[Purpose/significance]The realization of policy goal of scientific and technological innovation must depend on the reasonable combination and effective collocation of various policy tools，so as to promote innovation-driven development.[Method/process]Based on the content analysis method，the three-dimensional analysis framework of 'functional dimension of innovation policy tools-linear mode dimension of innovation activities-hierarchical dimension of innovation policy tools'was constructed. 45 scientific and technological innovation policy texts issued by Jiangsu province from 2010 to 2019 were selected as empirical analysis objects to conduct quantitative analysis of the policy texts.[Result/conclusion]This study found that in selecting，matching and constructing science，technology and innovation policy tools in Jiangsu，there are problems such …

This report was created to quantify and qualify the value of historic archives managed by the Parkview Library within the Institutional Repository (IR) and/or our internal platform Sharepoint.

Parkview Hospital has a long history and with an accumulation of documents and photographs. These historic materials (digital and physical) reside between three Parkview departments: Marketing, Media Services, and the Resource Library. The Parkview Resource Library receives two or three requests for archival materials annually. Managing an institutional repository is not a project in its own right: rather, it is an operational service that involves conversations with faculty, students, and other content providers. However, once those stakeholders decide that the repository is a good, stable, discoverable home for their work, there are projects involved in populating the repository. This article presents a case study of how the author, a music librarian and institutional repository manager at Illinois State University, approached adding thousands of items from the Wonsook Kim College of Fine Arts into the institutional repository, ISU ReD: Research and eData.

Sustainable Development Goal 2 aims to end hunger, achieve food and nutrition security and promote sustainable agriculture by 2030. This requires that small-scale producers be included in, and benefit from, the rapid growth and transformation under way in food systems. Small-scale producers interact with various actors when they link with markets, including product traders, logistics firms, processors and retailers. The literature has explored primarily how large firms interact with farmers through formal contracts and resource provision arrangements. The increasingly high cost of textbooks coupled with the pedagogical opportunities presented by Creative Commons licenses has provided fertile ground for the development of open educational resources (OER) initiatives as an impactful practice for improving student success.
