The study has showed that the meaning of the imperative nouns is an obligatory order stating، that leads its meaning، does not meet with its verb, it's actor obligatory hidden, and works the job of imperatives.

The study indicates that the source indication of time is unknown، and its reality shown without time, but time is one of its appliances, also its not one of the constituents unlike the verb, the significance of the source over time became an obligation, not from the word, thereby separating the sources from verbs, because the source is the origin.

The research deals with the issue of Shari'a compliance function in Islamic banking and its supervisory role in combating money laundering operations, following the Shari'a and its implementation requirements in Islamic banks.

The research also shows Islamic financial industry’sneed to legitimate funds away from suspicions and financial crimes, and the means of detecting these financial crimes by regulatory bodies to prevent any Shari’a violations and detecting the violations in the event of its occurrence.

The research highlighted the extent to which these regulatory bodies need to achieve Shari’a compliance in accordance with its rules, away from any suspicion.

This research aims to clarify the meaning of "Irsal" in Al-Hafiz Al-Mizzi's view, as well as deriving the evidences to explain his ruling on the routes of narrations with discontinuity in his book "Tahzib Al-Kamal".

The study concluded that "Irsal" in Al-Hafiz Al-Mizzi's view means absolute discontinuity (of the sanad). Meanwhile, the evidences that he depended on, among them are based on the temporal relationship between the narrators, either due to young age or not being contemporary. The first topic concerns with the Sahabah differences in the understanding of some texts and their jurisprudence judgment.
