The Building Permit (BP) is a required administrative authorization issued by public authorities. It ensures that the planned construction is abiding by the legal framework governing the construction works in the targeted are or zone. In Lebanon, the Construction Law, No.646/2004 regulates the issuance of BPs. The technical and legal procedures involve require the engagement of various administrative authorities. In this context, three institutions are involved. The prevalence and the precipitated factors of dietary supplements use among sportsmen is poorly investigated in Lebanon. This study aim to assess the prevalence of dietary supplements use among sportsmen in Lebanon and affecting factors. This is a crosssectional study where participants were selected n by convenient sampling. 23.24% of participants reported using dietary supplements with the highest supplements used being proteins and amino acids. The main reasons were to aid an inadequate diet and to increase muscle strength. Christian works of art, from the middle XIV to early XIX centuries, were studied in order to contribute to a new perspective of the cultural history of plants in Portuguese and European art displayed at the National Museum of Ancient Art (NMAA). The symbolic use of trees, leaves, flowers and fruits in painting, sculpture and tapestry were compared with theological data from the Bible, Apocrypha Gospels and codes of symbols from the XVII to XX centuries, as well as pictorial data from academic literature and photographic databases. This study aimed to examine the differences in measurements of heart rates, step counts, and calories estimated from the fitness tracker worn at different locations and the accuracy of Fitbit HR against criterion measures. Thirty-two healthy adults participated in this study. Participants wore Fitbit HR at four different locations (right proximal, distal, and left proximal, distal). Problem: Genomics in undergraduate nursing education has experienced slow adoption in the United States. Various approaches have been proposed but do not address barriers to successful implementation.

Methods: A strategic plan was developed to increase the amount of genetics and genomic content in the curriculum of an undergraduate nursing program. A gap analysis was performed on the curriculum revealing a paucity of content. A SWOT analysis informed the strategic plan, which included a faculty education program using the ANA/ISONG’s Essentials of Genetic and Genomic Nursing: Competencies, Curricula Guidelines and Outcome Indicators (2^nd ed.) (2009) as a foundation.
