This study aims to minimize conflicts that impede church unity and causes a decline in growth in advance, present a general diagnosis and analysis of the causes, and suggest appropriate solutions to them to mature the conflicts that have arisen. The Korean Church has achieved quantitative growth. Since the 1990s, however, Korean churches have seen a decline in growth. One of the causes is the inability to resolve the deepening and diversity of church conflicts.
