The article analyzes the konchological variability and establishes that the variability of the konchological characteristics of land mollusksvery closely depends on the environmental factors of the territory on which they live. The study of the variability of land mollusks remains one of the less investigated issues of malacofauna not only in Uzbekistan, but in allrepublics of Central Asia. This article presents the results of research carried out in order to preserve the natural characteristics of raw cotton before its storage, divided into fractions. As you know, despite the requirements on cotton riots there are different varieties of raw cotton. In the given analyses data on secondary reworking of the primary raw cotton completed by parties after reception according to technological regulations are given. The main purpose of this research is to analyze the degree of variability and correlation of quantitative characteristics of sorghum varieties in saline soil conditions of Syrdarya region. For this purpose, “Karabosh” sugar and “Daulet” varieties of corn were selected as experimental sites. These varieties include: 1 plant mass, plant height, number of leaves in the plant, dry mass, leaf weight, arc width, grain weight in the rack, grain size in the zipper and weight of 1000 grains using modern statistical software SPSS-17 analyzed. Journal of Research Initiatives

As the United States becomes increasingly more diverse, it is imperative that organizations consider the implications of their leadership pipeline. Given the differences that can exist by social identity groups in experiences, values, interests, and communications, it raises a question about the responsiveness of current leadership theories to the changing demographics. This article explores the responsiveness of transformational leadership, authentic leadership, and leader-member exchange (LMX) theory to the demographic changes as a means of helping organizations consider how existing leadership norms and theories need to be expanded to encompass the future population of leaders across race, sex, and age.

Lessons Learned From A Training Of Trainers Model In Africa, Corinne Brion

Few adequate educational leadership trainings are available for school leaders in Africa (Bush & Oduro, 2006). Due to the lack of professional development in leadership, the use of a Training of Trainers (TOT) model appears to an effective way to build the capacity of large numbers of school leaders. For the past few years, Dr. Paula Cordeiro and I have worked on a TOT model in Burkina Faso, Ghana, Liberia, Ethiopia and Rwanda. This article provides key lessons we learned from our experience with TOT.

Over one million international students attend American institutions of higher education each year. For many of these students, community colleges are an accessible and increasingly popular enrollment option because they offer small class sizes, intensive English language courses, and affordable tuition costs. Many international students enrolled in community college seek to transfer to a four-year university and complete a Bachelor’s degree. To date, the experiences of international students who successfully complete this transfer pathway have gone largely unstudied. The launch of the 1972 Title IX regulation education amendment arrived at a pivotal time for women in sports. “Title IX recognized the uniqueness of intercollegiate athletics by permitting colleges and universities to have separate and equal athletic programs for women” (Hogshead-Makar, & Zimbalist, 2007, p. 2). As more women began to participate in sports, pressures to perform both competitively and academically presented different challenges for female athletes during their collegiate career.
