งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของการเลือกโรงเรียนในระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ต่อการศึกษาต่อในระดับอุดมศึกษา ผลตอบแทนในตลาดแรงงาน และทุนทางสังคมของชาวมุสลิมจังหวัดปัตตานี ดำเนินการวิจัยด้วยการเก็บข้อมูลปฐมภูมิแบบ Quota/Convenience sampling โดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่สร้างขึ้นจากวรรณกรรมปริทัศน์ เกณฑ์การคัดเข้า ได้แก่ เป็นคนไทยมุสลิม อายุ 25-49 ปี และจบระดับการศึกษาชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายจากโรงเรียนในจังหวัดปัตตานี กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีขนาดเท่ากับ 483 ตัวอย่าง การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้แบบจำลองสมการถดถอย โดยพิจารณาปัญหา Endogeneity งานวิจัยนี้แบ่งประเภทของโรงเรียนออกเป็นโรงเรียนสามัญศึกษา โรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม และสถาบันศึกษาปอเนาะ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า (1) เพศหญิง การสื่อสารภาษาไทยในบ้าน คุณลักษณะของพ่อแม่ และการอาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่เมืองมีผลต่อการเลือกโรงเรียน (2) ก่อนการพิจารณาปัญหา Endogeneity พบว่า ประเภทโรงเรียนมีผลต่อการเรียนต่อหลังจบระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายและรายได้ต่อเดือน และ (3) เมื่อพิจารณาปัญหา Endogeneity พบว่า ประเภทโรงเรียนส่งผลต่อการเรียนต่อหลังในระดับอุดมศึกษา แต่ไม่ส่งผลทางตรงต่อผลตอบแทนในตลาดแรงงาน ทว่าการจบการศึกษาในระดับอุดมศึกษาส่งผลทางบวกต่อผลตอบแทนในตลาดแรงงาน (4) ในด้านทุนทางสังคม พบว่า ก่อนการพิจารณาปัญหา Endogeneity สถาบันศึกษาปอเนาะส่งผลทางลบต่อการได้รับสนับสนุนทางทรัพยากรและทางอารมณ์ แต่ภายหลังพิจารณาปัญหา Endogeneity พบว่าโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามและสถาบันศึกษาปอเนาะกลับส่งผลทางบวกต่อการได้รับสนับสนุนทางทรัพยากรและทางอารมณ์ ทั้งนี้ ตัวแปรการจบการศึกษาในระดับอุดมศึกษาส่งผลทางบวกต่อทุนทางสังคมเสมอ ผลการศึกษาทั้งหมดชี้ให้เห็นว่า แม้ว่าประเภทโรงเรียนในระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายจะไม่ได้ส่งผลทางตรงต่อผลตอบแทนในตลาดแรงงานและส่งผลอย่างไม่ชัดเจนต่อทุนทางสังคม แต่ประเภทโรงเรียนกลับส่งผลทางอ้อมต่อทั้งผลตอบแทนในตลาดแรงงานและทุนทางสังคม ผ่านการสำเร็จการศึกษาในระดับอุดมศึกษา

บทบาทของทักษะทางการเงินที่มีต่อการเข้าถึงบริการทางการเงินในประเทศไทย, ศักดิ์ศิริ เสาโกมุท

งานศึกษานี้ต้องการศึกษาอิทธิพลของทักษะทางการเงินต่อการเข้าถึงบริการทางการเงินในประเทศไทย โดยใช้ข้อมูลการสำรวจระดับความรู้ทางการเงินและการเข้าถึงบริการทางการเงินของประชาชนปี พ.ศ. 2561 จำนวน 11,129 ตัวอย่าง สร้างเป็นตัวแปรทักษะทางการเงิน และการเข้าถึงบริการทางการเงินซึ่งมีลักษณะเป็นตัวแปรเชิงปริมาณ ตามลำดับ และวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ด้วยแบบจำลองการถดถอยแบบสองชั้น (2-Stage Least Squares : 2-SLS) โดยใช้ระดับทักษะทางการเงินเฉลี่ยของจังหวัดที่กลุ่มตัวอย่างอาศัยอยู่ และทักษะทางคณิตศาสตร์ของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นตัวแปรเครื่องมือ (Instrumental Variable : IV) เพื่อแก้ปัญหาตัวแปรภายใน (Endogeneity) ที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างตัวแปรการเข้าถึงบริการทางการเงินและตัวแปรทักษะทางการเงิน ผลการศึกษาพบว่าระดับทักษะทางการเงินไม่เพียงแต่จะมีความสัมพันธ์กับระดับการเข้าถึงบริการทางการเงินในภาพรวมเท่านั้น แต่ยังมีส่วนช่วยเพิ่มโอกาสการเข้าถึงผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงินกลุ่มต่างๆ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ นอกจากนี้การทดสอบยืนยันผลการศึกษาด้วยการแบ่งกลุ่มลักษณะประชากรตามลักษณะรายได้ และลักษณะการกระจายตัวของระดับการเข้าถึงบริการทางการเงิน ยังคงแสดงให้เห็นว่าทักษะทางการเงินมีอิทธิพลต่อการเข้าถึงบริการทางการเงินในประเทศไทย

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการแข่งขันของอุตสาหกรรมโรงชำแหละสุกรในประเทศไทยที่จดทะเบียนและมีใบอนุญาต โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้ประกอบการจำนวน 5 รายเพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการแข่งขันทั้งทางด้านราคาและไม่ใช่ราคาโดยอาศัยการวิเคราะห์ภาพรวมอุตสาหกรรมด้วยเครื่องมือห่วงโซ่คุณค่า (Value Chain) และวิเคราะห์ตัวแทนอุตสาหกรรมด้วยเครื่องมือแบบจำลองแรงผลักดัน 5 ประการ (Five Force Model) และคำนวณส่วนเหลื่อมตลาด ผลการศึกษาพบว่าโครงสร้างตลาดของอุตสาหกรรมโรงชำแหละสุกรของประเทศไทยมีลักษณะผู้ขายน้อยราย ซึ่งจากการคำนวณ CR4 เป็นในทิศทางเดียวกันกับผลสรุป HHI และ CCI นั่นคืออุตสาหกรรมโรงชำแหละสุกรของประเทศไทยมีอัตราการกระจุกตัวสูงหรือมีการแข่งขันน้อย อีกทั้งผู้ประกอบการมีพฤติกรรมการแข่งขันในด้านไม่ใช่ราคามากกว่าด้านราคาเป็นกลยุทธ์หลัก โดยใช้การสร้างความแตกต่างในตัวผลิตภัณฑ์คือการชำแหละเนื้อสุกรให้มีคุณภาพและโรงชำแหละสุกรที่ให้บริการแบบครบวงจรจะสามารถควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายด้านต้นทุนได้ดีกว่าโรงชำแหละสุกรประเภทอื่น ๆ

การศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผลิตภาพแรงงานและค่าจ้างระหว่างภาคของประเทศไทย, สันติ ปะมะโข

วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้เป็นการศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผลิตภาพแรงงานและค่าจ้างระหว่างภาคของประเทศไทย การศึกษาส่วนใหญ่วิเคราะห์เพียงรายประเทศและรายสาขาการผลิตเท่านั้น ประเทศไทยยังขาดการศึกษาในรายภูมิภาค ซึ่งตารางปัจจัยการผลิตและผลผลิตระหว่างภาค (Multi-Regional Input-Output Table : MRIO) สามารถให้รายละเอียดข้อมูลได้ทั้งรายภูมิภาคและรายสาขาการผลิต แต่เนื่องจากตารางดังกล่าวยังขาดข้อมูลในด้าน “จำนวนแรงงาน” การศึกษาครั้งนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อจำแนกข้อมูลผลผลิต จำนวนแรงงาน และค่าจ้าง รายภูมิภาคและรายสาขาการผลิต โดยใช้นิยามจากตารางปัจจัยการผลิตและผลผลิตระหว่างภาค และแบ่งแรงงานเป็นประเภทมีฝีมือและไร้ฝีมือ สัดส่วนทุนต่อแรงงาน ผลิตภาพแรงงาน และค่าจ้าง 2) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผลิตภาพแรงงานและค่าจ้าง รายภูมิภาคและรายสาขาการผลิต 3) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ผลกระทบต่อการจ้างงานรายภูมิภาคและรายสาขาการผลิต หากอุปสงค์ขั้นสุดท้าย (Final Demand) ของประเทศเปลี่ยนแปลงไป ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ภาคตะวันออก โดยเฉพาะสาขาอุตสาหกรรมมีความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผลิตภาพแรงงานและค่าจ้างสูง ส่วนใหญ่จะมีลักษณะของแรงงานประเภทมีฝีมือสอดรับกับสัดส่วนทุนต่อแรงงาน และเมื่อพิจารณาการเปลี่ยนแปลงอุปสงค์ขั้นสุดท้าย หากอุปสงค์ขั้นสุดท้ายเปลี่ยนแปลงไป จะส่งผลกระทบต่อการจ้างงานสูงใน ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ โดยเฉพาะสาขาการปศุสัตว์เมื่อวิเคราะห์ความเชื่อมโยงไปข้างหลัง (Backward Linkage) และสาขาการทำไร่มันสำปะหลังเมื่อวิเคราะห์ความเชื่อมโยงไปข้างหน้า (Forward Linkage)

การศึกษารูปแบบของครัวเรือนและผลกระทบที่มีต่ออุปทานแรงงานของครัวเรือนชายรักชายในกรุงเทพมหานคร, อัษศกร แนมแนบ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยคือ เพื่อศึกษาถึงรูปแบบของครัวเรือนและการจัดสรรทรัพยากรของครัวเรือนชายรักชายในกรุงเทพมหานคร เพื่อศึกษาถึงการเปรียบเทียบรูปแบบของครัวเรือนรักต่างเพศในประเทศไทยและครัวเรือนชายรักชายในประเทศตะวันตก และเพื่อศึกษาผลกระทบของรูปแบบของครัวเรือนชายรักชายที่มีต่ออุปทานแรงงานของครัวเรือนชายรักชายในกรุงเทพมหานคร ด้วยวิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการวิจัยเชิงเอกสารสำหรับครัวเรือนรักต่างเพศในประเทศไทย และครัวเรือนชายรักชายในประเทศตะวันตก รวมถึงการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกสำหรับครัวเรือนชายรักชายในกรุงเทพมหานคร ทั้งนี้มีการเลือกตัวอย่างด้วยการใช้วิธีแบบเจาะจงและสโนว์บอลจำนวน 26 ครัวเรือน จากผลการวิจัยพบว่า ครัวเรือนชายรักชายในกรุงเทพมหานครมีรูปแบบของครัวเรือนทั้งหมด 5 รูปแบบคือ แบบจำลองอำนาจการต่อรองภายในครัวเรือนแบบให้ความร่วมมือกัน แบบจำลองอำนาจการต่อรองภายในครัวเรือนแบบไม่ให้ความร่วมมือกัน รูปแบบของครัวเรือนเสมือนแบบจำลองครัวเรือนแบบเดี่ยว รูปแบบของครัวเรือนเสมือนแบบจำลองอำนาจการต่อรองภายในครัวเรือนแบบให้ความร่วมมือกัน และรูปแบบของครัวเรือนเสมือนแบบจำลองอำนาจการต่อรองภายในครัวเรือนแบบไม่ให้ความร่วมมือกัน แต่ขณะเดียวกันครัวเรือนชายรักชายในประเทศตะวันตกกลับมีรูปแบบของครัวเรือนเสมือนแบบจำลองอำนาจการต่อรองภายในครัวเรือนแบบไม่ให้ความร่วมมือกัน ส่วนครัวเรือนรักต่างเพศในประเทศไทยมีรูปแบบของครัวเรือน ได้แก่ แบบจำลองครัวเรือนแบบเดี่ยว และรูปแบบของครัวเรือนเสมือนแบบจำลองครัวเรือนแบบเดี่ยว ซึ่งจะเห็นได้ว่ารูปแบบครัวเรือนชายรักชายในประเทศตะวันตกและรูปแบบครัวเรือนรักต่างเพศในประเทศไทยไม่อาจเป็นตัวแทนลักษณะครัวเรือนชายรักชายในกรุงเทพมหานครได้ทั้งหมด นอกจากนี้ผลกระทบของรูปแบบของครัวเรือนชายรักชายที่มีต่ออุปทานแรงงานของครัวเรือนชายรักชายในกรุงเทพมหานครสามารถแสดงให้เห็นได้จากการเปลี่ยนอุปทานแรงงานของครัวเรือนผ่านพลวัตการเปลี่ยนแปลงไปช่วงก่อนและหลังการมีครัวเรือน พลวัตการเปลี่ยนแปลงระหว่างช่วงครัวเรือนที่เพิ่งอยู่ร่วมกันกับครัวเรือนที่อยู่ร่วมกันกับครัวเรือนที่อยู่ร่วมกันในระยะยาว การตัดสินใจประกอบอาชีพของสมาชิกในครัวเรือน และการเลือกปฏิบัติทางเพศของแรงงานครัวเรือนชายรักชาย ทั้งนี้งานวิจัยยังสะท้อนได้อีกว่า แบบจำลองครัวเรือนที่นักเศรษฐศาสตร์ครัวเรือนคิดค้นไม่อาจนำมาใช้ได้กับทุกประเภทของครัวเรือน และทุกสถานที่ตั้งของครัวเรือน

วิทยานิพนธ์นี้ศึกษา “บริษัทพัฒนาเมือง” ในฐานะองค์กรเอกชนที่จัดตั้งขึ้นมา และเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการกำหนดนโยบายสาธารณะของเมือง มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักในการศึกษาแนวคิดและบทบาทในการกำหนดนโยบายสาธารณะของกลุ่มทุนในรูปแบบบริษัทพัฒนาเมือง และปฏิสัมพันธ์และกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมในการกำหนดนโยบายสาธารณะของกลุ่มทุนในรูปแบบบริษัทพัฒนาเมืองในจังหวัดอุดรธานี โดยใช้วิธีการศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บข้อมูลจากผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการขับเคลื่อนบริษัทพัฒนาเมืองและนโยบายสาธารณะ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า บริษัทพัฒนาเมืองใช้แนวคิดเมืองเติบโตอย่างชาญฉลาด และแนวคิดเมืองอัจฉริยะ โดยมีการจดทะเบียนจัดตั้งเป็นบริษัทจำกัด และเครือข่ายกิจการพัฒนาเมือง ที่ดำเนินการโดยกลุ่มทุนในท้องถิ่น สร้างอำนาจต่อรองเพื่อเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมกำหนดทิศทางของการพัฒนาเมือง ให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของท้องถิ่น รวมถึงสอดรับกับนโยบายของรัฐส่วนกลาง โดยใช้กระบวนการสานเสวนา เพื่อให้เกิดอุปสงค์ของนโยบายจากภาคประชาชน และกลุ่มผลประโยชน์ในเมือง ผ่านรูปแบบกิจกรรมที่สร้างปฏิสัมพันธ์ภายในเมือง ก่อให้เกิดงานที่เป็นผลประโยชน์หลักของเมือง เกิดผลประโยชน์ต่อธุรกิจของกลุ่มทุนเมื่อมีการพัฒนาในเชิงพื้นที่ และเกิดผลประโยชน์ต่อบุคคลในฐานะผู้นำบริษัทพัฒนาเมืองที่เสริมสร้างภาพลักษณ์และความน่าเชื่อถือในการต่อรอง การจัดตั้งบริษัทพัฒนาเมือง จึงเป็นการสร้างสถาบันขึ้นมาปฏิบัติการจัดสรรผลประโยชน์ในเชิงพื้นที่ บริษัทพัฒนาเมืองและเครือข่าย ใช้วิธีการสร้างปฏิสัมพันธ์กับชนชั้นนำทางอำนาจ เครือข่ายวิชาการ สื่อมวลชน รวมถึงสมาชิกระดับรัฐสภา เพื่อสร้างโอกาสและหาช่องทางปลดล็อคเมืองให้สามารถขับเคลื่อนนโยบายสาธารณะได้ กล่าวคือผลักดันนโยบายผ่านชนชั้นนำทางอำนาจทั้งในระดับจังหวัดและระดับชาติ ร่วมมือกับภาควิชาการใช้ข้อมูลจากการวิจัยมาสร้างน้ำหนักและเหตุผลของนโยบายสาธารณะ รวมถึงสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับสื่อมวลชนทั้งในระดับท้องถิ่นและระดับประเทศ ในการเผยแพร่ปฏิบัติการของบริษัทพัฒนาเมือง อย่างไรก็ตามเนื่องจากปัญหาการร่วมศูนย์อำนาจอยู่ในระดับชาติ การขับเคลื่อนเพื่อให้เกิดการปฏิบัติการในท้องถิ่น ยังเกิดข้อจำกัดเป็นอย่างมาก ทั้งในแง่ของกฎระเบียบและอำนาจในการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรที่กระจุกตัว

วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ศึกษาปฏิบัติการกลยุทธ์การดึงเข้ามาเป็นพวกโดยพรรคพลังประชารัฐ ในการเลือกตั้ง พ.ศ. 2562 ซึ่งเป็นการเลือกตั้งภายใต้บริบทการเมืองที่ไม่เป็นประชาธิปไตย คำถามในการศึกษาคือ พรรคพลังประชารัฐดึงนักการเมืองฝ่ายตรงเข้ามาเป็นพวกเพื่อรักษาและสืบทอดระบอบอำนาจนิยม ด้วยกลยุทธ์แบบใด? ใช้เครื่องมือใด? และปฏิบัติการอย่างไร? งานศึกษานี้ใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ รวบรวมข้อมูลโดย 1) การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและ 2) การศึกษาเอกสาร และวิเคราะห์ผ่านแนวคิดกลยุทธ์การดึงเข้ามาเป็นพวกของ Maria Josua ข้อค้นพบในการศึกษาคือ บริบทการเมืองที่รัฐบาล คสช. ควบคุมสถาบันรัฐธรรมนูญและกติกาการเมือง สร้างการแข่งขันที่ไม่เป็นธรรม กีดกั้นผู้เห็นต่างและทำให้เป็นผู้แพ้ ใช้ทรัพยากรรัฐเอื้อให้พรรคพลังประชารัฐได้รับความนิยมในการเลือกตั้ง ปูทางให้พรรคพลังประชารัฐรักษาระบอบอำนาจนิยม ด้วยปฏิบัติการดึงเข้ามาเป็นพวกในการเลือกตั้ง พ.ศ. 2562 ของพรรคพลังประชารัฐ ดังนี้ 1) เครือข่ายทางการเมือง 2) ตำแหน่งทางการเมือง 3) เงิน 4) นโยบายและงบประมาณ และ 5) ปัดเป่า/ยัดคดีความ และลงโทษในการเลือกตั้ง กลยุทธ์การดึงเข้ามาเป็นพวกทั้ง 5 ด้าน ทำให้พรรคพลังประชารัฐชนะการเลือกตั้ง พ.ศ. 2562 และหวนคืนสถานะเป็นรัฐบาลสืบทอดอำนาจ

This research aims to explore socio-demographic and other individual factors potentially associated with the probability of coming out as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Queer and other sexual identities (LGBQ+) to friends and family and the probability of being outed as LGBQ+ to family members before being ready or without consent in the United States (UCS). This study evaluated the integrity of the geosphere of the Accra Plains to host a radioactive waste disposal facility for Ghana’s radioactive waste materials. The study thus assessed the migration of radioactive contaminant from a hypothetical radioactive waste disposal facility through the geosphere to the biosphere in the Accra Plains. The Caspian Sea is the largest lake in the world and is facing an increasing risk of contamination. Sea-based and land-based hydrocarbons inputs are the most critical pollutants of the Caspian Sea. In the present study, n-alkanes and related diagnostic ratios were used to identify the sources of hydrocarbon contaminants in surface sediments along the southern coastal area of the Caspian Sea in Mazandaran province. 27 surface sediment samples were collected from a depth of 5 meters under sea level.
