Modern Anglophone pedagogy is characterised by some distinctive approaches to teaching and learning that set it apart from earlier instructional traditions. Among these are certain forms of scaffolding that emphasise students’ construction of knowledge. Such methods are consistent with a trend toward visible activity and display in pedagogical practice, in place of dialogue and inner contemplation. In ITE courses, scaffolding strategies are promoted to beginning teachers as novel and effective products of modern cognitive psychology and constructivist theories of learning. These phenomena have left teachers searching for timely methods to perform formative assessment or assessment for learning activities. The problem addressed by this study was that standardized testing, large class size, and increasing distance learning at all educational levels, achieving formative assessment tasks necessary for successful learning can be a challenge. Objective: To report the development and validity assessment of a comprehensive model of assessment method comprising written test and multiple mini interviews for selection in a medical internship programme.
Method: The psychometric validation study was conducted at the Aga Khan University, Karachi, and comprised anonymised scores of written admission test, multiple mini interviews and exit written exams for all the interns who completed their internships in 2018 and 2019. Correlation between admission and exit tests, and predictions were assessed. Data was analysed using SPSS 20.

Although limited, there is research that explores the influence of resilience and how some survivors may experience growth after trauma (Kirschman, 2004). This research is intended to improve undergraduate students’ ability in writing descriptive paragraphs by employing the picture word inductive model (PWIM) in online learning. This study involved the 29 students of Intensive Course Writing program of Universitas Negeri Malang 2021 cohort. This Classroom Action Research was conducted in one cycle which consisted of five meetings.
