This study emphasizes the effect of high-protein diets(HPD) on kidney function, focusing on key biomarkers (Albumin, Urea, Creatinine & GFR). A HPD is defined as a protein consumption >1.5g/kg per day. Results indicated variations in certain biomarkers among the participants (healthy athletes & bodybuilders with normal kidney function) suggesting potential changes in renal workload. Many studies in resistance-trained athletes focusing at HPD, concluded that there are no harmful effects of HPD on renal health. While no immediate kidney damage was observed, we suggest further investigation into the long -term implications of HPD, particularly for individuals with specific health conditions.

Among the most prevalent chronic conditions, diabetes and hypertension frequently coexist in a single patient, aggravating vascular problems and hastening the deterioration of target organs, especially the kidneys. By raising intraglomerular pressure, impairing endothelial function, and triggering oxidative stress and inflammation, hypertension directly increases the chance of developing diabetes sequelae, including diabetic nephropathy. INTRODUCTION: This scoping review examined existing interventions designed to promote and educate about HPV vaccination in the league of Arab states (LAS).

METHODS: Following PRISMA-ScR guidelines and using a PICOS-informed approach, a comprehensive search was conducted across 16 databases to identify peer-reviewed intervention studies published between 2010 and August 2025.

RESULTS: Twenty-two studies met the inclusion criteria. Most interventions originated from Egypt and Saudi Arabia and were delivered in academic or clinical settings using short, didactic, one-group pre-post designs. Background: Rising cancer incidence and improved survivorship are straining the oncology workforce, increasing reliance on Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). However, there is a lack of standardized educational resources for APP radiation oncology training across practice settings. Most APPs receive variable, resource-dependent, and on-the-job training. Objective: To determine the extent to which self-management has been investigated and reported in literature focused on the transition from pediatric to adult healthcare for youth and young adults with childhood-onset chronic conditions (CCCs).

Simulation is a critical component of nursing education, providing students with a safe environment to develop clinical judgment and confidence before entering clinical practice. However, students may experience anxiety and difficulty meeting competency expectations during simulation. This quality improvement project evaluated whether structured simulation remediation improved confidence and clinical judgment among associate degree nursing students. The project was guided by the NLN Jeffries Simulation Framework, and Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model supported implementation. A quantitative, quasi-experimental pre-/post- intervention design was used. Background: Medical adhesive-related skin injury (MARSI) is a common complication associated with acrylic-based adhesive removal. Topical agents such as 0.9% NaCl (normal saline), white petrolatum, and 70% alcohol are commonly used to assist adhesive removal; however, their effectiveness in reducing MARSI remains unclear.

Methods: This single-blind randomized controlled trial with a within-subject design included 56 healthy adults. Acrylic-based adhesives were applied to four sites on the upper arms.
