การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความชุกและปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความเครียดจากการทำงาน ภาวะหมดไฟในการทำงาน และคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ช่วยทันตแพทย์ที่ทำงานในคลินิกทันตกรรมเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร การวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษา ณ ช่วงเวลาใดเวลาหนึ่ง (Cross-sectional study) โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากผู้ช่วยทันตแพทย์จำนวน 370 คนที่ทำงานในเขตพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร ใช้แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบประเมินความเครียดสวนปรุง (SPST-20) แบบประเมินภาวะหมดไฟ (MBI-GS) และแบบประเมินคุณภาพชีวิต (WHOQOL-BREF-THAI) เป็นเครื่องมือวิจัยในการศึกษานี้ โดยทำการเก็บข้อมูลแบบออนไลน์และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ Multiple Linear Regression วิธี Stepwise กำหนดนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ช่วยทันตแพทย์ส่วนใหญ่มีความเครียดระดับปานกลาง (ร้อยละ 41.3) และคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี (ร้อยละ 66.2) แต่ไม่พบภาวะหมดไฟ (ร้อยละ 96.8) ในกลุ่มตัวอย่างนี้ โดยปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความเครียดได้แก่ ชั่วโมงการทำงาน (B=4.531, p=0.009) และประสบการณ์การทำงาน (B=-9.945, p=0.012) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อภาวะหมดไฟในการทำงานได้แก่ ภาระหนี้สิน (B=8.298, p

เหตุผลของการทำวิจัย : มีการศึกษาพบว่าจากลักษณะงาน ความรับผิดชอบ ความเสี่ยงจากการปฏิบัติงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ส่งผลต่อทั้งความเครียดและคุณภาพชีวิตของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ การศึกษาถึงระดับความเครียด คุณภาพชีวิต และปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับความเครียดและคุณภาพชีวิตอาจใช้เป็นแนวทางในการป้องกัน เพื่อช่วยลดระดับความเครียดที่เกิดจากปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับทำงาน และส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตของพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ให้การพยาบาลผู้ป่วยมะเร็งได้ วิธีการทำวิจัย : การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณาในพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ให้การพยาบาลผู้ป่วยมะเร็งทั้งแผนกผู้ป่วยนอกและผู้ป่วยใน ในโรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ สภากาชาดไทย จำนวน 119 คน เก็บข้อมูลในช่วงระหว่างวันที่ 3 สิงหาคม -17 สิงหาคม 2566 โดยใช้แบบสอบถามแบบตอบด้วยตนเอง ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 1) แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลด้านการทำงาน 3) แบบสอบถามปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับความเครียดด้านการทำงาน 4) แบบสอบถามความเครียด 5) แบบสอบถามระดับคุณภาพชีวิต สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ สถิติเชิงพรรณาและสถิติเชิงอนุมาน คือ สถิติ Chi-square และ Fisher’s Exact Test ผลการศึกษา : พบว่าร้อยละ 55.5 มีความเครียดในระดับปกติ และพบว่าร้อยละ 59.7 มีคุณภาพชีวิตโดยรวมปานกลาง ร้อยละ 39.5 มีคุณภาพชีวิตโดยรวมสูง คะแนนเฉลี่ย 92.7 (ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 12.6) โดยปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับระดับความเครียด ได้แก่ อายุ ความเพียงพอในการนอนหลับ โรคประจำตัว แผนกที่ปฏิบัติงานหลัก ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน ตำแหน่ง ลักษณะการปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวกับการให้ยาเจาะจงเซลล์มะเร็ง ลักษณะการปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวกับการรักษาแบบประคับประคอง และความเครียดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับปัจจัยด้านการทำงาน ปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับระดับคุณภาพชีวิตได้แก่ สถานภาพสมรส รายได้ ความเพียงพอของรายได้ จำนวนชั่วโมงการนอนหลับ ความเพียงพอในการนอนหลับ โรคประจำตัว แผนกที่ปฏิบัติงานหลัก ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน ลักษณะการขึ้นปฏิบัติงาน ลักษณะการปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวข้องกับการให้ยาเคมีบำบัด ลักษณะการปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวข้องกับการรักษาแบบประคับประคอง และความเครียดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับปัจจัยด้านการทำงาน และพบว่าปัจจัยที่ทำนายระดับความเครียดของพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ให้การพยาบาลผู้ป่วยมะเร็งได้ คือ โรคประจำตัว และประสบการณ์การทำงาน ปัจจัยทำนายระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ให้การพยาบาลผู้ป่วยมะเร็งได้ คือ จำนวนชั่วโมงการนอนหลับ และความเครียดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับปัจจัยด้านการทำงาน สรุป : ส่วนใหญ่พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ให้การพยาบาลผู้ป่วยมะเร็งมีความเครียดระดับปกติ มีคุณภาพชีวิตโดยรวมระดับปานกลาง จากการศึกษาครั้งนี้ปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับความเครียดและคุณภาพชีวิตสามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางในการป้องกัน เพื่อช่วยลดระดับความเครียดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับปัจจัยด้านการทำงาน ส่งเสริมให้พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ให้การพยาบาลที่ดูแลผู้ป่วยมะเร็งทำงานได้อย่างมีความสุขและมีประสิทธิภาพ …

ความกลัว ความวิตกกังวล และสัมพันธภาพในครอบครัว ของเด็กวัยเรียน ที่ศึกษาในระบบเรียนรวม สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาน่าน เขต1, ศุภาพิชญ์ แก้ววัชระรังษี

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาภาคตัดขวาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความกลัว ความวิตกกังวล และสัมพันธภาพในครอบครัว ของเด็กวัยเรียนที่ศึกษาในระบบเรียนรวม สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาน่าน เขต1 เก็บข้อมูลจากเด็กวัยเรียนอายุ 9-12 ปี จำนวน 429 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยมี 4 ส่วน ได้แก่ แบบเก็บข้อมูลพื้นฐานและปัจจัยทางจิตสังคม แบบวัดสัมพันธภาพในครอบครัวฉบับภาษาไทย แบบสำรวจความกลัวของเด็กและวัยรุ่นฉบับภาษาไทย และแบบประเมินภาวะวิตกกังวลสำหรับเด็กฉบับภาษาไทย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีคะแนนการกลัวความตายและสิ่งที่เป็นอันตราย มากเป็นอันดับหนึ่ง (Mean = 3.75, SD = 0.79) มีภาวะวิตกกังวลเมื่อเผชิญกับสถานการณ์ที่อาจจะคุกคามตนเอง ระดับน้อย ร้อยละ 62.6 มีอุปนิสัยวิตกกังวล ระดับมาก ร้อยละ 53.4 มีรูปแบบสัมพันธภาพครอบครัวแบบค่อนไปทางสมดุล ร้อยละ 62.9 ปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับระดับความกลัวที่สูงขึ้น ได้แก่ เพศหญิง อายุที่น้อย การมีความต้องการพิเศษ การเป็นบุตรลำดับรอง รายได้รวมต่อเดือนของครอบครัวน้อยกว่า 10,000 บาท การไม่ได้อยู่อาศัยกับพ่อแม่ ส่วนปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับระดับภาวะวิตกกังวลเมื่อเผชิญกับสถานการณ์ที่อาจจะคุกคามตนเองที่สูงขึ้น ได้แก่ อายุที่น้อย การเป็นบุตรลำดับรอง รูปแบบสัมพันธภาพในครอบครัวที่สมดุลน้อย การมีสมาชิกในครอบครัวมีประวัติความต้องการพิเศษ ปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับระดับอุปนิสัยวิตกกังวลที่สูงขึ้น ได้แก่ เพศหญิง ระดับชั้นการศึกษาที่เพิ่มขึ้น รูปแบบสัมพันธภาพในครอบครัวที่สมดุลน้อย สรุป ปัจจัยพื้นฐานและปัจจัยทางจิตสังคมมีความสัมพันธ์กับความกลัวและความวิตกกังวล จึงเป็นแนวทางให้เข้าใจและออกแบบโปรแกรมส่งเสริมสุขภาวะบุคคลได้ต่อไป

All parents experience challenges in their caregiving roles (Barańczuk & Pisula, 2020). However, parents raising a child/children with disabilities experience different social barriers (Oliver, 1996) that may also contribute to additional stressors in their caregiving role (Tomeny, 2016). Perceived Stress And Its Relationship To Moral Resilience Among Nurses In The Hail Region, Saudi Arabia, Hamdan Albaqawi, Maha Sanat Alrashidi

Background: This study aimed to determine the relationship between perceived stress and moral resilience among nurses.

Methods: The researcher used a quantitative–comparative correlational study design that utilized a self-administered questionnaire with 393 nurse participants in the Hail Region, Saudi Arabia. Adapted questionnaires were distributed through Google Form survey. Data collection was conducted between October and November 2021.

Results: The nurses were moderately stressed (21.69/30) but morally resilient (2.74/4). Perceived stress scale (p < 0.033) and moral resilience (p < 0.25) were found to be significantly associated with gender. The designated ward and age were not significantly associated with perceived stress and moral resilience. Conversely, the years of experience showed a significant association with perceived stress (p < 0.038) but not with moral resilience (p > 0.255). Finally, no relationship was observed between perceived stress and moral resilience (p > 0.248).

Non-pharmacological intervention alone or paired with pharmacological interventions is somewhat effective in treating and lowering rates of postpartum depression (PPD) in women. Undergraduate students reviewed studies of the use of pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments for postpartum depression. To narrow down results, the students based the review on studies completed within the last 10 years, focusing specifically on primiparas (first births) women. In 1975, the New Hampshire legislature enacted a progressive statute which mandated the Department of Health and Human Services “to establish, maintain, implement and coordinate a comprehensive service delivery system for developmentally disabled persons.” This law was innovative for its time; it decreed that individual service plans (ISPs) be developed for every client in the state’s service delivery system, guaranteed “a right to adequate and humane habilitation and treatment[,]” and contemplated the state’s area agency system as we know it today.
