(R2170) Delta-Continuous Functions In Interval-Valued Neutrosophic Soft Topological Spaces And An Application Using Distance And Similarity Measures, B. Vijayalakshmi, S. Madhunika
Applications and Applied Mathematics: An International Journal (AAM)
This paper introduces delta-continuous functions in interval-valued neutrosophic soft topological spaces and investigates their fundamental properties. Additionally, delta-irresolute functions are introduced within the same framework. The relationships between these functions and existing function classes are explored. Several theorems, accompanied by illustrative examples, are provided to support the theoretical findings. The study also includes an application of the proposed concepts to distance and similarity measures.

(Si16-04) Some Fixed Point Theorems On Chatterjea Type Contractions, Irom Shashikanta Singh, Y. Mahendra Singh
Applications and Applied Mathematics: An International Journal (AAM)
This paper establishes the existence of fixed points related to strict Chatterjee contractive mappings by relaxing the compactness of the underlying spaces and the continuity of the mapping involved, using altering distance functions and comparison functions in the general setting of metric spaces. Several non-trivial and illustrative examples are provided to demonstrate, support, and validate the obtained theoretical results. In addition, a theorem that can characterize the completeness of metric spaces through the existence of fixed points is rigorously proven and discussed. Furthermore, a theorem on strict Chatterjea-type modulus contractive mappings without continuity assumptions and with relaxed compactness conditions is …

(Si16-06) Equations Of Geodesics In Two-Dimensional Finsler Manifold With A Special Cubic (Α, Β)-Metric, Sejal Prajapati, Brijesh Kumar Tripathi, V. K. Chaubey
Applications and Applied Mathematics: An International Journal (AAM)
Geodesics represent the shortest path between two points in curved spacetime and are vital in the study of Finsler manifolds. Matsumoto and Park first derived the geodesic equation as a secondorder differential equation in a two-dimensional Finsler manifold with Randers, Kropina, and Matsumoto metrics. Building on this foundation, our paper presents the geodesic differential equation for a two-dimensional Finsler manifold using a special cubic power metric. In this two-dimensional setting, this work also looks at certain well-known geometric curves and analyzes their variants as solutions to the geodesic differential equation. Additionally, this work examines the geometric applications of the geodesic’s …

Applications and Applied Mathematics: An International Journal (AAM)
In this study, the ruled surfaces generated by Smarandache curves are expressed according to the modified orthogonal frame defined according to both curvature and torsion of the given unit speed curve in 3-dimensional Euclidean space; some special characterizations of these surfaces such as developability, striction curves, distribution parameters are given. In addition, some examples of these surfaces are given in graphical form. We use Maple to draw the graphs of the examples.

(R2093) Fixed Point Of Hybrid Jaggi-Meir-Keeler Type Multivalued Contraction, Sirajo Yahaya, Mohammed Shehu Shagari
Applications and Applied Mathematics: An International Journal (AAM)
One of the most applicable results in metric fixed point theory is based on the contractive inequalities, including both rational and non-rational types. In this manuscript, a general idea under the name Jaggi-Meir-Keeler hybrid type multivalued contraction is introduced. We investigate the existence of fixed points for such operators in the setting of a complete metric space. The presented concept herein unifies the above-mentioned contractions and the corresponding invariant point results. A comparative nontrivial example is constructed to show the connection between the main idea in this paper and the related literature.

We name these ruled surfaces as TD2, TD1 ve D2D1 Smarandache ruled surfaces and provide their characteristics such as Gauss and mean curvatures in order to specify their developability and minimality conditions. Moreover, we examine the conditions if the parametric curves of the surfaces are asymptotic, geodesic or curvature line. Such conditions are also argued in terms of the developability and minimality conditions. Finally, we give an example and picture the corresponding graphs of ruled …

Applications and Applied Mathematics: An International Journal (AAM)
In this paper, we establish the necessary and sufficient conditions to parameterize a surface family on which the Bertrand D-partner of any given curve lies as isogeodesic, isoasymptotic or curvature line in \mathbb{E}^3. Then, we calculate the fundamental forms of these surfaces and determine the developability and minimality conditions with the Gaussian and mean curvatures. We also extend this idea on ruled surfaces and provide the required conditions for those to be developable. Finally, we present some examples and graph the corresponding surfaces.

Applications and Applied Mathematics: An International Journal (AAM)
In this paper, we shall apply symmetry analysis to some first order functional differential equations with constant coefficients. The approach used in this paper accounts for obtaining the inverse of the classification. We define the standard Lie bracket and make a complete classification of some first order linear functional differential equations with constant coefficients to solvable Lie algebras. We also classify some nonlinear functional differential equations with constant coefficients to solvable Lie algebras.

Variants Of Meir-Keeler Fixed Point Theorem And Applications Of Soft Set-Valued Maps, Akbar Azam, Mohammed Shehu Shagari
Applications and Applied Mathematics: An International Journal (AAM)
In this paper, we prove a Meir-Keeler type common fixed point theorem for two mappings for which the range set of the first one is a family of soft sets, called soft set-valued map and the second is a point-to-point mapping. In addition, it is also shown that under some suitable conditions, a soft set-valued map admits a selection having a unique fixed point. In support of the obtained result, nontrivial examples are provided. The novelty of the presented idea herein is that it extends the Meir-Keeler fixed point theorem and the theory of selections for multivalued mappings from the …

Applications and Applied Mathematics: An International Journal (AAM)
In this paper, we corroborated some common fixed point theorems for two pairs of self mappings by using the impression of compatibility of type A and subsequential continuity (alternatively subcompatiblity and reciprocal continuity) in multiplicative metric spaces (MMS). The proven results are the improved version in a manner that the completeness, closedness and continuity of the mappings are relaxed.
