This case study presents a rare instance of a Warthin tumor occurring in an extraparotid location; specifically, within the left-sided cervical lymph nodes of a 64-year-old male patient. The patient initially presented with fluctuating cervical adenopathy. Although an initial ultrasound-guided biopsy was inconclusive,  a computed tomography (CT) scan revealed a well-demarcated, heterogeneous lesion in an atypical location between the parotid gland and the sternocleidomastoid muscle.
