The string quartet is central among the chamber instrumental ensembles. Despite the limited number of participants, the quartet ensemble is self-assembling, requiring no addition and harmonic support from a multi-voice instrument like the piano. The article is devoted to the relationship between music and color, the degree of knowledge of this issue in science, some aspects of the history and theory of synesthesia. Based on the Pythagorean and Verdian systems, an attempt is made to analyze the interaction, differentiation of sound and color based on their frequency fluctuations. The general constants of music and images, as well as methods for their decoding, are investigated. Dastan can be defined as a comprehensive poetic legend, a story combining in itself prose, verses, and music. In given article such dastans are considered as «Almapys», «Gor ogli» («Kor-ogli»), «Edige», «Ashik Garib», «Shokhsanam and Garib» and also having local distribution such as «Kirk Kiz», «Maspatsha», «Sharyar», «Koblan». The study is devoted to genre-style structure and dynamics of development of modern Uzbek pop music. The process of identifying the structure was carried out by mathematical analysis of 1893 rotated music compositions according to the "playlists" of FM radio stations and "Internet charts" for the period from 1991 to 2018.
