If present in the body for an extended period, the human papillomavirus (HPV) can cause aberrant cells to develop in the cervix. Left undetected, these abnormalities can manifest into cancer. Incarcerated women are among the highest demographic to be diagnosed with cervical cancer - diagnoses that could be averted through HPV vaccinations, regular cervical cancer screenings, Pap smears, and comprehensive sexual education. The lack of these preventative measures points to an insufficiency of reproductive healthcare within women’s prisons. In its early stages, cervical cancer is asymptomatic. The Q Line, designed to modernize public transit, features eco-friendly compressed natural gas (CNG) vehicles, real-time passenger information, and improved service efficiency. The study applied a descriptive survey design with a sampled population of 48 special librarians selected through purposive sampling techniques from 24 special libraries in Africa. The study was guided by four research objectives. The main instrument used for data collection was a 4 point scaled questionnaires scaled in that 1 = “strongly disagree” and 4 = “strongly agree”.
