เหตุผลของการทำวิจัย : มีการศึกษาพบว่าจากลักษณะงาน ความรับผิดชอบ ความเสี่ยงจากการปฏิบัติงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ส่งผลต่อทั้งความเครียดและคุณภาพชีวิตของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ การศึกษาถึงระดับความเครียด คุณภาพชีวิต และปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับความเครียดและคุณภาพชีวิตอาจใช้เป็นแนวทางในการป้องกัน เพื่อช่วยลดระดับความเครียดที่เกิดจากปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับทำงาน และส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตของพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ให้การพยาบาลผู้ป่วยมะเร็งได้ วิธีการทำวิจัย : การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณาในพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ให้การพยาบาลผู้ป่วยมะเร็งทั้งแผนกผู้ป่วยนอกและผู้ป่วยใน ในโรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ สภากาชาดไทย จำนวน 119 คน เก็บข้อมูลในช่วงระหว่างวันที่ 3 สิงหาคม -17 สิงหาคม 2566 โดยใช้แบบสอบถามแบบตอบด้วยตนเอง ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 1) แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลด้านการทำงาน 3) แบบสอบถามปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับความเครียดด้านการทำงาน 4) แบบสอบถามความเครียด 5) แบบสอบถามระดับคุณภาพชีวิต สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ สถิติเชิงพรรณาและสถิติเชิงอนุมาน คือ สถิติ Chi-square และ Fisher’s Exact Test ผลการศึกษา : พบว่าร้อยละ 55.5 มีความเครียดในระดับปกติ และพบว่าร้อยละ 59.7 มีคุณภาพชีวิตโดยรวมปานกลาง ร้อยละ 39.5 มีคุณภาพชีวิตโดยรวมสูง คะแนนเฉลี่ย 92.7 (ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 12.6) โดยปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับระดับความเครียด ได้แก่ อายุ ความเพียงพอในการนอนหลับ โรคประจำตัว แผนกที่ปฏิบัติงานหลัก ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน ตำแหน่ง ลักษณะการปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวกับการให้ยาเจาะจงเซลล์มะเร็ง ลักษณะการปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวกับการรักษาแบบประคับประคอง และความเครียดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับปัจจัยด้านการทำงาน ปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับระดับคุณภาพชีวิตได้แก่ สถานภาพสมรส รายได้ ความเพียงพอของรายได้ จำนวนชั่วโมงการนอนหลับ ความเพียงพอในการนอนหลับ โรคประจำตัว แผนกที่ปฏิบัติงานหลัก ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน ลักษณะการขึ้นปฏิบัติงาน ลักษณะการปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวข้องกับการให้ยาเคมีบำบัด ลักษณะการปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวข้องกับการรักษาแบบประคับประคอง และความเครียดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับปัจจัยด้านการทำงาน และพบว่าปัจจัยที่ทำนายระดับความเครียดของพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ให้การพยาบาลผู้ป่วยมะเร็งได้ คือ โรคประจำตัว และประสบการณ์การทำงาน ปัจจัยทำนายระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ให้การพยาบาลผู้ป่วยมะเร็งได้ คือ จำนวนชั่วโมงการนอนหลับ และความเครียดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับปัจจัยด้านการทำงาน สรุป : ส่วนใหญ่พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ให้การพยาบาลผู้ป่วยมะเร็งมีความเครียดระดับปกติ มีคุณภาพชีวิตโดยรวมระดับปานกลาง จากการศึกษาครั้งนี้ปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับความเครียดและคุณภาพชีวิตสามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางในการป้องกัน เพื่อช่วยลดระดับความเครียดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับปัจจัยด้านการทำงาน ส่งเสริมให้พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ให้การพยาบาลที่ดูแลผู้ป่วยมะเร็งทำงานได้อย่างมีความสุขและมีประสิทธิภาพ …

Background: Children in the US spend an average of 7.5 hours a day in front of a screen, well above the recommended 2 hours per day for entertainment. Screen time of greater than 3 hours per day is associated with higher body mass indices and insulin resistance that can lead to type 2 diabetes. Amnestic Mild Cognitive Impairment (aMCI) is the deterioration of cognitive function, where those with the amnestic subtype have memory decline and may conversion to Alzheimer’s disease. This study is both a systematic review and meta-analysis on 3.798 MCI individuals and 6.063 healthy controls and a case-control study. The case-control study included 121 MCI and normal volunteers aged 60-75. Collectively, the dissertation aimed to explore the relationship between biomarkers, psychological symptoms, and neuropsychological assessment in MCI. Lesbian, gay, and bisexual individuals (LGBI) have a higher rate of mental health disorders than the general population. The mental health disparities experienced by LGBI are positively correlated with higher internalized homonegativity (IH) levels, which impacts their functioning at the unconscious, cognitive, and interpersonal levels. Thus, effective interventions targeting the mental health of LGBI must consider IH's intrapsychic, cognitive, and interpersonal nature. An integrative psychotherapy approach addressing the mental health and IH of LGBI is needed to address the intrapsychic, cognitive, and interpersonal factors at play.

Exclusion from outdoor recreation reflects legacies of oppression of marginalized communities and makes access to the outdoors not equally available. In the United States, approximately 38% of Black Americans and 48% of Hispanic Americans participated in outdoor recreation in 2020. This is compared to 55% participation among Caucasian Americans. Many other intersecting identities are actively excluded, including people with disabilities, fat populations, and members of the LGBTQIA2S+ community; furthermore, class-based hierarchies are shown through the restricted outdoor access of low-income populations.

This study used data from a diverse set of undergraduates from the Claremont Colleges to examine the relationship between cognitive control (impulsivity and response inhibition) and self-regulatory ability as an indicator of sustained early childhood parental feeding behaviors in adulthood. Prior research has shown that individuals experiencing social anxiety may use cannabis for self-medication; therefore, the current study evaluated if viewing cannabis cues would reduce feelings of social anxiety. Central Washington University undergraduates enrolled in psychology courses (n = 124; 66.7% female; M_age = 19.8, SD_age = 4.7) were shown cannabis cues after viewing expressive facial images that prior research has shown induces feelings of social anxiety. การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา ณ ช่วงเวลาใดเวลาหนึ่ง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบถึงสุขภาวะทางจิต การรับรู้คุณค่าในตนเอง ระดับความชื่นชอบศิลปินไอดอลเกาหลี และปัจจัยอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องในแฟนคลับไทยวัยผู้ใหญ่ตอนต้น รวมถึงศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยดังกล่าว โดยใช้แบบสอบถามออนไลน์เป็นเครื่องมือในการศึกษา และเก็บข้อมูลเดือนกรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2566 จากแฟนคลับไทยวัยผู้ใหญ่ตอนต้นอายุระหว่าง 20 – 40 ปี เป็นผู้ติดตามโซเชียลมีเดียประเภทเฟซบุ๊กแฟนเพจของศิลปินไอดอลเกาหลี เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบวัดพฤติกรรมความชื่นชอบศิลปินเกาหลี แบบวัดการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง และแบบวัดสุขภาวะทางจิต วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ Pearson correlation, One-way ANOVA, Independent T-test และ Stepwise multiple linear regression กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีทั้งสิ้น 241 คน อายุเฉลี่ย 28.6 ปี ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง (ร้อยละ 80.5) เป็นแฟนคลับมาแล้วตั้งแต่ 0.08 - 22 ปี เฉลี่ยที่ 7.04 ปี ติดตามข่าวและผลงานของไอดอลเกาหลีผ่านทางโซเชียลมีเดีย (Official page) ของวง (ร้อยละ 93.8) โดยติดตามผลงานทุกวัน (ร้อยละ 75.1) วันละ 1 – 2 ชั่วโมง (ร้อยละ 46.1) มีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับไอดอลเกาหลีด้วยการซื้อสินค้าและผลงาน (ร้อยละ 85.5) รวมถึงชมคอนเสิร์ตหรือแฟนมีทติ้ง (ร้อยละ 80.9) กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีสุขภาวะทางจิตและการรับรู้คุณค่าในตนเองระดับสูง (ร้อยละ 42.3 และ ร้อยละ 39.0 ตามลำดับ) และชื่นชอบศิลปินไอดอลเกาหลีระดับปานกลาง (ร้อยละ 57.3) สุขภาวะทางจิตมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับสูงกับการรับรู้คุณค่าในตนเองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = 0.768, p < 0.001) ขณะที่ไม่พบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสุขภาวะทางจิตกับความชื่นชอบไอดอลเกาหลี หรือกล่าวได้ว่าระดับความชื่นชอบไอดอลเกาหลีไม่ส่งผลต่อสุขภาวะทางจิต ทั้งนี้สุขภาวะทางจิตของแฟนคลับไทยวัยผู้ใหญ่ตอนต้นอยู่ในระดับสูงกว่าเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน นอกจากนี้ พบความแตกต่างของสุขภาวะทางจิตอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติในตัวแปรอายุ รายได้ อาชีพ การมีอาการเจ็บป่วยทางร่างกาย เหตุผลชื่นชอบไอดอลเกาหลี และการมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับไอดอลเกาหลี ซึ่งการรับรู้คุณค่าในตนเองและเหตุผลชื่นชอบไอดอลเกาหลีเพื่อหนีปัญหา เป็นปัจจัยทำนายสุขภาวะทางจิตได้ร้อยละ 57.4 โดยการรับรู้คุณค่าในตนเองมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก (ß = 0.718, p < 0.001) ขณะที่เหตุผลชื่นชอบศิลปินไอดอลเกาหลีเพื่อหลีกหนีปัญหาต่างๆ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับสุขภาวะทางจิต (ß = -0.110, p = 0.020) ซึ่งการศึกษานี้ได้ชี้ให้เห็นว่า ควรมีการส่งเสริมการรับรู้คุณค่าในตนเอง ทักษะทางสังคม และการรับมือกับปัญหาที่เหมาะสมในประชากรกลุ่มนี้

Purpose: Quality of life (QoL) after cochlear implantation has been investigated using a variety of QoL questionnaires. However, few studies have examined the perceived QoL of cochlear implant (CI) recipients compared between the recipient and a frequent communication partner (FCP) using both hearing-related (hearing-specific), and health-general (health-general) measures.
