Purpose: Positive Behavioral Interventions and Support (PBIS) is an evidence-based three-tiered framework that supports children and their behavioral needs including emotional behaviors. Emotional behavioral problems (EBP) seen at an early age have a major connection to their preschool setting and a significant effect on future long-term mental and physical health outcomes. 11
Methods: Preintervention, teachers completed PBIS and Teacher Observations of Classroom Adaptation-Checklist (TOCA-C) training. Background/Purpose: Pediatric home health patients with chronic respiratory conditions often have a higher risk of developing respiratory tract infections leading to emergency room (ER) visits and unplanned hospitalizations. A sick day plan (SDP) can help nurses recognize signs of illness early and prompt them to intervene with supportive respiratory care, thus preventing worsening illness and hospitalization.
Methods: A SDP respiratory assessment and intervention tool was implemented in a pediatric home health organization. The number of pre and post intervention ER visits and unplanned hospitalizations were compared.

BACKGROUND: Adherence to the standardized childhood immunization schedule put forth by the American Academy of Pediatrics is the gold standard for decreasing vaccine-preventable disease morbidity. The first step to improving adherence with the recommended immunization schedule is identifying children who are under-immunized. Background: Depression is a significant problem for adolescents with chronic health conditions. Prevalence rates are two to three times higher in adolescents with diabetes compared to adolescents without diabetes (Badescu et al., 2016). Routine depression screening is not transpiring at rates and frequency recommended by the American Diabetes Association for this population. การศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพแบบบรรยายครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสบการณ์การดูแลบุตรของผู้ดูแลที่มีบุตรติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 คัดเลือกผู้ให้ข้อมูลแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง คือ ผู้ดูแลซึ่งเป็นมารดาของผู้ป่วยเด็กวัยเรียนที่ติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ร่วมกับมีภาวะปอดอักเสบระดับปานกลางหรือรุนแรง เข้ารับการรักษาในห้องแยก เก็บข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก จนข้อมูลอิ่มตัวด้วยจำนวนผู้ให้ข้อมูล 7 ราย นำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเกิดเป็นประเด็นหลัก 3 ประเด็น คือ 1) ดูแลอย่างใกล้ชิด และเป็นคนทำทุกอย่าง 2) ความยากและลำบาก และ 3) ความรู้สึกขณะที่อยู่กับบุตรตลอดเวลาออกจากห้องแยกไม่ได้ ผลการศึกษาก่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจที่ชัดเจนมากยิ่งขึ้นเกี่ยวกับประสบการณ์การดูแลบุตรในห้องแยกของผู้ดูแลที่มีบุตรติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 และสามารถนำข้อมูลการวิจัยนี้ไปใช้เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการดูแลผู้ป่วยเด็กได้อย่างเหมาะสม และตรงตามความต้องการของผู้ป่วยและผู้ดูแลอย่างแท้จริง รวมถึงเป็นข้อมูลเบื้องต้นสำหรับการจัดการองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการดูแลผู้ป่วยเด็กโรคอุบัติใหม่ที่ต้องได้รับการรักษาภายในห้องแยก

การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบบรรยายนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการบรรยายประสบการณ์การดูแลสุขภาพตนเองของวัยรุ่นที่มีอาการหลงเหลือหลังติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือ วัยรุ่น ที่ได้รับทราบจากแพทย์ว่าเป็นผู้มีอาการหลงเหลือจากการติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 และไม่มีโรคประจำตัวอื่น ๆ ใน โรงพยาบาลของจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี เก็บข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกไปพร้อมกับวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแบบแก่นสาระ จนเกิดความอิ่มตัวของข้อมูล รวมผู้ให้ข้อมูลทั้งสิ้น 7 ราย ผลการศึกษาพบข้อสรุปดังนี้ 1) ชีวิตที่ต้องเผชิญกับผลพวงของโควิด-19 ประกอบด้วยประเด็นย่อย ได้แก่ 1.1 การเปลี่ยนแปลงในชีวิต และ 1.2 ผลกระทบต่อความรู้สึกทางอารมณ์และจิตใจ 2) การค้นหาวิธีจัดการกับอาการเรื้อรัง ประกอบด้วยประเด็นย่อย ได้แก่ 2.1. การแสวงหาวิธีการดูแลสุขภาพ และ 2.2. การดูแลอาการที่เกิดขึ้นด้วยตนเอง ข้อสรุปนี้ช่วยให้พยาบาลเด็กเข้าใจถึงประสบการณ์และความท้าทายที่วัยรุ่นกลุ่มนี้ต้องเผชิญ และสามารถนำข้อมูลนี้ไปใช้ในการให้คำปรึกษาและสนับสนุนทางอารมณ์แก่วัยรุ่นและครอบครัวที่ต้องเผชิญกับอาการหลงเหลือหลังติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 การให้คำแนะนำวิธีการดูแลสุขภาพและเทคนิคการจัดการอาการเรื้อรังที่เหมาะสมกับแต่ละบุคคล รวมทั้งการพัฒนาแนวทางการดูแลสุขภาพที่เน้นการปรับตัวและการรับมือกับอาการหลงเหลือหลังติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 เพื่อให้วัยรุ่นกลุ่มนี้มีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง ศึกษาสองกลุ่มแบบวัดก่อนและหลังการทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมสุขภาพโดยใช้สมาร์ทโฟนแอปพลิเคชันไลน์ต่อพฤติกรรมป้องกันอาการกำเริบของโรคจมูกอักเสบภูมิแพ้ของผู้ดูแลเด็กวัยเรียนโรคจมูกอักเสบภูมิแพ้ อายุ 6-12 ปี ที่เข้ารับบริการที่คลินิกโรคภูมิแพ้ โรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ สภากาชาดไทย จำนวน 60 คน แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมกลุ่มละ 30 คน กลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมสุขภาพโดยใช้สมาร์ทโฟนแอปพลิเคชันไลน์ที่ออกแบบโดยใช้แนวคิดของเพนเดอร์ (2001) ส่วนกลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ กำกับการทดลองด้วยแบบสอบถามการรับรู้ประโยชน์ รับรู้อุปสรรค และรับรู้ความสามารถของตนต่อการปฏิบัติพฤติกรรม ประเมินพฤติกรรมป้องกันอาการกำเริบของโรคจมูกอักเสบภูมิแพ้ด้วยแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมป้องกันอาการกำเริบของโรคจมูกอักเสบภูมิแพ้ เครื่องมือทุกฉบับมีค่าความตรงตามเนื้อหาและค่าความเที่ยงที่ยอมรับได้ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติทดสอบที (t-test) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ผู้ดูแลเด็กโรคจมูกอักเสบภูมิแพ้กลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมสุขภาพโดยใช้สมาร์ทโฟนแอปพลิเคชันไลน์ มีพฤติกรรมป้องกันอาการกำเริบของโรคสูงกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมฯ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t= 7.68, p< .05) และผู้ดูแลเด็กโรคจมูกอักเสบภูมิแพ้กลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมสุขภาพโดยใช้สมาร์ทโฟนแอปพลิเคชันไลน์ มีพฤติกรรมป้องกันอาการกำเริบของโรคจมูกอักเสบภูมิแพ้สูงกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t= -4.25, p< .05)
