Purpose: This retrospective study, evaluate the publications published in PubMed Indexed journals through authors who participated as the first or as a participatory author associated with institutes functioning in Pakistan.
Methods: The information related to literature in hepatitis C was published, and retrieved on October 1st, 2019 from the PubMed/Medline database to tabulate in Microsoft Excel 2010. Purpose –This study investigated factors affect the use of Twitter by Pakistani journalists and to what extent Twitter usage impact on their job performance.
Design/methodology/approach –This study opted for a quantitative survey research design. The theoretical lens used in this study was the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), extended to include the impact of Twitter usage on job performance. A pilot-tested structured questionnaire was used to collect data from the journalists working in the mainstream media houses of Pakistan.

The role of the library of agricultural extension workers in Osun State, Nigeria is very important. Structural questionnaires were used to collect data from 160 extension workers in the study area, out of which 149 (93.1%) responded and were used for analysis. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data using frequency, percentage table, and regression analysis to test the relationship between variables. Findings showed that all the respondents were educated beyond the O’ Level. The majority of extension workers do visit the public library to gather the information that is useful for farmers. The study examined 2053 papers related to the publications of SAARC Countries on Colorectal cancer indexed in the web of science databases during 2010- 2018. The world colorectal cancer output (116203 publications) was formed from several countries. The present study analyzed the research output, authorship pattern, collaborative pattern, and activity index of five SAARC Countries viz. India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Nepal. This paper aims to study the significance/importance of “empiricism”, “rationalism” and “positivism” and their application in library and information science (LIS) research. The objectives of this paper covered in two parts. Part one describes the historical development of these epistemologies, explore its main characteristics and presents the criticism that has been nurtured against these views. In the second part, the importance and use of these epistemologies in the context of LIS research have been discussed. The present study attempt to compare the research output in terms of publications between two Asian giants India and china in nuclear science and technology for the period 2000 to 2019 as indexed in web of Science database under different parameters like publications size, mode of communication, research wise distribution, authorship pattern and collaboration pattern, citation pattern. This study set out to ascertain the perception of the lecturers of the College of Education Warri Library, Delta State, Nigeria. The population of the study consisted of 100 lecturers drawn from the five Schools of the college. The survey research design was adopted using the questionnaire as an instrument for data collection. Frequency counts and percentages were used to analyze the data generated. Findings revealed that (36%) of respondents were dissatisfied with the library resources, (21%) of respondents are moderately satisfied while (26%) were satisfied with the use of the resources; and (17%) were undecided about library resources. The study assessed the COVID-19 information seeking strategies of rural dwellers in Delta North, Nigeria. This study adopted a survey research design. Fifty (50) respondents were randomly selected from each of the rural communities in Delta North used for the study, which amounted to 450 respondents used for the study. Seeking And Finding Research Collaborators: An Exploratory Study Of Librarian Motivations, Strategies, And Success Rates, Ngoc-Yen Tran, Emily Chan

Library and information science research is increasingly conducted in collaboration; a phenomenon that has been observed, but there is a lack of clarity on the factors that motivate librarians to seek research collaborators. This exploratory study presents librarians’ motivations, strategies, and their relative success rates for finding collaborations. Survey results indicate that the most prevalent motivators for seeking a collaborator were to acquire expertise that one lacked, sustain research interest, and obtain a sounding board. Workplaces, being open to collaborations, and attending conferences and meetings were the top selected strategies for finding research collaborators with the highest relative success rates.

ABSTRACT
This study was to examine the barriers to access and availability of adaptive technologies in supporting Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) in public academic libraries in Ghana. The study adopted the qualitative research design. The University of Cape Coast Library and the University of Ghana library were purposively selected and interview guides were used for data collection. A total of 20 respondents were selected and the interviews targeted 16 students with disabilities using the snowball approach, the 2 Librarians, and the 2 heads of the unit in the library that catered students with special needs.
