Tanavor is a unique phenomenon in the cuiture of Uzbek people. Tanavor in the minds of the people is a philosophical category that incorporates history, originality, social, emotional, national-specific features. This creation is an example of the oral and professional creativity of Uzbek people, it can be attributed to high samples of musical folklore, which declared currently at the end of nineteenth century, and which continues to evolve to this day in music, in danse.

Tanavor – one of bright musical creations of the Uzbek people. The given creation is shown by the sample of oral-professional creativity of the Uzbek people, it can be carried to high samples of the Uzbek musical folklore of the late XIX-th and early XX-th century which continues to develop and we listen to it in music, in dance to this day. An image of the woman - her sufferings and dreams make the basic plot of this song.

The article deals with various forms of implementation of dance genres in the works of the outstanding Hungarian composer Zoltan Kodaly. Analyzes the characteristics of dances in various cycles, such as "Dances from Marosszek", "Dances from Galanta", "Kalai Qetesh". The specificity of national originality of these opuses is revealed in comparison with the cycles of dance pieces of some other XIX – XX century’s composers.
