การประเมินศักยภาพการผลิตไฟฟ้าพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์แบบติดตั้งบนหลังคาของอาคารสนามกีฬาในร่ม กรณีศึกษาโรงเรียนและมหาวิทยาลัย, วรรณจิต จันทร์เสละ

อาคารสนามกีฬาในร่ม เป็นอาคารช่วงกว้างที่มีศักยภาพในการติดตั้งระบบผลิตไฟฟ้าพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์บนหลังคา งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินศักยภาพและเปรียบเทียบการติดตั้งระบบผลิตไฟฟ้าพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์แบบติดตั้งบนหลังคาอาคารประเภทสนามกีฬาในร่มร่วมกับการใช้แสงธรรมชาติและไม่ใช้แสงธรรมชาติ และทำการคำนวณการสำรองพลังงานไฟฟ้าในแบตเตอรี่ โดยทำการเก็บข้อมูลลักษณะทางสถาปัตยกรรม สำรวจการใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้าจริงของอาคารและตารางการใช้อาคารสนามกีฬาในร่ม โดยเก็บข้อมูลอาคารสนามกีฬาในร่มจากภาคส่วนต่างๆ ของประเทศไทยจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 22 อาคาร เพื่อสร้างแบบจำลองอาคารต้นแบบในการทดลอง โดยได้ทำการคำนวณพลังงานไฟฟ้าด้วยโปรแกรม System Advisor Model 2018.11.11 และประเมินศักยภาพการนำแสงธรรมชาติมาใช้ภายในอาคารด้วยโปรแกรม DIALux evo 8.2 โดยกำหนดอาคารจำลองทั้งสิ้น 3 ขนาด และ 4 รูปแบบหลังคาอาคารที่หันไปยังทิศทางต่างๆ ทั้งหมด 8 ทิศทาง จากผลการศึกษา พบว่า หลังคาทรงเพิงหมาแหงน มุมเอียงหลังคาที่ 15 องศา หลังคาอาคารหันไปทางทิศใต้ สามารถผลิตพลังงานไฟฟ้าได้สูงที่สุด จากข้อมูลพบว่า การติดตั้งช่องแสงธรรมชาติเพียงอย่างเดียวประหยัดไฟฟ้าได้ 20-32% ของการใช้พลังงานต่อวัน แต่อย่างไรก็ตามจากการวิเคราะห์ผลอื่นๆ เพิ่มเติม พบว่า การติดตั้งระบบผลิตพลังงานไฟฟ้าแสงอาทิตย์หรือการติดตั้งระบบผลิตพลังงานไฟฟ้าแสงอาทิตย์ร่วมกับการติดตั้งช่องแสงธรรมชาติประหยัดไฟฟ้าได้ 60-75% ของการใช้พลังงานต่อวัน การติดตั้งระบบผลิตพลังงานไฟฟ้าแสงอาทิตย์ที่เหมาะสมร่วมกับแบตเตอรี่ประหยัดไฟฟ้าได้ 100% ของการใช้พลังงานต่อวัน ในส่วนของระยะเวลาคืนทุน พบว่า การติดตั้งระบบผลิตพลังงานไฟฟ้าแสงอาทิตย์ร่วมกับการติดตั้งช่องแสงธรรมชาติ มีระยะเวลาคืนทุนเร็วที่สุดเท่ากับ 5.1-7.8 ปี ท้ายที่สุดงานวิจัยชิ้นนี้ได้เสนอแนวทางการออกแบบติดตั้งระบบผลิตไฟฟ้าพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์บนหลังคาของอาคารสนามกีฬาในร่ม โดยคาดการณ์พลังงานไฟฟ้าที่ใช้ในอาคาร ค่าใช้จ่ายในการลงทุนและระยะเวลาคืนทุนจากขนาดพื้นที่ของอาคาร

ปัจจุบันในประเทศไทยได้มีการประยุกต์ใช้แบบจำลองสารสนเทศอาคาร (Building information modeling หรือ BIM) ทั้งในกระบวนการก่อสร้าง และบำรุงรักษาอาคารทำให้กระบวนการทำงานมีความซับซ้อนขึ้นแตกต่างจากวิธีการเดิม ผู้เกี่ยวข้องได้แก่ ผู้ว่าจ้าง ผู้ออกแบบ ผู้รับจ้างก่อสร้าง และที่ปรึกษาด้าน BIM จึงต้องมีการปรับเปลี่ยนการทำงาน การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสถานการณ์ของแบบจำลองสารสนเทศอาคารก่อสร้างจริง (As-Built BIM) ในประเทศไทย ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการจัดทำ โดยวิธีการดำเนินการวิจัยคือ กำหนดกรอบงานวิจัย ศึกษาแนวคิดและทฤษฎีที่เกี่ยวข้อง เก็บข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์ผู้เกี่ยวข้องทั้ง 4 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ (1) กลุ่มผู้ว่าจ้างจำนวน 3 ท่าน (2) กลุ่มผู้ออกแบบจำนวน 1 ท่าน (3) กลุ่มผู้รับจ้างก่อสร้างจำนวน 4 ท่าน และ(4) กลุ่มที่ปรึกษาด้าน BIM จำนวน 6 ท่าน พบอาคารกรณีศึกษา 12 อาคาร จากการศึกษาพบว่า สถานการณ์ของแบบจำลองสารสนเทศอาคารก่อสร้างจริง (As-Built BIM) ในประเทศไทย อาคารกรณีศึกษาที่มีการพัฒนามาถึง As-Built Model มาจากทั้งองค์กรรัฐ รัฐวิสาหกิจ และเอกชน โดยองค์กรที่มีอาคารที่มีการพัฒนามาถึง As-Built Model มากที่สุด ได้แก่ องค์กรรัฐ องค์กรเอกชน และองค์กรรัฐวิสาหกิจตามลำดับ ประเภทอาคาร ได้แก่ โรงพยาบาล สำนักงาน อาคารเรียน ร้านค้า และอาคารอยู่อาศัยรวม ประเภทอาคารข้างต้นเป็นอาคารที่มีความซับซ้อน หรือมีความซ้ำของรูปแบบห้อง ขนาดอาคารเป็นอาคารขนาดใหญ่ตั้งแต่15,000 – 224,750 ตารางเมตร หรืออาคารขนาดเล็กที่มีการทำซ้ำเป็นจำนวนมาก มูลค่าโครงการเป็นโครงการที่มีมูลค่าสูงตั้งแต่ 324 – 12,500 ล้านบาท ลำดับของกลุ่มที่อยู่ในช่วงดำเนินการใช้ได้แก่ (1) กลุ่มผู้รับจ้างก่อสร้าง (2) กลุ่มผู้ออกแบบ และ (3) กลุ่มผู้ว่าจ้าง โดยวัตถุประสงค์ที่เหมือนกันของทั้ง 3 ผู้เกี่ยวข้องคือ ลดข้อผิดพลาดในการก่อสร้าง วัตถุประสงค์ที่เหมือนกันของผู้ออกแบบและผู้รับจ้างก่อสร้างคือเพื่อจัดส่งงานตามการบังคับใช้ของผู้ว่าจ้าง รายละเอียดของ …

การศึกษาแนวความคิดและรูปแบบแผงกันแดดในงานออกแบบ ของศาสตราจารย์กิตติคุณ ร้อยเอก กฤษฎา อรุณวงษ์ ณ อยุธยา ช่วงต้น ระหว่าง พ.ศ. 2509-2515 โดยมุ่งศึกษาสถาปัตยกรรมที่มีการใช้แผงกันแดดเป็นองค์ประกอบหลัก ประกอบด้วยอาคารกรณีศึกษาจำนวน 9 หลัง ได้แก่ โรงแรมมโนราห์ (พ.ศ. 2509) โรงแรมเพรสิเดนท์ (พ.ศ. 2509) ห้างสรรพสินค้าเซ็นทรัลสีลม (พ.ศ. 2510) อาคารแอนนา (พ.ศ. 2510) อาคารกรุงเทพสหกล (พ.ศ. 2511) ห้องสมุดสถานสอนภาษาเอ.ยู.เอ (พ.ศ. 2513) บ้านศาสตราจารย์กิตติคุณ ร้อยเอกกฤษฎา อรุณวงษ์ ณ อยุธยา (พ.ศ. 2514) สมาคมนักหนังสือพิมพ์แห่งประเทศไทย (พ.ศ. 2514) และศูนย์เซเวียร์ (พ.ศ. 2515) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาวิเคราะห์การออกแบบแผงกันแดดในผลงานออกแบบของศาสตราจารย์กิตติคุณ ร้อยเอก กฤษฎา ใน 3 ลักษณะ คือ ประเภทของการกันแดด ตำแหน่งของแผงกันแดด และภาษาสถาปัตยกรรม วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้เริ่มจากการรวบรวมเอกสารชั้นต้น ได้แก่ หนังสือ และงานวิชาการที่เป็นพื้นฐานความรู้ความเข้าใจในเรื่องของสถาปัตยกรรมสมัยใหม่ สถาปัตยกรรมในเขตร้อนชื้น สถาปัตยกรรมสมัยใหม่ในประเทศไทย และแบบสถาปัตยกรรมอาคารกรณีศึกษา ประกอบกับเอกสารชั้นรองที่เกี่ยวข้องหรืออ้างถึงศาสตราจารย์กิตติคุณ ร้อยเอก กฤษฎา การวิจัยนี้มุ่งเน้นการศึกษาจากแบบสถาปัตยกรรมของศาสตราจารย์กิตติคุณ ร้อยเอก กฤษฎา เป็นหลัก ด้วยการสร้างแบบสถาปัตยกรรมขึ้นใหม่ ประกอบกับการสำรวจและถ่ายภาพ ซึ่งเป็นเครื่องมือในการศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างองค์ประกอบแผงกันแดดและผิวอาคาร รวมถึงการสัมภาษณ์บุคคลที่ได้ร่วมงานกับศาสตราจารย์กิตติคุณ ร้อยเอก กฤษฎา เพื่อศึกษาแนวความคิดและที่มาในการออกแบบ โดยสรุป การออกแบบแผงกันแดดของศาสตราจารย์กิตติคุณ ร้อยเอก กฤษฎา มีการคำนึงถึงทิศทางของการกันแดด ฝน ด้วยการใช้รูปทรงเรขาคณิตในจังหวะและสัดส่วนที่เหมาะสมและมีความหลากหลาย ประกอบกับการใช้วัสดุและเทคโนโลยีการก่อสร้างที่สอดคล้องกับยุคสมัยอย่างคุ้มค่าและเกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด อันมีส่วนสำคัญในการสร้างอัตลักษณ์ให้กับอาคาร ซึ่งสะท้อนให้เห็นความสง่างามอย่างเรียบง่าย เรียบร้อย เป็นเอกลักษณ์สำคัญที่ปรากฏในผลงานออกแบบของศาสตราจารย์กิตติคุณ ร้อยเอก กฤษฎา อรุณวงษ์ ณ อยุธยา ผลจากการศึกษานี้อาจนำไปสู่การพิจารณาในบริบทของสถาปนิกร่วมสมัย ซึ่งจะช่วยต่อยอดองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับประวัติศาสตร์สถาปัตยกรรมสมัยใหม่ในประเทศไทย

การสร้างแบบจำลองสารสนเทศ สำหรับการบริหารจัดการกายภาพ ของอาคารที่ทำการสถานเอกอัครราชทูต และสถานกงสุลไทยในต่างประเทศ จากการสร้างองค์ประกอบกายภาพอาคารของกรณีศึกษา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบถึงขั้นตอนการสร้างแบบจำลองสารสนเทศ (BIM) และการประยุกต์ใช้อย่างเหมาะสมในการบริหารจัดการกายภาพของกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ การศึกษาแนวคิดการบริหารจัดการกายภาพอาคารสถานที่ โดยการรวบรวมข้อมูลองค์ประกอบกายภาพ ทำให้เกิดความเข้าใจการบริหารจัดการกายภาพ เพื่อนำไปสู่การพัฒนาการสร้างแบบจำลองสารสนเทศ (BIM) และประยุกต์ใช้ในการบริหารจัดการกายภาพทางไกล (Distant Management) ระหว่างสำนักจัดหาและบริหารทรัพย์สิน กระทรวงการต่างประเทศ อาคารสถานเอกอัครราชทูตและสถานกงสุลไทยในต่างประเทศ จากการศึกษาเบื้องต้นพบว่า ปัญหาข้อมูลทางกายภาพ ที่เป็นแบบก่อสร้างจริง (As built drawing) ประกอบด้วยอาคารเดิมที่เป็นแบบกระดาษพิมพ์เขียว และอาคารใหม่ที่เป็นแบบไฟล์ดิจิตอล เมื่อนำไปสำรวจสภาพจริงของอาคารกรณีศึกษา พบว่าข้อมูลมีความคลาดเคลื่อน เนื่องจากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงปรับปรุงแก้ไขอาคาร โดยไม่มีการบันทึกข้อมูลไว้ ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการสร้างแบบจำลองสารสนเทศ (BIM) ใช้โปรแกรมกราฟฟิกซอฟ อาคิแคต (Graphicsoft ArchiCAD) ที่ประกอบด้วย ข้อมูลเชิงกราฟิก (Graphic) เป็นมุมมองภาพเสมือนจริง 3 มิติ และข้อมูลไม่ใช่กราฟิก (Non-Graphic) ซึ่งเป็นอักขระตัวเลข ที่มีรายละเอียดที่จำเป็น ตลอดจนวิเคราะห์แบบจำลองสารสนเทศ (BIM) กับการบริหารจัดการอาคารสถานที่ และนำเสนอผลการศึกษาต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ของเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักจัดหาและบริหารทรัพย์สิน กระทรวงการต่างประเทศ จากการนำเสนอผลการศึกษา พบว่าเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักจัดหาและบริหารทรัพย์สิน กระทรวงการต่างประเทศ มีความเห็นว่า การมีแบบจำลองสารสนเทศ (BIM) จากมุมมองภาพเสมือนจริง 3 มิติ ทำให้การสื่อสารระหว่างเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักจัดหาและบริหารทรัพย์สิน กระทรวงการต่างประเทศ และเจ้าหน้าที่ประจำอาคารสถานเอกอัครราชทูต สถานกงสุลไทยในต่างประเทศมีความชัดเจน ถูกต้องมากขึ้น ส่วนข้อมูลอักขระและตัวเลข ช่วยในการจดบันทึก สามารถรวบรวมข้อมูลและเพิ่มเติมรายละเอียดได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง ส่งผลให้เกิดการบริหารจัดการกายภาพได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ทั้งนี้พบข้อสังเกตว่า เจ้าหน้าที่กระทรวงการต่างประเทศ คำนึงถึงเรื่องงบประมาณ การลงทุนในการจัดทำแบบจำลองสารสนเทศ (BIM) สำหรับการพัฒนาข้อมูลระบบบริหารกายภาพ และบุคลากรในการดูแลบริหารจัดการข้อมูล ซึ่งจำเป็นต้องมีการศึกษาวิจัยในรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมต่อไปในอนาคต

วัดบ้านเซเวียร์ : สถาปัตยกรรมวัดโรมันคาทอลิกสมัยใหม่ในประเทศไทย, สุภาวรรณ ปันดิ

วิทยานิพนธ์นี้นำเสนอการศึกษาสถาปัตยกรรมวัดบ้านเซเวียร์ ซึ่งเป็นผลงานการออกแบบของ ศาสตราจารย์กิตติคุณ ร้อยเอก กฤษฎา อรุณวงษ์ ณ อยุธยา ในปี ค.ศ.1971 การวิจัยเริ่มจากการตั้งคำถามเกี่ยวกับการผสานความเป็นสากลในสถาปัตยกรรมสมัยใหม่กับเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะในสถาปัตยกรรมแบบดั้งเดิมของประเทศไทย การศึกษานี้ใช้ข้อมูลด้านเอกสารและการสัมภาษณ์ รวมทั้งการแยกแยะลักษณะสมัยใหม่และลักษณะดั้งเดิมออกจากกัน และวิเคราะห์หาความสัมพันธ์ของทั้งสองลักษณะดังกล่าว โดยมุ่งหวังว่าจะนำไปสู่ความเข้าใจแนวความคิดการผสานลักษณะสากลกับลักษณะไทย อันปรากฏเป็นอัตลักษณ์ของวัดโรมันคาทอลิกสมัยใหม่ในประเทศไทย ผลการศึกษาพบว่าสถาปนิกผู้ออกแบบผสานลักษณะสากลกับลักษณะไทยโดยเลือกใช้ลักษณะไทยที่เป็นลักษณะร่วมของสถาปัตยกรรมไทยในแต่ละภูมิภาค และเป็นลักษณะที่ใช้กันโดยทั่วไปในสถาปัตยกรรมทุกฐานานุศักดิ์มาประยุกต์ ผสมผสานกับรูปแบบสถาปัตยกรรมสมัยใหม่จนเกิดรูปแบบใหม่ที่มีความเป็นสากลและมีลักษณะไทยแบบกลาง ๆ ไม่เฉพาะเจาะจงว่าเป็นของภูมิภาคไหนหรือของชนชั้นใด สำหรับปัจจัยที่ทำให้เกิดการผสานลักษณะสากลกับลักษณะไทย ในสถาปัตยกรรมวัดบ้านเซเวียร์ ประกอบด้วย 4 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ 1) การสังคายนาสากลวาติกันครั้งที่ 2 ที่สร้างกรอบแนวความคิดพื้นฐานสำหรับการสร้างพื้นที่ศักดิ์สิทธิ์ในสถาปัตยกรรมวัดโรมันคาทอลิกยุคสมัยใหม่ 2) นโยบายของรัฐบาลไทย ที่มีเป้าหมายการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมควบคู่ไปกับการส่งเสริมเอกลักษณ์ของชาติไทย ทำให้พระศาสนจักรคาทอลิกหันมาร่วมพัฒนาสังคมไทยและใช้รูปแบบทางสถาปัตยกรรมสมัยใหม่ที่มีลักษณะไทยมาปรับใช้ในวัดโรมันคาทอลิก 3) แนวทางของคณะเยสุอิต ที่ส่งเสริมการพัฒนาคนรุ่นใหม่ตามแนวความคิดประชาธิปไตยแบบเสรีนิยม ทำให้เกิดการพัฒนาพื้นที่ทางกายภาพของวัดบ้านเซเวียร์แห่งใหม่ เพื่อรองรับกิจกรรมของกลุ่มปัญญาชนของประเทศไทย และ 4) แนวความคิดของสถาปนิกในงานออกแบบวัดบ้านเซเวียร์ ซึ่งมีมิติของการสืบสาน การปรับเปลี่ยน การคิดใหม่-ทำใหม่ ทำให้เกิดการผสานทั้งลักษณะความเป็นสากลกับลักษณะดั้งเดิมของสถาปัตยกรรมไทยและโบสถ์คาทอลิกจากตะวันตก

The accumulation of water runoff during rain storms is a major problem in New York City’s combination water systems, forcing water treatment plants to release untreated excess water. To avoid overfilling of the sewer system by this grey water, pocket parks and gardens will be used to absorb the excess rainfall. We will be harnessing nature’s resources with current technologies such as: solar panels combined with rain catching canopies, to beautify the environment, educate the public about sustainability, stimulate growth to local businesses through increased foot traffic and bringing social awareness on environmental issues.

This paper examines the criteria that is significant in building an area-based innovation system inThailand. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) questionnaire was distributed to experts in thearea of urban planning, development, and policy studies. They assessed and prioritized indicators that could shape the innovation system on a regional scale. The study found that enhancing human capital, innovation collaboration, innovation capability, cultural/knowledge resources, and innovation capacity is more important, rather than focusing on physical infrastructure development. This implies that major elements for an area-based innovation system in Thailand highly depend on citizen, institutions, and linkages across sectors.

As physical environments play a role in supporting learning though play (LTP) in preschools, usersand interest group's perceptions of appropriate physical environment features for LTP become significant. This article examines perceptions of teachers and parents concerning an appropriate indoor physical environment for LTP in Malaysian preschools. A five-point Likert s cale and preference ranking were employed to understand teachers' and parents' perception of six features including sizing of spaces; material availability; spaces for creation and respite; indoor-outdoor connection; and provision of challenges. The findings included; variety of materials, spaces for personalization, spaces for challenges and good indoor-outdoor connection.

This paper has developed a model to forecast the housing needs and affordability of the low-incomehouseholds in Thailand 2018-2037. The model has applied the baseline data from the Socioeconomicsurvey (SES 2015). Considering official population projections by the changing age structure and household formations based on income, forecasts can be made about housing needed by 'Renters', who are the target group of the low-income households. Given, heuristic scenarios on households' income growth over time, an initial planning model for affordable units of housing by types for renters has been proposed. This study sought to select the appropriate sites for the housing projects in Thailand and MalaysiaBorder Trade areas. The Modified Sieve Analysis was adopted as the instrument for searching and selecting sites. The Modified Sieve Analysis is the technique used to assess the urban expansion, which has been modified from the traditional sieve analysis by overlaying the map with its scores and calculate the total scores for selecting the suitable sites for the urban and housing development. The findings from this study help identify the suitable sites to build housing projects in the four cities - three sites for each.

We are just beginning to identify and measure the qualities that generate active street life, and this paper builds on the first few studies to do so. We are eager to shine a spotlight on the landscape performance of two Great Plains projects: P Street Corridor, a revitalized downtown streetscape in Lincoln, Nebraska, and Tom Hanafan River’s Edge Park, a waterfront redevelopment in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Accumulation of water runoff during rain storms affects New York City’s combination water system, forcing water treatment plants to release untreated excess water. Rather than allow this grey water to overfill the sewer system, pocket parks and gardens can be used to absorb rainfall. By harnessing nature’s resources through today’s technology we can also create solar and rain catching canopies to beautify, educate, and bring growth and social awareness to local businesses.
