การตรวจสอบและการประเมินสุขภาพของโครงสร้างสะพานเป็นสิ่งสำคัญที่บ่งบอกถึงความสมบูรณ์ของโครงสร้างสะพาน โดยส่วนที่มีผลกระทบต่อผู้ใช้สะพานมากที่สุดคือพื้นผิวทางสะพาน เนื่องด้วยพื้นผิวทางสะพานเป็นส่วนที่ใช้เพื่อการสัญจรและได้รับความเสียหายเป็นอันดับแรกสุดจากน้ำหนักบรรทุก การตรวจสอบด้วยตาเปล่า (Visual Inspection) เป็นขั้นตอนแรกในการตรวจสอบความเสียหายสะพาน ซึ่งในการตรวจสอบนี้ต้องใช้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจโครงสร้างสะพาน การได้รับการฝึกอบรม และมีประสบการณ์ในการตรวจสอบ รวมถึงการปิดช่องทางการจราจรเพื่อทำการตรวจสอบซึ่งอาจทำให้การจราจรติดขัดได้ และมีการใช้ผู้ปฏิบัติงานเพื่อดูแลรักษาด้านความปลอดภัยมาก นอกจากนี้การเก็บข้อมูลด้านความเสียหายนั้นใช้เวลานานและมีค่าใช้จ่ายที่สูง งานวิจัยนี้ได้ศึกษาการตรวจสอบความเสียหายของพื้นผิวทางสะพานด้วยข้อมูลภาพถ่ายจากอากาศยานไร้คนขับ (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles :UAV) ที่มีประสิทธิภาพในการเพิ่มความแม่นยำสำหรับการตรวจสอบความเสียหายเนื่องด้วยการนำข้อมูลภาพถ่ายความเสียหายที่ได้จากอากาศยานไร้คนขับมาประมวลผลภาพสำหรับการสร้างภาพออร์โธโมเสค (Orthomosaic image) ซึ่งมีความละเอียดสูงเหมาะแก่การใช้ตรวจสอบความเสียหาย และระบุความเสียหายในระยะเวลาอันรวดเร็ว ด้วยกระบวนการ การตรวจจับและการคำนวณขนาดเชิงปริมาณของความเสียหาย รวมไปถึงการจำแนกประเภทของความเสียหายที่สนใจแบบอัตโนมัติ โดยใช้เทคนิคการเรียนรู้เชิงลึก (Deep learning) และนำเสนอการประเมินสุขภาพของพื้นผิวทางสะพานเพื่อนำไปสู่การจัดลำดับความสำคัญสำหรับการบำรุงรักษาพื้นสะพานในอนาคต

ปัจจุบันเทคโนโลยีการพิมพ์ 3 มิติเป็นเทคโนโลยีที่ได้รับความนิยมอย่างแพร่หลายในงานด้านวิศวกรรม ซึ่งเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการก่อสร้างที่มีการออกแบบทางด้านสถาปัตยกรรมที่มีความซับซ้อนและมีรูปแบบที่หลากหลาย โดยเทคโนโลยีดังกล่าวสามารถนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในงานก่อสร้างได้ เช่น การพิมพ์กรอบแบบคานที่มีรูปแบบอิสระ ดังนั้นงานวิจัยนี้จึงมีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการยึดเหนี่ยวของกรอบแบบคานที่มีการหล่อทีหลังจากที่ทำการขึ้นรูปด้วยเทคโนโลยีการพิมพ์แบบ 3 มิติ ซึ่งกรอบแบบคานดังกล่าวจะใช้วิธีการพิมพ์แบบระบบบฉีดเนื้อวัสดุเป็นแบบเส้นกลม (Fused Deposition Modeling, FDM) พิมพ์เนื้อคอนกรีตซ้อนทับกันไปจนได้เป็นกรอบแบบ โดยมีการศึกษาพฤติกรรมของรูปแบบพื้นผิวที่มีลักษณะแตกต่างกันและปัจจัยด้านอายุของกรอบแบบหล่อที่มีอายุต่างกันต่อประสิทธิภาพการยึดเหนี่ยวกับคอนกรีตที่ทำการหล่อในภายหลังจากนั้นผลการทดสอบจะถูกนำมาวิเคราะห์และเปรียบเทียบผลเพื่อหาประสิทธิภาพการยึดเหนี่ยวระหว่างพื้นผิวซึ่งประสิทธิภาพการยึดเหนี่ยวระหว่างพื้นผิวกับคอนกรีตหล่อทีหลังช่วงเวลาที่ดีสุดอยู่ในช่วงระยะเวลา 7 วันจากการทดสอบ

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการพิจารณาความเหมาะสมของวิธีการคำนวณแรงเฉือนสำหรับออกแบบกำแพงโครงสร้างเมื่อพิจารณาผลของปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโครงสร้างกับชั้นดิน (soil-structure interaction, SSI) ในเขตกรุงเทพฯ โดยมาตรฐานการออกแบบอาคารต้านทานแผ่นดินไหวของประเทศไทยฉบับล่าสุดได้มีการเสนอวิธีคำนวณแรงเฉือนด้วยวิธีที่เรียกว่า Modified Response Spectrum Analysis (MRSA) การศึกษานี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของวิธี MRSA เมื่อมีการพิจารณาผลของ SSI และเปรียบเทียบกับการคำนวณด้วยวิธีต่างๆ โดยศึกษาอาคารทั้งหมด 3 หลังประกอบไปด้วยอาคารสูง 8, 15 และ 39 ชั้น โดยจำลองฐานรองรับแบบยึดแน่น (fixed-base model, FB) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลการวิเคราะห์กับการจำลองฐานรองรับที่คำนึงถึงความอ่อนตัวของชั้นดิน (compliant-base model, CB) โดยจะพิจารณาผลตอบสนองของอาคาร เช่น ค่าแรงเฉือน ค่าโมเมนต์พลิกคว่ำ การเคลื่อนตัวสัมพัทธ์ระหว่างชั้น การเคลื่อนตัวของชั้น เป็นต้น จากผลการศึกษาพบว่าอาคารสูงน้อยจะได้รับผลกระทบจากการพิจารณา SSI มากกว่าอาคารสูง เนื่องจากฐานรากอาคารมีขนาดเล็ก และเสาเข็มที่ไม่ลึกมากทำให้ฐานรองรับมีความอ่อนตัวมากกว่าอาคารที่มีฐานรากขนาดใหญ่ที่มีพฤติกรรมใกล้เคียงกับกับฐานรองรับแบบยึดแน่น

Geopolymer concrete (GPC) is recognized as a promising alternative to conventional cement concrete due to its environmental sustainability properties. In this research work, crumb rubber (CR) was used to partially replace fine aggregate to reduce rubber waste, and graphene nanoplatelets (GNPs) were used as a nanomaterial to enhance the properties of GPC. Total 20 mix designs of fly ash-based GPC were made having 10% to 30% replacement of fine aggregate with CR and addition of 0.1% to 0.4% of GNPs as of binder percentage. การออกแบบอุโมงค์ในภาวะเพลิงไหม้โดยส่วนใหญ่พิจารณาให้พื้นผิวด้านในของอุโมงค์สัมผัสเพลิงไหม้ตลอดแนวเส้นรอบรูป อย่างไรก็ตาม ในการเกิดเพลิงไหม้จริง พื้นผิวของอุโมงค์อาจได้รับผลกระทบจากความร้อนเพียงบางส่วน เนื่องจากลักษณะของเพลิงไหม้ที่เกิดขึ้นหรือการติดตั้งอุปกรณ์อื่นๆ เพิ่มเติมภายในอุโมงค์ ส่งผลให้ผลตอบสนองเชิงโครงสร้างของอุโมงค์แตกต่างไป งานวิจัยนี้ศึกษาผลตอบสนองเชิงโครงสร้างของอุโมงค์รถไฟฟ้าใต้ดินที่มีรูปแบบของพื้นผิวสัมผัสเพลิงไหม้ที่แตกต่างกัน 4 กรณีศึกษา ได้แก่ กรณีที่ 1 พื้นผิวสัมผัสเพลิงไหม้ตลอดแนวเส้นรอบรูปด้านในของอุโมงค์ กรณีที่ 2 พื้นผิวสัมผัสเพลิงไหม้เหนือระดับรางรถไฟ กรณีที่ 3 พื้นผิวสัมผัสเพลิงไหม้เหนือระดับกึ่งกลางความสูงของอุโมงค์ และ กรณีที่ 4 พื้นผิวสัมผัสเพลิงไหม้เหนือระดับรางรถไฟเว้นทางเดินด้านข้างอุโมงค์ โดยประยุกต์ใช้ระเบียบวิธีไฟไนต์เอลิเมนต์ในการวิเคราะห์การถ่ายโอนความร้อนและการวิเคราะห์โครงสร้าง รวมทั้งนำเสนอตัวคูณลดค่าความต้านทานวิกฤติสำหรับแผนภาพปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความต้านทานโมเมนต์ดัดกับความต้านทานแรงตามแนวแกนเพื่อพิจารณากรณีเพลิงไหม้ที่เลวร้ายที่สุด ผลการศึกษาชี้ให้เห็นความแตกต่างของผลตอบสนองเชิงโครงสร้างอุโมงค์ภายใต้รูปแบบเพลิงไหม้ที่แตกต่างกัน โดยกรณีศึกษาที่ 3 เป็นรูปแบบเพลิงไหม้ที่เลวร้ายที่สุด ซึ่งยืนยันจากการวิเคราะห์รูปแบบเพลิงไหม้เพิ่มเติมอีก 6 กรณีศึกษาที่อ้างอิงจากรูปแบบเพลิงไหม้ในกรณีศึกษาที่ 3 ด้วยการเพิ่มและลดส่วนของพื้นผิวด้านในอุโมงค์ที่สัมผัสเพลิงไหม้อีก 15o 30o และ 45o จากแนวกึ่งกลางความสูงของอุโมงค์ทั้งฝั่งซ้ายและฝั่งขวา ผลจากการศึกษานี้สามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางเบื้องต้นสำหรับการพิจารณารูปแบบเพลิงไหม้สำหรับการออกแบบโครงสร้างอุโมงค์รถไฟฟ้าใต้ดินต่อไป
