This scientific work analyzes the research on data collection and transmission technologies for automatic control of high-frequency ozonators in water disinfection. The purpose of the study is to improve disinfection efficiency and optimize the system's operation by using IoT and artificial intelligence technologies in the control of ozonators. During the study, data collected by sensors were processed in real time through an IoT system and analyzed using artificial intelligence. Results showed that the efficiency of ozonator control increased by 25%, and ozone consumption was reduced by 20%. The use of a PID controller allowed for a 15% reduction in the …

The formulation of the problem of optimal control of gas-burning furnace operation in the glass industry is carried out. The main stages of solving this problem, starting from mathematical modeling of the investigated process and ending with the task of optimizing the furnace thermal regime, are considered. The model describes the evolution of temperature fields of fuel combustion, combustion rate, gas movement and emission concentration changes depending on control actions. Model-based control predicts the behavior of the system for the prediction horizon and selects optimal control actions on the object.

A numerical model of gas flow in a direct-flow cyclone of two different configurations is presented. The main task of the simulation was to determine the gas velocity field in the apparatus and analyze the presence of a turbulent wake of the stabilizer swirled, which can have a negative impact on the efficiency of the apparatus. During the study, it was found that when the gas flow is disrupted by the stabilizer of the swirler, a turbulent wake is formed, into which trapped particles can fall. This article presents the results of studies related to fuzzy modeling of distillation columns using the example of a typical deethanizer. Despite the increasing number of international programs targeting students’ learning of research and intercultural skills, there has been limited holistic investigation of students’ experiences employing both qualitative and quantitative methods. Abstract: Aiming at the poor initial solution quality and low local search efficiency of NSGA-III in solving the many-objective flexible job shop scheduling model, an improved NSGA-III (NSGA-III-TV) is proposed. Based on MSOS encoding, the different mixed initialization strategies are adopted for OS and MS chromosomes to improve the quality of initial solutions. A balanced congestion strategy to optimize the signs layout and a social network search-based sign guidance weights optimization method are proposed to improve evacuation efficiency. Simulation experiments show that the optimized intelligent sign layout can effectively alleviate the local congestion during evacuation and reduce the time consumption of pedestrians caused by congestion. Abstract: Aiming at the stable and high-precision tracking control of omnidirectional mobile vehicles affected by their own characteristics and external disturbances, an adaptive tracking control approach for omnidirectional vehicles based on characteristic modeling is designed. The characteristic model is established by integrating the model properties into the characteristic parameters, and the characteristic parameters are estimated online by using the projected gradient method.
