Background: Many public libraries embraced digitalisation while some are hesitant to embrace it.
Aim: The purpose of the study was to examine digitalisation of library services as a magnifying factor in improving public library services in Limpopo.
Method: The study used a quantitative research approach. Data were collected through a questionnaire comprising both open and closed questions.
Results: Findings revealed that ICT infrastructure in Limpopo public libraries is underdeveloped and inadequate. Given this, the majority of public librarians are unable to utilise ICTs to render library and information services resulting in limited access to those services. It is recommended …

Access to information is a fundamental value of professional librarianship and library and information science more generally; however, providing such access can be impeded by certain practices of librarianship, as this article describes. We focus on obtaining a better understanding of the extent of censorship practices within information institutions and the effects of restricted access to information on both individuals and communities. It is an attempt to find out the various scientometrics indicators such as: type of document wise distribution, authorship pattern, year wise publication, Co-occurrence of keyword. The present study examines the publication pattern of Chennai Mathematical Institute (CMI) during 2005 - 2019 using Web of Science (WOS) database from Clarivate Analytics. 632 articles were published during the study period, more number of articles published in 2019 with 94 (14.87%) and highest number of papers published in physical review letters journal which havs more h-index (567), average annual growth rate of CMI publications was 18.48. This study compared the extent to which employee motivation and job satisfaction promote productivity among the staff of Sam Jonah and Osagyefo libraries. The study used a cross-sectional survey design. Census sampling and a questionnaire were used to collect data from 184 library staff of both Sam Jonah and Osagyefo libraries in Ghana based on the objectives identified. Versatile leadership theories have been practiced to organizational sustainability last decade. Interestingly, authentic leadership has been proved to have effective practical implications to ensure organizational sustainability. Drawing from authentic leadership theory, this research aims at exploring the direct and indirect effect of authentic leadership on knowledge-management: explicit and tacit knowledge sharing behavior about public libraries in higher educational institutions (HEIs). This research employed an affective commitment mechanism to mediate the relationship between authentic leadership and knowledge-management.
