on its YouTube channel. Using the case of the Darfur conflict (2001-) and the Chad-Sudan proxy war (2005-2010), this study will demonstrate that conflict in Chad and Sudan cannot be fully understood without taking into account how heads of state and rebel leaders in both countries manipulated tribal identities to retain and enhance power.
