As climate-exacerbated wildfires increasingly threaten landscapes and communities, there is an urgent and pressing need for sophisticated fire management technologies. Coordinated teams of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) present a promising solution for detection, assessment, and even incipient-stage suppression – especially when integrated into a multi-layered approach with other recent wildfire management technologies such as geostationary/polar-orbiting satellites and CCTV detection networks. Researchers are motivated to use artificial intelligence in biometrics, medical imaging encryption, as well as cybersecurity due to its rapid progress. An encryption method for CT scans—which are used to diagnose COVID-19 disease—is proposed in this study. The suggested encryption method creates a connection among an individual's face picture and CT image to increase confidentiality. The simple CT picture is first enhanced with a host image. An encryption key is multiplied by the final result. This key is produced by applying a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) to recognize characteristics from people's face photographs. Drone-mounted base stations (DBSs) have emerged as a promising solution to enhance the flexibility and coverage of wireless networks, potentially revolutionizing communication systems. This dissertation explores the integration of DBSs into 5G and beyond networks, focusing on methodologies to optimize their deployment and performance. A laser charging-enabled DBS framework is proposed to extend flight time and enhance network coverage. By leveraging laser charging technology, the DBS can receive continuous energy transmission from a ground-based charging station while providing communication services to users. The rapid advancement in Deep Learning (DL), especially in Reinforcement Learning (RL) and Imitation Learning (IL), has positioned it as a promising approach for a multitude of autonomous robotic systems. However, the current methodologies are predominantly constrained to singular setups, necessitating substantial data and extensive training periods. Moreover, these methods have exhibited suboptimal performance in tasks requiring long-horizontal maneuvers, such as Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) inventory, where a robot requires thousands of steps to complete.

Advanced analytical approaches are required to accurately forecast the energy sector's rising complexity and volume of time series data. This research aims to forecast the energy demand utilising sophisticated Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) configurations with Attention mechanisms (Att), Grid search, and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). In addition, the study also examines the influence of Min-Max and Z-Score normalization approaches in the preprocessing stage on the accuracy performances of the baselines and the proposed models. This study uses the Random Forest algorithm to measure and predict the Air Pollution Standard Index (APSI) at Blimbing Banyuwangi Airport. Air pollution data, including concentrations of O3, CO, NO2, SO2, PM2.5, and PM10, were collected from air monitoring stations at the airport from April 15-30, 2024. APSI measurement followed established formulas by relevant authorities. Data analysis utilized statistical approaches and computational algorithms. The findings reveal that air quality at the airport is generally "Moderate," with occasional "Good" days. The Random Forest algorithm effectively predicts APSI based on existing pollution data. Convolutional neural networks (CNNs) have become instrumental in advancing multi-frame image super-resolution (SR), a technique that merges multiple low-resolution images of the same scene into a high-resolution image. In this paper, a novel deep learning multi-frame SR algorithm is introduced. The proposed CNN model, named Exponential Fusion of Interpolated Frames Network (EFIF-Net), seamlessly integrates fusion and restoration within an end-to-end network. Remote damage analysis plays a crucial role in lowering the risk associated with human presence at dangerous sites. This project focuses on developing a system for remote structural examination using photogrammetric techniques and analysis. The system utilizes a drone equipped with cameras for photogrammetry, and LiDARs for navigation. This setup can enable efficient structural model generation with the collection of images from multiple points. This study is aimed to classify the brain activity of adolescents associated with audio stimuli; murottal Al-Quran and classical music. The raw data were filtered using Independent Component Analisys (ICA) and followed by band-pass filter in Python on the Google Colab Extraction was processed with Power Spectral Density (PSD) and the Random Forest Method in Weka Machine Learning was used for classification. The research results showed the same results between the two types of stimulation, namely the order of brain waves from highest to lowest were delta, alpha, theta and beta.
