The cluster consensus problem of Multileader MAS Is considered and the clustering problem of interconnected multileader systems is formulated as a disturbance attenuation problem. For the first time, it's proved that the multileader MAS can reach cluster consensus without limiting the communication between the clusters. The combination of Small Gain Theorem and H8 optimization has been designed in the graphical differential game platform to prove the stability for the system. At the end, an online off-policy reinforcement learning algorithm is developed to find the solution to the H8 optimal problem of multileader MAS with completely unknown systems.

In this article, a novel method is proposed to design a hybrid network (HN) to increase isolation and shape radiation patterns for multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) antenna systems. The HN is a combination of a decoupling feeding network and a defected ground network, which are populated by several surface-mounted reactive components whose reactances are determined by the N-ary optimization algorithm. Two decoupling examples are presented to validate the design methodology and elaborate on the design procedure. It is desirable (but difficult) to compile an acoustic catalog of sounds emitted by various underwater objects to complement optical catalogs. For example, the current visual catalog for whale tail flukes of large marine mammals (whales) can identify even individual whales from their individual fluke characteristics. Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) is a widely used digital signal processing technology in a large variety of applications. For battery-powered embedded systems incorporating FFT, its physical implementation is constrained by strict power consumption, especially during idle periods. In the photovoltaic (PV) generation system, two types of grid-tied inverter systems are usually deployed: the single-stage grid-tied inverter system and the two-stage grid-tied inverter system. In the single-stage grid-tied inverter system, the input of the inverter is directly connected to the PV arrays, while an additional dc-dc stage is inserted between the PV arrays and the dc-ac inverter in the two-stage design. Analog front end electronics are designed in 65 nm CMOS technology to process charge pulses arriving from a tactile sensor array. This is accomplished through the use of charge sensitive amplifiers and discrete time filters with tunable clock signals located in each of the analog front ends. Sensors were emulated using Gaussian pulses during simulation. The digital side of the system uses SAR (successive approximation register) ADCs for sampling of the processed sensor signals.

A 2.5 V single-ended 10-bit successive-approximation-register analog-to-digital converter (SAR ADC) based on the TSMC 65 nm CMOS process is designed with the goal of achieving low power consumption (33.63 pJ/sample) and small area (2874 µm^2 ). It utilizes a novel length-based capacitive digital-to-analog converter (CDAC) layout to achieve low total capacitance for power efficiency, and a custom static asynchronous logic to free the dependence on a high-frequency external clock source. This research addresses specific research questions in this domain, chiefly, to present advantages offered by the addition of kinematic redundancies to CDPRs. This work introduces two paradigm changing concepts that will push electromagnetics (EM) to the third dimension. The first of that work involves the introduction of the conformal Spatially Variant Lattice (SVL) algorithm that can conform any periodic structure onto arbitrary curvature. The algorithms robustness is confirmed by conforming a frequency selective surface (FSS) onto an extreme paraboloid, proving the algorithms robustness on high sloping surfaces. The effects of C60 incorporated in polymannose-based resistive switching memory have been systematically investigated for the first time in bioorganic-based resistive switching memory. C60 with different concentrations (0–7 wt.%) is dispersed in polymannose precursor, drop-casted on ITO/PET substrate, and dried to form a thin film. Electrochemically inert Au–Pd is used as top electrode. The devices with embedded C60 show better endurance and stability. Read memory window decreases and ON/OFF ratio increases as the concentration of C60 increases. Stable retention time up to 10 years is achieved for all of the devices except the one with 7 wt.% C60. Maintaining the pilot’s physiological performance envelope within the limits of human capabilities may be crucial for avoiding hazardous physiological episodes in fighter aircraft that compromise safety. The main physiological episode of interest is impaired pilot respiration, better known as hypoxia caused by a high fraction of inspired oxygen (FiO2) at high altitudes and variation in accelerative gravitational forces (g-forces). Safety is undoubtedly the most critical design requirement regarding autonomous vehicle controllers. This research considers an autonomous vehicle to keep a desired distance from the leader vehicle, as well as stay centered within the lane. To achieve this, the lateral control problem and the combined longitudinal and lateral control problem were studied. Polycrystalline VO2 thin films synthesized on two piezoelectric substrates (AT-cut quartz and GaN/AlGaN/GaN/Si) using low pressure direct oxidation technique have been characterized and compared to VO2 grown on traditional non-piezoelectric substrates sapphire and SiO2/Si. X-ray diffraction and atomic force microscopy characterization performed on the as grown films confirmed high quality of the VO2 films grown on both the piezoelectric and non-piezoelectric substrates. Changes in material properties associated with the semiconductor metal transition (SMT) of the VO2 films were investigated through resistivity and transmitted optical power changes measured across the SMT. This thesis presents the theoretical development of orbital angular momentum (OAM) based wavelets for the analysis of localized OAM information in space. An optical probing system for generating and detecting these wavelets is demonstrated; individual wavelets can scan the environment in 10µs or less. The probing system was applied to a three-dimensional atmospheric turbulence distribution to obtain a continuous wavelet transform of the angular information of the turbulent propagation path about a fixed radius.
