Magnetic skyrmions are topologically protected, localized, nanoscale spin textures in non-centrosymmetric thin ferromagnetic materials and heterostructures. At present they are of great interest to physicists for potential applications in information technology due to their particle-like properties and stability. In a system of multiple thin ferromagnetic layers, the stray field interaction was typically treated with various simplifications and approximations. It is shown that extensive analysis of the micromagnetic equations leads to an exact representation of the stray field interaction energy in the form of layer interaction kernels, a so-called 'finite thickness' representation. An accurate prediction of unsteady physical phenomena arising in various applications (e.g., rotorcraft and turbomachinery flows, fluid-structure interaction, maneuvering flight conditions, etc.) requires a very large number of time steps, thus considerably increasing the total computational time, because conventional time integrators are inherently sequential. Parallel-in-time methods offer a promising direction for drastically reducing the computational time and achieving such scalability that is required for solving these unsteady problems on modern supercomputers with hundreds of thousands of computing cores. The aim of this study was to enhance students’ science literacy through a discussion-based contextual approach in the learning of the human reproductive system. This quantitative research employed an experimental method with a quasi-experimental posttest-only design. The study involved 60 students, with 30 students each in class XI MIPA 4 serving as the experimental group and class XI MIPA 5 serving as the control group. The control group received instruction through a conceptual approach-based lecture method, whereas the experimental group engaged in learning through a contextual approach-based discussion method. This research delves into the issue of inadequate pedagogical proficiency among vocational high school (SMK) teacher candidates, primarily stemming from the constrained timeframe of educational internships, typically spanning a mere two months. As an option, this study suggests the implementation of an Asistensi Mengajar (AM) initiative within the framework of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka Program (MBKM), extending over a semester’s duration. This research aims to explore kinematic resources in linear kinematics by utilizing different forms of problem representation. The study was conducted by administering 15 reasoned multiple-choice questions to 146 high school students from three districts in Central Sulawesi, Indonesia. The research instrument covers topics in linear kinematics, including distance, displacement, speed, and velocity, presented through diagrammatic representations, graphs, and mathematical equations. The students’ written answers were analyzed both quantitatively and qualitatively. Quantitative analysis was conducted to determine descriptive statistics from the data, while qualitative analysis identified the resources students activated when solving these questions. Spectra of systems with balanced gain and loss, described by Hamiltonians with parity and time-reversal (PT) symmetry is a rich area of research. This work studies by means of numerical techniques, how eigenvalues and eigenfunctions of a Schrodinger operator change as a gain-loss parameter changes. Two cases on a disk with zero boundary conditions are considered. Representation theory, which encodes the elements of a group as linear operators on a vector space, has far-reaching implications in physics. Fundamental results in quantum physics emerge directly from the representations describing physical symmetries. We first examine the connections between specific representations and the principles of quantum mechanics. Then, we shift our focus to the braid group, which describes the algebraic structure of braids. We apply representations of the braid group to physical systems in order to investigate quasiparticles known as anyons. The acoustic guitar is a stringed instrument, often made of wood, that transduces vibrational energy of steel strings into coupled vibrations of the wood and acoustic pressure waves in the air. Variations in wood selection and instrument geometry have been shown to affect the timbre of the acoustic guitar. Computational methods were utilized to investigate the impact of material properties on acoustic performance. This paper describes the creation of a fast, deterministic, 3D fractal cloud renderer for the AFIT Sensor and Scene Emulation Tool (ASSET). The renderer generates 3D clouds by ray marching through a volume and sampling the level-set of a fractal function. The fractal function is distorted by a displacement map, which is generated using horizontal wind data from a Global Forecast System (GFS) weather file. The vertical windspeed and relative humidity are used to mask the creation of clouds to match realistic large-scale weather patterns over the Earth. The objective of this study is to delve into the epistemological convictions of secondary school science teachers in Malang across various tenures, namely senior teachers, junior teachers, and pre-service teachers. Employing an explanatory sequential design model, the research employs a mixed-method approach. Quantitative data, gathered through the administration of the Scientific Epistemology Beliefs Questionnaire (n = 30), are complemented by qualitative insights drawn from interviews with teachers (n = 6) concerning their epistemological orientations. This study endeavors to ascertain the efficacy of the Argument-Driven Inquiry (ADI)- assisted virtual laboratory learning model in enhancing the comprehension of simple harmonic oscillation concepts among pre-service physics teachers. Employing a mixed- method approach with an embedded experimental design, the investigation employs a reasoned multiple-choice instrument comprising 15 questions. Analysis of the results reveals a noteworthy 48.38% increase in the average mastery of concepts between the pre-test and post-test, yielding an N-gain value of 0.63. Both acoustics and electromagnetism represent measurable fields in terms of dynamical potential fields. Electromagnetic force-fields form a spacetime bivector that is represented by a dynamical energy–momentum 4-vector potential field. Acoustic pressure and velocity fields form an energy–momentum density 4-vector field that is represented by a dynamical action scalar potential field. Surprisingly, standard field theory analyses of spin angular momentum based on these traditional potential representations contradict recent experiments, which motivates a careful reassessment of both theories. We formulate the O(3) nonlinear sigma model in 1+1 dimensions as a limit of a three-component scalar field theory restricted to the unit sphere in the large squeezing limit. This allows us to describe the model in terms of the continuous-variable (CV) approach to quantum computing. We construct the ground state and excited states using the coupled-cluster Ansatz and find excellent agreement with the exact diagonalization results for a small number of lattice sites. We then present the simulation protocol for the time evolution of the model using CV gates and obtain numerical results using a photonic quantum simulator. We …

In this paper we present the possibility of partial collisions between unmatter with matter, and unmatter with antimatter, and two or more different types of unmatters colliding between themselves to create high energy. In general, the collisions between unmatter with matter, or with antimatter, or with other type of unmatter, because being partial, they release less energy than the matter-unmatter collision which is a total collision. But the unmatter may be easier to produce in laboratory than antimatter.
