In the paper, the mathematical models of the new magnetoelastic sensor for measuring power and vibration parameters are developed taking into account the aggregation or scattering of the parameters of electromagnetic chains and the characteristics of the magnetization curve of the magnetic conductor material. The analysis of the generated mathematical models and graphs based on them showed that the magnetic chain in which the coils are assembled does not take into account the nonlinearity of the magnetization curve of the magnetic conductive material (electrotechnical steel), the result is 12 ÷ 15% of the experimental results. Theoretical estimates were made and significant factors of dissolution of ozone-containing gases in water during bubbling in tanks were determined. The expediency of using microbubbles for more efficient saturation of water and aqueous solutions with ozone and generation of ozone with maximum concentration is shown. It is shown that when bubbling gas in water, including ozone-containing gas, the most important indicator is the volume gas content, which determines the ratio of the volume of the gas phase to the volume of the gas-liquid mixture in the contact apparatus. A comparative analysis of the applied methods based on stationary and non-stationary heat exchange is performed. The problems of synthesis of control systems for multidimensional dynamic objects in the conditions of parametric uncertainty which are based on invariance theory are considered. When constructing stable synthesis algorithms, a recurrent method for determining pseudo-solutions of linear algebraic systems of equations is used. Computational algorithms for the solution based on singular matrix expansions are given. These computational procedures allow us to regularize the problem of synthesis of the considered algorithms for the synthesis of control systems for multidimensional dynamic objects under conditions of parametric uncertainty and improve the quality indicators of control processes.

The paper presents the test results of an ultrafiltration unit. During the test, one of the main parameters of the ultrafiltration process, membrane permeability and a rational process parameter, a linear velocity in the range of 4-7 s/m . According to the results, it can be determined that the process is considered effective if the membrane permeability remains maximum for a long time at a given selectivity and with minimal energy consumption. The questions of formation and construction of algorithms for identification of elements of the transition matrix of controlled objects in conditions of parametric uncertainty are considered. To identify elements of the transition matrix, we suggest using a custom model based on the type of Kalman filtration equations. Algorithms for stable calculation of a pseudo-inverse matrix using matrix decomposition are analyzed. A method for detecting denial-of-service attacks on web applications based on the use of a multi-layer perceptron is considered. A modified Kalman filter of the glass cooking process is synthesized, taking into account perturbations in the form of a sequence of colored noises. The possibility of expanding this filter by noise filters to improve functioning in the presence of low-frequency disturbances is studied and a corresponding estimation scheme with additional noise filters is proposed. The results of the simulation allow us to assume that low-frequency disturbances in the glass furnace act at the input and affect the state of the control object.
