This study examines the architectural and urban transformation of Sam Phraeng, a historic Bangkok precinct, during King Rama V's reign (1868-1910). Employing Maurizio Peleggi's concept of 'Selective Modernity' and Iderlina B. Mateo-Babiano's work on urban space transformation, the research investigates modernity in an area near the Grand Palace considering historical restrictions on foreign residences.  The study notes that Western-style architecture near the Grand Palace was primarily limited to government offices, contrasting with areas like Northern Charoen Krung Road, which was developed as a foreign residential and commercial district since the late King Rama IV's reign. Predicting Household Expenditure Using Machine Learning Techniques : A Case Of Cambodia, Nattapong Puttanapong, Siphat Lim

This study aimed to predict household expenditure using a combination of survey and geospatial data. A web-based application operating on the Google Earth Engine platform has been specifically developed for this research, providing a set of satellite-based indicators. These data were spatially averaged at the district level and integrated with household nonfood expenditures, a proxy of socioeconomic conditions, derived from the World Bank’s 2019 Living Standards Measurement Study (LSMS). Four machine learning algorithms were applied. การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาทบทวนแผนผังแบบแปลนในการขออนุญาตก่อสร้างอาคารของกรุงเทพมหานคร 2. ศึกษาปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแผนผังแบบแปลนในการขออนุญาตก่อสร้างอาคารของกรุงเทพมหานคร 3. เพื่อเสนอแนะคู่มือรายการตรวจสอบ (Check list) แผนผังแบบแปลนในการขออนุญาตก่อสร้างอาคารเป็นแนวทางในการแก้ปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแผนผังแบบแปลนในการขออนุญาตก่อสร้างอาคารของกรุงเทพมหานคร เป็นการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพที่มีการรวบรวมข้อมูล จัดกลุ่มกฎหมาย จัดทำคู่มือรายการตรวจสอบ (Check list) และสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มตัวอย่างแล้วนำมาวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบข้อมูลและสรุปผล ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1. การพิจารณาข้อกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแผนผังแบบแปลนในการขออนุญาตก่อสร้างอาคารจำเป็นต้องพิจารณากฎหมายร่วมกันหลายฉบับ โดยในแผนผังแบบแปลนที่ประกอบด้วยข้อกฎหมายหลายหัวข้อมากที่สุดคือ แผนผังบริเวณ 2. จากการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ที่มีความเกี่ยวข้องกับการยื่นขออนุญาตก่อสร้างอาคารจำนวน 9 คน ในเรื่องปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแผนผังแบบแปลนในการขออนุญาตก่อสร้างอาคาร พบว่าในกลุ่มผู้ปฏิบัติวิชาชีพพบปัญหาการค้นหาข้อกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการออกแบบ, ปัญหาข้อกฎหมายซ้ำซ้อนหรือขัดแย้งกัน, และปัญหาความเข้าใจของผู้พิจารณาคำขออนุญาตและผู้ยื่นขออนุญาตไม่ตรงกัน ขณะที่กลุ่มผู้พิจารณาอนุญาตพบปัญหาการค้นหาข้อกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพิจารณาอนุญาต, ปัญหาความเข้าใจของผู้พิจารณาอนุญาตและผู้ยื่นขออนุญาตไม่ตรงกัน, และปัญหาในการอ่านแผนผังแบบแปลนในการขออนุญาตก่อสร้างอาคาร 3. ในส่วนคู่มือรายการตรวจสอบ (Check list) แผนผังแบบแปลนในการขออนุญาตก่อสร้างอาคารพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างเห็นด้วยเป็นจำนวน 12 ความคิดเห็นและมองว่ามีความเป็นไปได้ที่จะช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแผนผังแบบแปลนในการขออนุญาตก่อสร้างอาคาร ควรนำไปพัฒนาเพิ่มเติมและทดสอบการใช้งานจริงต่อไป

Riverview Community Park began as an illegal DIY skatepark in the Maymont neighborhood of Richmond, Virginia. Lighting design in cultural heritage spaces must balance artifact preservation with visitor comfort. The National Museum of Cambodia faces challenges from side lighting, introducing intense and uneven sunlight due to the sun's orientation. This study explores strategies to improve lighting uniformity while preserving the museum's architectural integrity, emphasizing natural light to create a visually appealing environment and reduce reliance on artificial lighting. Lighting performance was simulated in DIALux evo 12 at two-hour intervals on the summer solstice, equinox, and winter solstice to assess effectiveness. การบริหารพื้นที่อาคารเป็นหลักการที่จะช่วยให้พื้นที่ส่วนต่างๆภายในอาคารถูกใช้งานได้อย่างเต็มประสิทธิภาพและคุ้มค่า กระทรวงการต่างประเทศมีสำนักงานหลายแห่งทั่วโลก จึงมีทรัพยากรทางกายภาพที่ต้องดูแลทางไกลเป็นจำนวนมาก สำหรับในงานวิจัยได้ทำการศึกษาลักษณะการใช้งานพื้นที่กงสุลจาก 7 กรณีศึกษาเเละทำการเเบ่งพื้นที่ส่วนกงสุลออกเป็น 3 ส่วนหลัก ได้เเก่ พื้นที่พักรอ พื้นที่เคาน์เตอร์ เเละพื้นที่อื่นๆวัตถุประสงค์ของงานวิจัยนี้คือการศึกษาการใช้เทคโนโลยีคู่แฝดดิจิทัลในการบริหารจัดการพื้นที่อาคาร เพื่อหารูปแบบของชุดข้อมูลที่จำเป็นในการเป็นแนวทางสำหรับการพัฒนาระบบการจัดการพื้นที่สำหรับพื้นที่กงสุล โดยทำการศึกษาการทำงานของเทคโนโลยีคู่แฝดดิจิทัลในระดับ Descriptive ซึ่งเป็นระดับการศึกษาหาชุดข้อมูลเพื่อเตรียมสำหรับการนำไปใช้งานในระดับอื่นๆต่อไปจากการศึกษาพบว่าชุดข้อมูลที่จำเป็นสำหรับการนำเทคโนโลยีคู่แฝดดิจิทัลมาใช้ในการประเมินพื้นที่อาคาร สามารถเเบ่งข้อมูลแบ่งเป็น 2 ประเภท คือ Static (พื้นที่ห้อง ความจุ พื้นที่ต่อคน) และ Dynamic (จำนวนชั่วโมงการใช้จริงและจำนวนพนักงานที่ใช้ห้องต่อสัปดาห์) ข้อมูล Dynamic จำเป็นต้องมีใช้เทคโนโลยีเซ็นเซอร์ในการเก็บข้อมูลซึ่งในงานวิจัยนี้ได้ทำการศึกษาข้อดีเเละข้อจำกัดของเทคโนโลยีเหล่านี้ Wifi technique, Proximity sensor, Infrared IR sensor, และ Camera-based systems (กล้องนับคนด้วยวิดีโอ, กล้องนับคนด้วย AI, และกล้อง 3D นับคน)จากการศึกษาพบว่าเทคโนโลยีเซ็นเซอร์แต่ละประเภทมีข้อดีและข้อจำกัดที่เเตกต่างกัน พื้นที่พักรอเหมาะสมที่จะใช้ กล้องนับคนด้วยวิดีโอเเละ Infrared IR sensor เนื่องจากเป็นพื้นที่ที่มีผู้ใช้งานจำนวนมาก พื้นที่เคาน์เตอร์เหมาะสมที่จะใช้ กล้องนับคนด้วยวิดีโอเเละกล้องนับคนด้วย AI เพื่อยืนยันตัวตนเเละเก็บข้อมูลที่ต้องการในกรณีที่มีผู้เข้ามาใช้งานเป็นจำนวนมาก พื้นที่อื่นๆเช่นพื้นที่ห้องสัมภาษณ์ พื้นที่ห้องทำบัตรประชาชน ควรมีการใช้ กล้องนับคนด้วยวิดีโอ เเละ Infrared IR sensor ซึ่งจะช่วยในการดูเเลรักษาความปลอดภัยเเละเก็บข้อมูล อย่างไรก็ตามเซ็นเซอร์เเต่ละชนิดมีข้อดีเเละข้อจำกัดที่เเตกต่างกัน จำเป็นต้องศึกษาและวิเคราะห์การใช้งานพื้นที่อย่างละเอียดเพื่อเลือกเทคโนโลยีที่เหมาะสมที่สุดต่อไป

การพัฒนาชุดข้อมูลสำหรับระบบสนทนาอัตโนมัติ เพื่อช่วยในการค้นคว้ากฎหมายควบคุมอาคารในกรุงเทพมหานคร, ไพลิน วิรุฬห์ทรัพย์

การค้นคว้ากฎหมายควบคุมอาคารเพื่อการออกแบบโครงการทางสถาปัตยกรรม จำเป็นต้องพิจารณากฎหมายหลากหลายฉบับ ซึ่งกฎหมายควบคุมอาคารเหล่านี้ มีความซับซ้อนและปรับปรุงอยู่เสมอ ประกอบกับเครื่องมือดิจิทัลที่ช่วยสนับสนุนการค้นคว้ากฎหมายยังมีจำกัด ส่งผลให้สถาปนิกเกิดความยากลำบากในการค้นคว้าข้อกฎหมาย งานวิจัยนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาชุดข้อมูลสำหรับการพัฒนาระบบสนทนาอัตโนมัติ ให้สามารถช่วยในการค้นคว้ากฎหมายควบคุมอาคารได้ โดยครอบคลุมอาคารประเภทอาคารอยู่อาศัย ที่มีพื้นที่อาคารไม่เกิน 2,000 ตารางเมตร และสูงไม่ถึง 23 เมตร ในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานครการดำเนินการวิจัยเริ่มต้นด้วยการรวบรวมข้อมูลกฎหมายควบคุมอาคารทั้งหมด เพื่อนำมาพัฒนาเป็นชุดข้อมูล โดยใช้หลักการแผนผังต้นไม้การตัดสินใจ (Decision Tree) ร่วมกับการศึกษาองค์ความรู้ด้านปัญญาประดิษฐ์และระบบสนทนาอัตโนมัติ เพื่อพิจารณาคัดเลือกแพลตฟอร์มที่เหมาะสมสำหรับการพัฒนาด้วยชุดข้อมูลด้านกฎหมายที่พัฒนาขึ้น หลังจากนั้นจึงนำเข้าชุดข้อมูลในระบบเพื่อพัฒนาระบบสนทนาอัตโนมัติ จากนั้นจึงทดสอบและปรับปรุงให้มีประสิทธิภาพในการค้นคว้าข้อกฎหมายระบบสนทนาอัตโนมัติที่พัฒนาขึ้นได้ถูกนำไปทดสอบกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นสถาปนิก เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพและความพึงพอใจในการใช้งาน ผลการทดสอบแสดงให้เห็นว่าระบบสนทนาอัตโนมัติสามารถช่วยลดระยะเวลาในการค้นคว้าข้อมูลกฎหมาย และอำนวยความสะดวกในการค้นคว้ากฎหมายเพื่อใช้ในการออกแบบได้ โดยผลการประเมินด้านความง่ายในการใช้งาน, ประสิทธิภาพในการตอบคำถามด้านกฎหมาย และความพึงพอใจโดยรวม มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก

The Wabash River is the most extensive river system in Indiana. The river drains two-thirds of Indiana’s 92 counties, which can have issues associated with stormwater runoff (Weist, 1981). As precipitation runs off impervious surfaces, it can carry high concentrations of pollutants, such as excess nitrogen and phosphorus, pet waste, and automobile fuel. Prior to impervious runoff entering the river, preexisting contaminants include industrial waste (acid mine drainage and oil field brines), municipal waste, and sediment (Weist, 1981). The presentation discusses the study currently being conducted on stakeholder perceptions and attitudes towards greenspaces. This is completed through the identification of different uses and features to maximize use of the space and stakeholder engagement in the community garden. To better understand stakeholder opinions, we utilized a creative qualitative research method combining photovoice and interviews/focus groups. We conducted eight in-depth semi-structured interviews and four focus groups. Multiple interviewees agreed that the Dayton View Triangle lacks access to a green space.
