This study examined the availability, access points and use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) by science students in selected private secondary schools in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. The descriptive survey design was used and four (4) research questions guided the study. Mental health issues are on the rise on college campuses (Gallagher & American College Counseling Association, [ACCA], 2014).  Residence life professionals are often first responders to these issues.  College counselors are in a unique position to support these professionals by (a) preparing the residence environment, (b) planning and providing programming on mental health issues, (c) using basic crisis skills, and (d) making referrals. The present study was undertaken to assess academic performances of faculty members of Mother Teresa Women’s University and its Affiliated Colleges. Simple random sampling method has been applied in order to assess the faculty members’ perception about the academic performances. Questionnaire was a data collection tool. A total of 290 questionnaires were distributed among users and 254 duly filled in questionnaires were received, thus resulting into a response rate of 87.59 per cent. The purpose of this study was to examine the level of staff preparedness towards fire disaster in University of Jos Library. Survey research method was adopted for the study. This paper reports the findings of a study that examined native English‐speaking learners’ comprehension of Spanish language music containing Caribbean dialectal features. Twenty‐one learners enrolled in 300‐ and 400‐level Spanish content courses at a large, Midwestern public university in the US participated in this study. Each participant completed the following five tasks: (1) listening task, (2) listening task difficulty questionnaire, (3) vocabulary familiarity task, (4) Spanish language proficiency test, and (5) background questionnaire. This study examined the information literacy level among secondary school students in Ilorin. This study adopted the disproportionate stratified random sampling techniques. The total population for this study 1958 students. The data for the study was collected through structured questionnaires which were distributed randomly to 210 students. However, only 192 copies of the questionnaire were properly filled and returned for analysis and thus form the basis as sample for this study (N=192). A scientometric analysis was conducted on 2835 articles published in the Journal of Bioscience and Bioengineering from 2007-2016, downloaded from Web of Science on 12.03.2017 and analysed using Bibexcel and MS Excel. The study reveals that : Year 2009 had seen a maximum of (709, 25.01%) articles; volume 108 is most productive; RGR decreased from 1.00 in 2009 to 0.08 in 2016. This study was intended to investigate law reports exploitation in a faculty of law library, University of Benin, Edo State, Nigeria. A descriptive survey design was adopted in carrying out the study. In order to achieve the stated objective, research questions and hypothesis were developed to guide the study. A total of one hundred and eighteen (118) copies of the structured questionnaire were distributed among the law students, one hundred and four(104) were properly filled and retrieved making up an 88.1% respondence rate. The study assessed professional development programmes available for Polytechnic Library staff in Ghana, and examined their prospects and challenges. The survey method was employed and quantitative approach was adopted for the study which involved only professional Library and para-professional staff of the Polytechnics in Ghana. Out of 80 copies of questionnaire sent out, 72 were retrieved representing a response rate of 90%. The study revealed that most of the staff were aware of the term “professional development”. Social science literature shows associations between fathers' involvement with their children and beneficial developmental outcomes of those children. A related but smaller body of research in the child welfare services arena has found measures of father involvement to be positively associated with beneficial child welfare outcomes, including child's reunification with parent after placement in foster care.
