Purpose. The purpose of this study was to monitor stem cell differentiation by glycogen synthesis kinase-3 (GSK-3) inhibitors in induced palatal ulcer in rabbits and its possible effect of regeneration. Materials and Methods: One hundred and sixty-two adult male rabbits were used. Rabbits were divided into 3 groups, then each group divided into 3 subgroups (18 for each subgroup) according to the date of scarification at 1, 7, 14 days postoperatively. Purpose: Assess the effect of material selection as well as different fabrication techniques of metal ceramic (MC) and all ceramic crowns on their clinical outcomes, marginal and internal fit. Purpose: The purpose of the study was to assess the enamel remineralization potential of two bioactive glass- based toothpastes: Biomin® based toothpaste in comparison with Novamin® based toothpaste with sodium fluoride. Material and methods: Forty premolars were selected and divided equally into two groups named Novamin and Biomin groups after discarding their roots. First, the samples were soaked in a demineralizing solution for three days to get white spot lesion. Purpose: This study aimed to compare the pediatric nickel-titanium (Ni-Ti) rotary system and manual instrumentation for root canal preparation for primary molar teeth to assess their efficiency in preparation time and cleaning capacity. Purpose: This study was carried out to evaluate the bone tissue reactions to TotalFill Bioceramic (BC) and Zinc oxide eugenol (ZOE) sealers in gamma-irradiated rats. Materials and methods: In this study, round osseous bone defects were produced in the tibia of 48 male Albino rats (weighing120–150g). Subjects and Methods: A cross- sectional study was conducted on 245 diabetic Egyptian patients.
