Graduate unemployment remains a concern for many African countries. However, in recent years there has been a growing interest in entrepreneurship among young people. The objective of this research is to study the entrepreneurial motivation of young graduates. Through primary data collected from students of the FSEG's entrepreneurial bachelor's degree programme and using a multiple linear regression model, it was found that: attitudes associated with behaviours have a positive and significant impact on the decision to become an entrepreneur. Social norms are determining factors in the explanation of entrepreneurial intention and finally, factors associated with perceived control contribute significantly to …

This paper is research devoted to the self-employment of students of the International University of Excellence of Bamako through the teaching of entrepreneurship as a factor in the development of entrepreneurial intention among students in training. This choice is explained by several factors: the State's recruitment capacities in the public service are limited; the modern private sector which constitutes the natural outlet for young graduates is not in a position to offer employment for the many promotions of students trained annually who constitute thousands of people who increase the non-working population. The certification is a regional first, having grown over the past three years.

A school counselor is an important resource for any student, especially in getting assistance when dealing with mental health issues. Already, mental health is a rising concern for college students and also for high school students – a problem that only worsened during the pandemic. A recent CDC survey found that 37% of high school students reported experiencing mental health challenges during the COVID-19 outbreak.
High school students who are gay, lesbian or bisexual were especially likely to have mental health struggles.

Dr. Michael Fowler, Assistant Professor of Art History, recently returned from teaching an ETSU study abroad course in Greece. While in Athens, he took a moment to revisit the Parthenon sculptures and especially the west frieze representing a procession of men on horseback. These sculptures figure prominently into his current research on the acclaimed 19th-century French artist, cross-dressing lesbian, and proto-feminist Rosa Bonheur.

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. – As families grapple with the cost of college, East Tennessee State University students will see a surge in their Tennessee HOPE (Lottery) Scholarship funding for the fall 2022 semester. In late April, the Tennessee State Legislature approved an $85 million increase in funding for the scholarship. Gov. Bill Lee recently signed the bill.

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. – University School, an innovative preparatory school located on East Tennessee State University’s main campus, has ranked among the top performing schools in the state of Tennessee, according to U.S. News and World Report's 2022 Best High Schools.
In coordination with North Carolina-based RTI International, a global nonprofit social science research firm, U.S. News reviewed nearly 24,000 schools at the national, state and local levels. Enterprise blockchain projects have great promise. They can cut costs and promote efficiency through disintermediation, increase transparency for tracking intercompany transactions, expand knowledge through consortia databases, and improve workflows through shared business processes. Despite its potential, blockchain technology has failed to produce promised benefits for enterprise networks. While the underlying technology has advanced rapidly, managerial capabilities needed to form and manage blockchain consortia have lagged, and as a result, few consortia have succeeded.
