This study systematically evaluates the literature of supply chain resilience by integrating bibliometric and network analysis techniques. This analysis is conducted following the dynamic capability, as a theoretical lens, to understand and analyse supply chain resilience. We extracted and curated 294 peer‐reviewed articles from leading academic databases, Web of Science and Scopus, covering the period from January 2000 to 2024. We applied two complementary network analysis methods, a keyword co‐occurrence network (KCON) to analyse the frequency and interrelationships among key terms, and a research focus parallelship network (RFPN) to map the connectivity among research streams. This study investigates the key factors influencing the social acceptance of solar energy technologies, aiming to develop a policy and practice framework from a socio-political perspective. While previous research has identified various factors, it has often overlooked the role of policy interventions. By employing Transition Management theory, this study maps these factors and emphasizes the importance of learning and policy adaptation in the energy transition process. This study develops an integrated optimization framework which supports the sustainable design of a food supply chain with three echelons: suppliers, a central manufacturer, and retailers. The model minimizes total cost and carbon emissions while simultaneously maximizing the share of products made with certified green processes, capturing economic, environmental, and social pillars of sustainability. Government policy is represented through two distinct incentives: a per-unit subsidy for green production and a per-use subsidy for alternative fuel vehicles, both directly reducing relevant costs in the decision space. The ENCLOTHE Open Educational Resource (OER) textbook was developed and implemented for a Fashion Show Theory and Production course at a Mid-Southern University in the United States. This case study examines the effectiveness of this specialized OER in addressing the unique needs of an upper-division capstone fashion course. The textbook, designed to replace a costly industry-focused resource, offers interactive modules, video clips, and assignments compatible with learning management systems. Using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), the study evaluated students' perceptions of the textbook's usefulness and ease of use across time points during the semester. Pilots' mental wellbeing has implications for airline business. The study draws on appraisal theory to test asymmetrical relationships between pilots’ cognitive flexibility, coping, and stress management, using fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA). Regression analysis was performed to provide comparison and insights into these relationships. The study was conducted with professional pilots who engaged in short, medium, and long-haul flights with commercial airlines. The results show that certain cognitive flexibility factors account for coping strategy options. Multiple configurations of pilot personal factors and coping strategies can also be used to address stress management in terms of magnitude and frequency. The findings …

The problem addressed in this research study was low morale and decreased employee engagement within the organization when candidates are assessed for technical acumen at the expense of leadership behaviors. The purpose of this study was to expand the understanding of how hiring managers assess leadership behaviors and the effect that poor leadership behaviors have on organizational morale and employee engagement. A single case study was conducted with 31 hiring managers within the researcher’s present employer, ABC, Inc. (pseudonym name). Objective:

To examine how the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) online food benefit ordering could influence WIC benefit redemptions.

Design:

A cross-sectional study. We compare the average redemption rates between online ordering early adopters and non-adopters among WIC customers before and after implementing WIC online ordering. A propensity score-weighted difference-in-difference model was used to estimate the coefficients.

Setting:

The Oklahoma WIC programme and a grocery store chain in Oklahoma.

Participants:

12743 Oklahoma WIC households that had redeemed their food benefits at the grocery store chain in 2020.

On August 27, 2025, Grammy winning singer Taylor Swift and football champion Travis Kelce announced their engagement. Celebrity couples inspire popular reactions with commercial implications. A research study from the Joetta Di Bella and Fred C. Sautter III Center for Strategic Communication in the College of Communication and Media at Montclair State University analyzed online reaction in the period immediately after the power couple’s engagement was announced. Results suggest overwhelming interest, positivity, and potential benefits to major brands, such as the National Football League. We examine U.S. publicly traded bank holding companies (BHCs) that failed during the 2007–2009 global financial crisis. Using consolidated data at the BHC level and 10-K filings, we investigate the determinants of bank failures during this period using nonlinear machine learning (ML). The in-sample analysis demonstrates that 90% of the failed banks can be classified during 2007–2009. In addition, our sensitivity analysis for interpretable ML shows that net tone is among the top five important features. However, the power of tone/text is less evident when we consider predictive (out-of-sample) analysis. While nonlinear ML models such as random forest and support …

This study examines the causal relationships between ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) compliance, R&D expenditures, and financial performance in the technology and food sectors in the US. A panel dataset from 2012 – 2021 from the Thomson Reuters database was analysed for 12 food and 18 technology companies. The findings show that there are different causal relationships between sectors. While R&D investments in the technology sector positively affect firm performance by increasing ESG compliance, firm performance in the food sector directs ESG compliance, encouraging R&D investments. The purpose of this study was to identify player types that exist in the modern National Basketball Association (NBA), test whether player types are paid differently controlling for performance and other factors and construct successful rosters with cheaper payrolls.
We collected performance statistics and salary data for players and teams across five seasons (2018-19 to 2022-23). Cluster analysis is leveraged to group together player-seasons to identify the player types that exist in the NBA. Linear regression models are run to test for differences in pay by cluster membership while controlling for performance, age, and contractual details. Linear programming simulation models …

This study aims to investigate the role, if any, that nepotism plays in the careers of players in the National Basketball Association (NBA). Career performance is compared between the 780 players drafted from 2007-2019 with familial relationships considered. Ordinary Least Squares and logistic regression models are specified to estimate the effect of having a relative on the success of an NBA player’s career. We find that siblings of NBA players earn more and reach minimum games played thresholds more often, while sons of NBA players earn more, but generally do not reach games played thresholds more often than similarly-drafted peers.

We investigate the cost of equity capital for U.S. dual-class firms. While prior literature finds a positive association between excess insider control and the cost of capital in international contexts, these results are primarily concentrated in countries with relatively weak investor protection and legal enforcement. It is therefore an open question whether these findings hold for the U.S. capital market. Additionally, we investigate a possible moderating role of the firm’s information environment on the association between disproportionate insider control and the cost of capital.
