This study discusses a significant issue from issues of Zakat, it is a concept of complete property in alms – tax, and the effect of that on the hasting rent of alms – tax in the right of renter and the tenant on both concluding and dissolution of the contract together with clearing the causes by which the contract is dissolved.

This study aims at gathering Imam Annabati's commentaries on his predecessors through his commentary on his seminal book 'Al-Hafel'. Then the study goes further to study his commentary in accordance with the the Hadith criticism criteria to judge its correctness. The study reached the conclusion that such commentaries were varied, including issues in relation to names of narrators, and how trustworthy they are. The study shows Imam Annabati's accuracy in his commentary and the smooth flow of his varied expressions.

This dissertation is a study of Baloch musical—and ritual—idioms as cultivated (and variously innovated, embellished, patronized, and reconstructed) in the relatively prosperous and cosmopolitan urban environments of the coastal Eastern Arabian Peninsula—the third major concentration of Baloch population after Balochistan and Karachi. The Mischaracterization Of The Pakhtun-Islamic Peace Culture Created By Abdul Ghaffar Khan And The Khudai Khidmatgars, Shelini Harris

Abdul Ghaffar Khan and his Khudai Khidmatgar Movement, whose peace activities included nonviolent resistance to British rule in India, have remained relatively unknown despite the magnitude of their achievement and significance (100,000 strong peace army). Even among appreciative peace scholars their nonviolence has been mischaracterized as an adoption of Gandhi’s teachings; Khan is referred to as the Muslim Gandhi. I argue that this is due to a reliance on biased colonial sources, concomitant racist characterization of the Pakhtuns and Islam, and an insufficient understanding of violence.
