Awareness And Satisfaction Of Research Scholars Using Library Resources And Services In Academic Libraries, Seyedhadi Marjaei Dr., Fahimeh Ahmadianyazdi Dr., M Chandrashekara Prof.

This study discovers the user awareness and satisfaction level of research scholars with resources in academic libraries. It has been conducted by survey method and distributed the pre-structured questionnaire among research scholars in three universities in Karnataka. The result indicates that more than half of the users are aware of on/off-campus passwords to access databases. The majority of scholars are satisfied with Internet access, database access, and library facilities in the universities. There is a significant difference between the awareness of on/off-campus passwords and the three selected universities; also between the awareness of on/off-campus passwords and database access in universities.

The study investigated the factors that influence library usage by students with disabilities at United College of Education in Zimbabwe. The study employed a qualitative approach. Interviews were held with sixteen students with disabilities, the chief librarian, two library assistants, and one library intern. Data were also collected through observations. Results reveal that great effort has been made to provide inclusive library services to students with disabilities; however, challenges remain. The study's objectives were to access the publications based on various parameters such as year-wise distribution, authorship pattern, the total count of citations, most cited publications and the most prolific authors.

Methodology: The bibliometric method was applied in the study to analyze the characteristics and trends of papers published on library automation during the years 2015-2020. Therefore, this study was designed to examine the resilience of public library employees at their workplace. A self-administered questionnaire was distributed to all public library staff members in the Eastern Province of Sri Lanka. However, potential impacts of social distancing on the performance of FRT services remain mostly unknown. This research evaluates the accessibility of FRT buses with social distancing using the ridership data collected on four FRT routes: 105, 108, 111, and 115 of the LA Metro's A Line stations located in low-income neighborhoods.
