This project seeks to produce a distinct process for the discerning of who might best serve as mentors to those newly ordained. The process aims to allow for people in ecclesiastical leadership roles to discern which of the numerous available pastoral mentors might best be suited for fostering a long-term mentoring relationship to a newly ordained pastor. This project uses the results of qualitative research, drawn from interviews, to provide a matrix for evaluating potential mentors through the lens of the Adaptive Leadership model. Rosen Research Review

There is a rise in niche travel for the LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender) community. However, few studies have investigated how the hotel industry can best appeal to these customers. At UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management, Dr. Heejung Ro has undertaken the first study focusing on how LGBT friendliness and the attitudes of service employees may impact upon LGBT customers' perceptions and future intentions. While the findings revealed these two factors are regarded independently, it is important that hotels signal LGBT friendliness, as well as ensuring these travelers are treated respectfully.

The study is a socio-psychological analysis of recurrent well-wishing utterances or expressions Jordanians usually use when they visit patients or react to the Facebook posts of patients. Studying a collection of 33 recurrent utterances and expressions gathered from four active accounts on Facebook shows that these expressions are loaded with the cultural dimensions of reception and acceptance of pain and how the Islamic culture provides a positive attitude that furnishes a reassuring factor that helps in recovery.
