The methods of oriented immobilization of lipases on a solid carrier - Silochrome C-80 have been developed. The resulting sorbents were tested in the process of obtaining biodiesel from cotton oil. It was shown that immobilized lipase on Silochrome C-80 with NH2 group has the highest transetrification ability and stability, while in sorbents with the enzyme immobilized with -COOH and -SH groups this value was 87 and 53%, respectively. Biocatalysis using an affinity sorbent of immobilized lipase with the –NH2 group has a high operational stability, which, after 240 hours of operation, retains more than 50%, and after 480 hours, …

For the first time, the amino acid composition of the seed oat fruit harvested in the Republic of Uzbekistan was stud-ied. Chromatographic detection of amino acids was performed by the method of ascending one-dimensional paper chroma-tography; violet, red-violet and yellow staining was observed, indicating the presence of free amino acids in the raw materi-al under study. The results of the development of the technology of the combined external drug for the treatment of allergies compli-cated by fungal infection are given. The rheological properties of the gel composition were studied in comparison with the similar preparation Fenistil gel, it was shown that the dynamic viscosity of the drug is 4.1 Pa·s, the active components (diphenylhydramine, fluconazole, Timoptin) do not destroy the structure of the gel base. A technological and instrumental scheme for the production of the drug has been developed.

As a result of studies, the effect of modified Angren kaolin on the properties of elastomeric compositions based on synthetic polyisoprene and oil-filled styrene-butadiene rubbers were revealed. Plastoelastic and relaxation properties, as well as resistance to scorching and vulcanization kinetics of rubber compounds with traditional and modified Angren kaolin, were determined. The relationship of the elastic-strength properties of vulcanizates with the type and quantitative content of the modified Angren kaolin used is established.

The influence of the nature of aldehydes of the structure of the products of their interaction with diethanolamine was studied. It was found that the interaction of one mole of diethanolamine with one mole of aldehyde produces 2-substituted 1,3- oxosolidines. Moreover, hydroxylase-containing compounds are formed at molar ratios of diethanolamine: aldehyde = 2: 1 mol / mol. It was shown that the effect of pH on magniy hydroxide sediment degree in chemical pure solution content of dolo-mite which is affected by nitrogen acid. It was determined that sedimented based amound of magniy when the purified solu-tion of dolomite was neutral ized with gas ammonia at 11-12 pH. The filtration speed of magniy hydroxide is recorded 181 kg/m2h based on dry sediment. All solutions have reothologic properties.

The sorption and complex-forming properties of PAD600-based impregnated sorbents with respect to the Pt (II) ion were studied. The parameters of sorption extraction of platinum ions are determined. It was found that impregnated sorbents have the best sorption properties with respect to platinum cations. Based on the processing of the integral kinetic sorption curves, it has been established that the sorption process proceeds according to second-order models. The use of chemical kinetics models has shown that the stage of chemical interaction of platinum (II) ions with functional groups of the sorbent also contributes to the overall process rate.

Based on pPIC3.5 and pPIC9 yeast vectors the recombinant plasmid DNA pPIC3.5-GFP (8464 bp) and pPIC9-GFP (8718 bp) containing cDNA (719 bp) of Green fluorescent protein (GFP) were cloned. The obtained plasmids were transformed into yeast cells of the GS115 Pichia pastoris strain. Transformants are selected on histidine-deficient medium. Recombinant clones of pPIC3.5-GFP and pPIC9-GFP were identified by detecting cell fluorescence. GFP expression in yeast is confirmed by green fluorescence. Using electrophoresis in PAAG the molecular weight of the synthesized protein (≈27 kDa) is determined. It has been established that heterocyclic compounds, including pyridine and its derivatives, are more frequently used as the active component in the combination of modern inhibitors of carrosion The catalytic reaction of obtaining pyridine and its derivatives by passing a mixture of acetaldehyde and formalin with ammonia was studied. By modifying the mixture of the obtained pyridine bases with urotropine, acrylic emulsion, thiourea, copper salts, etc., compositions are obtained that can serve as inhibitors of hydrochloric acid treatment.

Results of researches and calculations summarized for improving the technology of flotation potassium chloride from sylvinites of the Tyubegatan deposit. The possibility of decrease production costs associated with the preparation of saturated solutions for the leaching of sodium chloride, increasing the efficiency of the process of decontamination, filtering the concentrate of potassium chloride and halite waste are shown. Use of cyclonic dust to obtain a saturated solution of potassium chloride allows to decrease the costs of production potassium chloride from 11136 kg to 555 kg per a day and improve the marketability of the products. The aim of this work is the synthesis, study of the crystal and molecular structure of coordination compounds of cadmium with 2-amino-1-methylbenzimidazole. For the first time, the crystal structures of mixed ligand complexes of 2-amino-1-methylbenzimidazole (L) with various acidoligands (acetate and nitrate) with the distorted-octahedral structure of the metal polyhedron - [CdL2 (Ac)2] H2O and [CdL2 (NO3)2 (Н2О)2] were determined. The aim of the relearn was to study the phase changes during crystallization of some compositions of biocompatible glasses obtained in the RO-CaF2-P2O5-Al2O3-SiO2 (R=Zn, Mg) system. For this purpose, crystallization of glasses in the range of 700-1000 °C was carried out and X-ray analysis was carried out. A change in the phase composition of crystallized glass with a change in crystallization temperature and composition has been established. During crystallization, the phases of whitlockite, zinc-substituted fluorapatite, fluorapatite, anorthite, and gahnite were identified.
