Neuraxial labor analgesia for vaginal delivery or cesarean section is performed in more than 71% of women in the United States. Postdural puncture headache(PDPH) is a relatively common complication of neuraxial anesthesia. Epidural blood patch (EBP) is considered the gold standard treatment, and although EBP is a highly effective intervention, it is not without risk. There is growing evidence that less invasive alternative treatments, such as combined use of atropine and neostigmine have effectively relieved PDPH where traditional, conservative methods have failed. Gambling disorder (GD) is a behavioural addiction that affects millions of people worldwide. Although various treatment approaches have been developed to manage this condition, many individuals still struggle to overcome their addiction. Recent studies have suggested that psilocybin-assisted therapy may be a promising treatment option for gambling disorder. This study aims to investigate the safety and efficacy of psilocybin-assisted therapy for individuals with gambling disorder.

Librarians faced many challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic. Many of us quite literally brought our work home with us as we learned to interact with our colleagues virtually and adapted to performing our job duties from home. During this time, I was handed an additional personal challenge. I was diagnosed with a chronic health condition requiring multiple surgeries. I was now not only struggling to work from home as a cataloger but struggling to work from home as a cataloger while managing my daily pain. The incidence of sensory processing difficulties and related behaviors is increasing in young children, which supports the need for early intervention and support. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of TBRI® Nurture Group© in improving social emotional and sensory processing skills in preschool aged children while reducing the number of negative behaviors observed. The project was conducted in a four- and five-year-old preschool classroom at the Early Learning Center in Edina, Minnesota. Hypothesis: Deep learning (DL) algorithms, in particular convolutional neural networks (CNNs), have recently been used to address a number of medical-imaging problems, such as pneumonia detection using chest X-ray, and determining the aggressiveness prostate cancer using magnetic resonance images (MRI). When individuals are admitted to the hospital and require ongoing rehabilitation to improve their functional abilities, they require effective and client-centered discharge planning to promote a successful transition from the rehabilitation unit. To assist in the rehabilitation process, aquatic therapy may be used by multiple healthcare professionals to best benefit their clients through the aquatic medium's unique hydrodynamic and hydrostatic qualities. The aquatic medium is particularly beneficial to the pediatric population as water is usually naturally motivating and "fun."
