The problem of placing poles in linear multidimensional systems using a feedback matrix of unlimited rank is considered. The effect of output feedback of indefinite rank of the characteristic polynomial of a system with several variables is studied. The results are then used to obtain a recurrent pole placement algorithm without any restrictions on the rank of the output feedback matrix used. The algorithm is based on the pseudo-inverse concept of obtaining solutions to systems of linear equations using the least squares method and is computationally efficient.

Hydraulic mechanisms that actuate flat gates, widely used in hydraulic structures, are studied as hydraulic actuators of the system. Their static mathematical models are developed using an integrated methodology with a hydraulic pump, inlet and suction pipes, and internal and external resistance factors. Unlike existing mathematical models, the model developed in this paper allows a detailed description of the characteristics of hydraulic drives due to the fact that pressure losses in the throttle, regulator, and power amplifier, as well as local resistances in hydraulic pipelines, are taken into account.

This paper describes the most common algorithms with image approach convolutional neural network and two-dimensional DCT with machine learning classification KNN, SVM and RF. These algorithms are evaluated for applicability to the Uzbek language and a comparative analysis on the accuracy and recognition rate. The command words of the Uzbek language were chosen for the experiments. According to the results, it was found that both methods give high rates of recognition accuracy and are 92% (CNN) and 90% (2DDCT+Zigzag+SVM). This article deals with evaporative cooling devices used in air conditioning systems. Various ways of lowering the air temperature to the dew point have been identified as a result of improvements to the devices considered. It is also indicated that the circulating water temperature in the system can be lowered to the air temperature on the wet bulb thermometer. As is known, recirculating water is often used as a cooling water in process units to reduce water consumption in industrial plants.
