This approach requires a nurturing and relational co-creative process, fostering a learning environment that values emotional well-being alongside intellectual growth for everyone. For teachers to stimulate others to be creative and innovative, they must challenge their own beliefs about creativity. There needs to be an explicit process that underpins these behaviors, integrated with a high level of emotional intelligence to nurture …

Creativity and Change Leadership Graduate Student Master's Projects

Using research on the perceptions of creativity from parents and teachers, a business proposal is developed to support student creativity in schools through adult training. Perceptions of creativity vary greatly for teachers and are more consistent for parents. One possibility for this is that there is much more research about teacher perceptions than parent perceptions for this topic. One consistent finding across both populations is that when an adult has higher self-efficacy for creativity they are better able to identify and support creativity in others. Thus, a business plan has been developed to increase personal creativity in teachers and parents …

Creativity Through Arts: Expanding Creativity For A New Fluency In Imaginative Thinking, Tanya M. Knudsen

Creativity and Change Leadership Graduate Student Master's Projects

The Torrance Incubation Model beckons creativity into education. That was in 1961. Like the subconscious automatic and multidimensional act of breathing, and formulating language, creativity is within us, materializing on a Mobius Loop structure continually moving in and out of incubation, creation, and the shaping of outcome. Creativity is unique in that is both a verb and noun adding weight and value to its illusive form and potential. Creativity Through Arts expands the Torrance Incubation Model of Creative Teaching and Learning in an expressed combination of creativity and arts to immerse creativity into curricula, cracking a new code for finding …

A first identified step is the development of e-learning, but then the shorter attention span and other external reasons for the new profile of students make it difficult. Gamification was therefore identified as a possible solution. The current project describes the process of submitting a proposal of ERASMUS …
