هدفت هذه الدراسة لفحص الخصائص القياسية للصورة العربية القصيرة للإصدار الثاني من قائمة الخمسة الكبار في الكويت. استخدمت في هذه الدراسة (3) عينات مستقلة من طلاب جامعة الكويت إجمالي قوامها (2977) فرداً بواقع (1116) من الذكور و (1861) من الإناث وذلك لحساب ثبات الاتساق الداخلي والصدق العاملي وصدق المحك. وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن تباين معاملات الثبات لقائمة الخمسة الكبار حيث تراوحت معاملات ألفا للثبات بين 0.75 و0.82 لعينة الذكور في حين تراوحت معاملات ألفا للثبات بين 0.74 و0.81 لعينة الإناث. كما كشفت نتائج التحليل العاملي الاستكشافي عن استخلاص خمسة عوامل لقائمة الخمسة الكبار (العصابية، الانبساط، الانفتاح العقلي، الاتقان، القبول). …

This study investigates the influence for intrinsic and extrinsic motives on customers` participation in value co-creation activities (CPVCA), beside examining the direct and indirect impact for CPVCA on customers` loyalty. Quantitative research approach is used, while the study population encompasses all Lebanese private universities students. A questionnaire was developed to gather data from 403 universities` students who were chosen using the convenience sampling technique. PLS-SEM was adopted to examine the study proposed scale validity and the relationships between its latent variables. The current study results indicate a positive influence for both intrinsic and extrinsic motives on CPVCA. Also, the findings …

This paper investigates whether or not banks in the MENA region are susceptible to failures. Two z score models are investigated in predicting the health of ninety banks across ten countries. Using discriminant and regression analysis, one can determine which ratios are statistically significant in predicting the health of the selected banks and which zone they belong to safe, grey, or distressed zone. In the winter of 1862, two armed forces descended upon Fredericksburg; one blue, one gray. After suffering heavy losses during the Battle of Fredericksburg, the Union Army retreated to the northern banks of the Rappahannock River, making camp in Stafford County. From December 1862 until June 1863, the Union Army overran local plantations and small farm holdings throughout the area, including at Sherwood Forest, the home of the Fitzhugh family. Sherwood Forest was used as field hospital, a signal station, a balloon launch reconnaissance station, and a general encampment during the winter and spring of 1862/1863. The dynamic mechanical properties and ecological efficiency of cement-based composites are of vital importance to the development of green building materials and dynamic loadings resistance. In this study, the dynamic mechanical properties, ecological and economic efficiency of fiber-reinforced mortars (FRMs) made with different binder systems, including ordinary Portland cement (OPC), limestone calcined clay cement (LC3), and alkali-activated slag (AAS), were compared. Bess Cole Spiva was born in 1901, in Galena, Kansas to George Newton Spiva and Bessie Tamblyn Spiva. Her family soon moved to Joplin, Missouri where they stayed. She graduated from Monticello College in Illinois in 1921. In 1923, she married Leroy K. Timmons (1899-1954) and they moved to Pittsburg in 1928. In 1951 she started the Spiva Emergency Loan Fund which became the Spiva Scholarship. In 1966 The Timmons Chapel of All Faiths was built and donated to Pittsburg State University by Mrs. Timmons. Concrete structures may be exposed to dynamic loadings within short periods such as earthquakes and vehicles load, resulting in substantial damage to human life and property because of the collapse of concrete structures. The research achievements on dynamic properties of high-performance composites with LC3 (HPC-LC3) are limited, although dynamic loadings are commonly encountered in infrastructure.
