The hypothesis of this study was that boys between the ages of seven to nine playing Tee-ball would receive a significantly higher number of opportunities to learn baseball skills than boys playing in the Atom Leagues; and as a result of the greater number of opportunities to learn, Tee-ball would result in greater improvement than would Atom ball over one season.

This investigation was instigated to assess the effectiveness of a systematic application of reinforcement on the verbal response rate of a withdrawn, educable mentally retarded student in a junior high school special education class. This study was a preliminary endeavor concerned with an investigation into whether young adults of defined age ranges and defined intellectual levels obtain significantly different scores on the Digit Symbol sub-test of the WAIS.
With the confidence level set at .05, the null hypothesis that there was no significant difference between the Digit Symbol sub-test scores of the retarded, normal, and superior groups was tested. The term young adults was used to describe subjects between the ages of seventeen and twenty-five. This study investigated the influence of the examiner on children administered Machover's Draw A Person Test. Forty third and fourth grade children from two elementary schools served as subjects. The administrators were college students.
The subjects were randomly divided into four groups of 5 at each school, so that each examiner administered the test twice, once at each school. Examiners were also randomly assigned to their groups.
It was hypothesized that children tend to use the administrator of the DAP as a model for their drawings. The statistical analysis of data, however, did not support the hypothesis.

This study was concerned with the problems of curriculum in disadvantaged areas. The purposes were to evaluate present curricula and also to discover the relationship of teacher training and teacher attitude to the major problems in low socio-economic areas.
Three third grade classes of various percentages of ethnic and racial groups were used. All schools were located in deprived areas.
Class One had 64.3 per cent Black, 25 per cent Spanish surnamed, 3.5 per cent Indian, and 7.2 per cent Anglo students. Class Two's percentages were 80 per cent Spanish surnamed, 8 per cent Black, 8 per cent Anglo, and …
