The study aimed at identifying the concept and provisions of promotional gifts and their legal texts, and showing some of their applications in Islamic banks, through collecting the texts related to the subject of the study, analyzing them and showing evidence of their compliance to applying the provisions of Islamic Law as per general Islamic rules and norms. The study showed that Jordanian Islamic banks offer customers and depositors various promotional gifts in kind, and that it is desirable to accept this type of gifts, provided that such abides by the legal controls set by scholars. The study illustrates the limitations of this study by discussing this phenomenon and different opinions about it from both Shia and Sunna scholars point of views and stating exaggerators writers following complete induction method.

This examination was carried out in two aspects, the first focused on investigating Hadith critics' opinions in Abdullah Bin Wahab as one of the abundant narrators imposed to several critics by clarifying the arguments against him and correct them.
